Weloom is an AI-powered onboarding platform for French companies with 50 to 500 employees. Upload your internal documents (welcome booklet, processes, presentations); Weloom generates a structured onboarding journey from preboarding to day 90, which HR reviews and publishes. Each new hire follows their journey step by step and has a branded conversational assistant that answers their questions from your own documents, even before day one. HR and managers track progress, get alerts when someone falls behind, and handle administrative documents, e-signature, 30/60/90-day feedback and offboarding in the same place. Hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant, French and English interface. Plans start at 129 EUR per month excl. VAT with a 14-day trial.
