Weproc is a procurement management (purchase-to-pay) software designed for SMBs and mid-market companies that want full control over their spend without the complexity of enterprise suites. The platform digitalizes the entire purchasing cycle: employees submit purchase requisitions, which flow through customizable multi-level approval workflows, configurable by amount, budget variance, spend category, supplier or entity. Approved requests become purchase orders, sent to suppliers and tracked through goods receipt with 2- and 3-way matching against invoices. Real-time dashboards give finance and procurement teams instant visibility on budgets, commitments and spend by department, project, cost center or subsidiary, including consolidated multi-entity and multi-site views with group-level alerts. Weproc includes a supplier database (SRM) with compliance tracking, document management and contract deadline alerts, a collaborative supplier portal, product catalogs with punchout, RFQ management with instant quote comparison, and an AI assistant that analyzes contracts and flags risky clauses. Mobile approval (iOS/Android) keeps validation moving from anywhere. A key differentiator: Weproc operates WeInvoice, a government-approved e-invoicing platform (Plateforme Agréée no. 0104, registered with the French tax authority DGFiP). Invoices are received, issued and tracked in the same tool as your orders, with real-time validation status from the tax administration and native Factur-X, UBL and CII support, ready for France's 2026 e-invoicing mandate. Weproc integrates with accounting tools such as Sage, Cegid and Pennylane, offers an open API, and exports to your ERP. Data is hosted in France on a sovereign cloud, with ISO 27001-certified security and GDPR compliance.
