WeNext.ai is an AI-powered WhatsApp & Instagram automation and customer engagement platform that helps businesses capture leads, manage conversations, automate follow-ups, run campaigns, and convert more customers from WhatsApp and social channels. With WeNext.ai, businesses can manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook conversations from a unified inbox while using no-code automation workflows to handle lead qualification, follow-ups, customer support, appointment scheduling, and other repetitive tasks. Its CRM helps teams organize contacts, assign conversations to sales agents, segment customers, and track interactions throughout the customer journey. WeNext.ai also includes campaign management, retargeting, AI-powered lead qualification, Shopify integration, in-chat payments, customer feedback, and pre-built automation workflows. Businesses can connect their marketing and sales processes in one platform instead of managing multiple tools separately. WeNext.ai is designed for D2C brands, ecommerce businesses, SMBs, real estate companies, restaurants, and local service businesses that use WhatsApp as a primary customer communication and sales channel.
