WellbeingSolutions helps New Zealand and Australian organisations reach out to their people before they have to ask for help. It combines personalised SMS check-ins, triage of replies, and a psychosocial risk assessment informed by ISO 45003 guidance. There is no app to download, no login to forget and no data to run out. Organisations write their own check-in questions and answer options and send them by name to everyone, or to one team, site or region, either straight away or on a schedule. Staff reply for free once the organisation's SMS provider is connected. When someone replies that they need support, the system sends a warm reply straight away and flags them. Your nominated professional support or EAP gets an email so they can follow up. Support staff see the person's history, record support actions and book follow-ups. If a follow-up becomes overdue, the system escalates it to an admin, who is told the callback is overdue but not the person's details. Role-based access controls what each user can see. Business admins can manage contacts and send check-ins, but they can't see replies. Leaders see anonymised, aggregated trends, not names. A full audit log records every user action. The optional Confidential Psychosocial Risk Assessment collects anonymous workforce feedback on workload, relationships and support. Leaders can use the aggregated findings in consultation, action planning and review. The platform also includes Anonymous Notification forms for raising concerns about bullying, harassment or wellbeing, plus AI-4U, a browser-based tool that helps people find appropriate professional support. Prices are published, and a free 2-week pilot for up to 10 staff is available.
