In my work with academic documents and audiovisual materials that can’t be compressed, what I appreciate most is how WeTransfer preserves the original quality every time. Their billing practices are a borderline scam. Nearly impossible to get a refund, had to jump thru many unnecessary hoops (no refund button, had to EMAIL support, re-enter my customer info and cc info, upload a PDF receipt...and then they emailed me again, asking for the same info AGAIN!). One can use the free version without any issueing and without even logging in. I love the ability and flexibility that WeTransfer provides, allowing me to send and receive large and sometimes enormous files and documents. This system will enable me to send and receive large presentations, documents, and audio files. Because of their large size and limitations of e-mail inboxes, We Transfer provides me with a conduit to send and receive these files. Files can easily be accessed via links sent. Data sent in files can be asily intergated into software that I use. When i have files that are too large to send in a regular e-mail I frequently / often use WeTransfer to fo the job. The system is easy to sue and can be simply accessed and implemented. Its so simple and works so well that I have never needed to call the Customer Support line. It is suitable for all audiences and is ideal for teams and professionals. It has options to work with very large files and share them without time limit. One of the best things about Wetransfer is that an account is not required to send files. It's as simple as entering the email addresses and you're done. A real solution to send high quality documents and photos without problems. The upload and download speed is amazing, and generous size limits mean I can ship whatever I need without hassle. Since I use this tool, I no longer have to worry about the space in my email or about compressing files. The ability to send up to 2 GB in the free version is a big plus. I love the download notification feature of Wetransfer. It is very useful to know when my recipients have downloaded the files I have sent them. Security is crucial to me, and Wetransfer more than meets. I always feel safe when sending confidential files through this platform, knowing that they are protected and encrypted. As a video editor/producer I routinely have to deliver video files to clients for review and approval, also they often have to send video files and other resources to me. The packages can be quite large. Several of my clients are not very tech savvy and balk at having to sign up for yet another service. I have a paid version because I use it nearly everyday but for clients who are sending me something for the first time I can assure them all they have to do is drag and drop the file and verify their email address. You just upload the files, enter the address of the person you're sending it to, your own, confirm the email they send you, and that's it. Moreover, it is quite widespread and (almost) everyone understands when you tell them you will send them a WeTransfer.
