WelloGuest is a digital welcome book platform designed for vacation rental hosts, conciergeries, property managers, hotels, guest houses and other hospitality professionals. It helps operators replace printed binders and repetitive guest messages with a mobile-friendly guide that travelers can open through a QR code or secure web link, without downloading an application. Each WelloGuest guide centralizes the practical information guests need before, during and after their stay: welcome messages, arrival and departure instructions, Wi-Fi details, access codes, emergency contacts, house rules, appliance and equipment instructions, useful external links and recommendations around the property. Hosts can activate, hide and reorder modules to match each accommodation. Guides support eleven languages, making information easier to access for international travelers. The platform includes customization tools for colors, themes, cover images, logos and QR codes, helping professional hosts deliver a consistent branded guest experience. Content can be updated at any time while the existing public link and QR code remain valid, so hosts do not need to reprint their materials after every change. WelloGuest also supports multi-property management for conciergeries and growing rental portfolios. Hosts can monitor guest consultations, manage notifications and organize digital check-in and check-out processes, including property condition reports. Optional services and extras can be presented to guests from the guide, with online payment capabilities when configured. A free version is available for creating a first digital guest guide, while Premium plans unlock advanced customization, professional modules and volume pricing for multiple properties. WelloGuest is cloud-based and works directly in a web browser on desktop and mobile devices. Its goal is to save hosts time, improve guest autonomy, reduce recurring questions and present essential accommodation information in a clear, professional format.
