I have been a user since it was formally AngelList, I think the platform is a great place to seek out opportunities. I think the offers are genuine, authentic and real. If Wellfound can have a filter to select country, thats great. I receive 100 resumes per day and 80 of thems are from Nigeria and India. Sometimes we only need US based employees and it takes time for me to review and reject. Filter is a good function and there is no report function.
