The platform is straightforward to use, and the team behind it is amazing. **What do you dislike about Weld?** Nothing to dislike. Everything is great and with incredible support. Since we integrated our apps and data sources through the Weld.app, we haven't touched them once. It just works. **What problems is Weld solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re using Weld’s ETL & Reverse-ETL, and we even have all of our metrics living in the Weld platform. This has allowed our entire team to align on key metrics like LTV, CAC, MRR, etc. On top of that, we’re leveraging our data further with the reverse-ETL. We sync our data models from BigQuery to Hubspot in real-time, which allows our GTM teams to be a lot more productive and perform better. ### 2. They allowed us to quickly build a modern database that we could use for tactical & strategic decision making. Were quicker in implementation than competitors and also required less commitment financially and internal team resources than others **What do you dislike about Weld?** Not much I can add really. As a growing startup the their team make up did fluctuate at the beginning but this not hinder speed or quality of implementation. I was super happy with them **What problems is Weld solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a lot of data, but we had no structured way of using it. They helped us structure and aggregate data from various sources and different levels of granularity. Once we had an excellent base to work from, they also advised on how we should be using the data and what business decisions we may make based on it. ### 3. Amazing support! We would not be where we are today without the help and use of Weld. **What do you dislike about Weld?** Nothing to complain about. Any question we had was answered right away. If we had any data need, Weld helped us fix it with their incredible support. **What problems is Weld solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Weld, we are able to sync the data from a single source of truth throughout the organization. No longer a need for expensive ETLs, Weld really did the trick for us. ### 4. We've experienced a couple of times that the participants in our project switched. Furthermore, I have sometimes experienced infrequent updates from Weld, but that is also to expect when you work with a company that has a lot of traction. Given that Weld still delivers, I can live with those factors. **What problems is Weld solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting data across platforms.
