I appreciate how easy it is to get in contact with our developer, or someone else from the team. It feels like I'm speaking with an actual human being, not some massive corporation. **What do you dislike about WeLoveNoCode?** Initially I found it hard to get to grips with my finished Make workflow. However, when I reached out to welovenocode, they were more than happy to come alongside me and talk me through my issues step-by-step until I could understand. **Recommendations to others considering WeLoveNoCode:** Don't be afraid to reach out to your developer or someone else at the team if you're having issues. They will be more than happy to talk you through any issues you're having. **What problems is WeLoveNoCode solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage a delivery service and needed a workflow system in place. Our workflows were set up using the 'Make' tool, and as someone who hasn't got the first clue about writing code, it has been a breath of fresh air to be in touch with our welovenocode developer daily. I can make requests in plain English without using any technical language and the job is always done on time and to an excellent standard. ### 2. First the 7 Day trial with WLNC was a complete jumble of poor communication and effort. The developer failed to follow requirements and then we spent over 1 hour belaboring requirements for a simple weather app. (I didn't even need the weather app, it was meant as a test.) The WLNC team promised a better outcome with a fresh start, and assigned a new developer. I asked we start with some automations for Shopify and after a few days, instead of proposing any useful no code apps, I was shown a "What is an API 101 presentation" I had to proactively find the apps and point them to Arigato app, Integromat as possibilities to solve the automations I wanted built. 3 weeks later the developer said he couldn't solve it, and that the apps were limited, and the custom fields and variables weren't accessible, and yet while on the call I found it availbale within seconds. Total incompetence! In total I wasted weeks, and spent $2,058 spent and absolutely nothing to show for it. I asked for a refund, and was only refunded $1K. If they had any integrity, they would have refunded the entire amount. **What do you like best about WeLoveNoCode?** There is nothing to like about WeLoveNoCode. I would steer clear of this company. **What do you dislike about WeLoveNoCode?** The team doesn't know what they are doing. Just wanted to test WelovenoCode capabilities in terms of creating an MVP for the projects I have. On a trial I gave the development team a dating app to work on, it became the crucial point of me getting on a sub. The developer, Artem, showed really good results during the first 7 days. So I was pretty happy with that and decided to get a first-month subscription, for now, we have been working with the WelovenoCode team for 3 months already, doing several projects on the bubble and adalo: A dating app, Real Estate web and mobile app, and Online Doctor Consultation. Overall I am very happy with the results and productive mutual work we passed through. Picking up the vendor was long but I was really surprised with the results of the WelovenoCode team. I found them on Product hunt and paid for the trial-week. Then we had a call with their representative and he was really helpful onboarding us to their platform making sure we understood how to use this. If you are looking also for an outbound project manager, they will provide you guidance. I should post information about my app at the welovenocode platform, thou. I did not understand it at first look, but the manager helped me. The first day they assigned to my project a developer, I had a zoom with him and tell everything I had expected. Also, they could provide a designer, which was just great for me and a big relief. Working as a team I had a project roadmap and daily reports. I was expecting my project would be done in 1 month but we realized in 3 or 4 weeks I had more concerns and wishes my app to become more complicated - so we decided together with the help of my developer what features to add. And in approx 2 months I had my app! Welovenocode is easy to communicate company, fast and a real problem-solver. What you need to know but they don't say is that you pay 2000$ for a developer who will work on several projects at the same time. In the end, it's like paying for 3/4 hours of development per day. Then, concerning their developers, for my part he didn't have enough experience in no-code (I had 2, same result). The last week of my subscription, only 4h of work was done when I said I was quitting. Conclusion, find a competent freelancer instead of using them.
