**What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?**

Welcome Screen has been an instant upgrade to our guest experience. Being able to greet guests on the TV the moment they walk into their room feels thoughtful, polished, and genuinely welcoming. The setup was straightforward, and the interface is intuitive enough that our whole team adopted it quickly. It’s a subtle touch, but it makes a big impression and helps set the tone for a great stay from minute one. One thing I didn't anticipate is the rendering speed of the Onn device. Not their product but I found it made streaming shows faster and of course the layout of welcome screen makes it easy for guests to find everything they need immediately all on one screen.

**What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?**

Honestly, nothing so far. The platform has been reliable, easy to customize, and consistently delivers exactly what we need. Guests comment on it all the time, and it’s become part of our standard arrival experience. On top of that, the support has been excellent. Dylan was a pleasure to work with and made onboarding smooth and stress-free. It’s one of those tools that quietly elevates everything you do.

The user experience on the screen provides the guests exactly what they are looking before they even ask for it.

**What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?**

We love using Welcome Screen! It’s a simple and professional way to greet our guests right through our TVs. Setup was simple, and now every group that arrives feels noticed and valued the moment they walk in. It adds a warm, personal touch to our camp experience and has quickly become one of our favorite tools.

**What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?**

I have no complaints. Again, Welcome Screen has been absolutely incredible for our camp! We’ve had so many compliments on how personal and welcoming it feels to see their name or group highlighted right on the TV. The software is easy to use, customizable, and reliable—we can’t imagine hosting without it now. It has completely transformed the way we greet our guests and sets the perfect tone for their stay. Truly a game-changer! Also Dylan was FANTASTIC to work with.

They customized a plan specifically for my camp and retreat center!

**What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?**

As a guest experience expert, I value the ability to provide personalized welcome messages, background music, property details, local recommendations, and concierge services all in one seamless platform. It allows me to elevate every detail beyond the norm and create a truly memorable stay, setting the perfect tone for our guests’ arrival.

With the new ability to add background videos, we can now enhance the experience even further: for our Florida properties, a calming beach video to welcome guests after a day of travel; for our Nashville properties, an energetic downtown video to get guests excited about arriving in a high-energy city. Being able to market both markets to our guests through Welcome Screen is absolutely invaluable.

**What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?**

We don’t have any dislikes about the platform itself. We did recently encounter an issue with what we believe is the integration with OwnerRez, which prevented the most recent guest list from pulling over correctly. Dylan and his team were incredibly responsive, and we scheduled a quick call to discuss it. His team is now addressing the issue behind the scenes.

Welcome Screen solves the challenge of creating consistent, value-driven first impressions for every guest. It streamlines communication by housing welcome messages, property details, and local recommendations in one easy-to-access hub—eliminating the need to juggle multiple documents, texts, or apps. The platform also allows us to tailor each experience by property and market, from a calming beach vibe for our Florida homes to an energetic city feel for Nashville. This level of customization not only makes guests feel truly seen but also strengthens our branding and enables cross-market marketing in a way that feels both personal and memorable.

**What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?**

Not only do I love welcome screen as a great way to provide my guests with a welcoming message when they arrive at one of my eight short term rental properties, but I am able to provide them with all the information they need to enjoy their stay at one of my properties. Furthermore, the responsiveness and customer service if the Welcome Screen is through the roof. I highly recommend that short term rental owners, and managers subscribe to welcome screen now.

**What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?**

Nothing to dislike. product is easy to use and my guests love it.

**What problems is WelcomeScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to providing my guests with a welcoming message when they first enter one of my properties, they are provided with Wi-Fi login and password, Property Manager contact information, other critical information so they can enjoy their stay. I also like that I can include QR codes to my social media platforms.

**What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?**

The professional look of the screen and the environment it creates with the music.  It feels like you are in a posh hotel and the music is vital to give our guests a calm and welcoming atmosphere, despite whatever travel day they would have had.  We believe our first impression makes the stay and WelcomeScreen perfectly rounds out our welcome spread.

**What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?**

Its in early stages, but being able to give feedback directly to the CEO & CTO ensures me any dislikes I do have will be addressed.

**What problems is WelcomeScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate vacation rentals in a shared building, which is not up to the standards we hold inside our vacation home.  To compensate we roll out the welcome mat as much as we can to make the best first impression.  Before WelcomeScreen we only had little gifts, and I'd sometimes write personalized notes to add that special touch but was not able to do it often because I had to go to the rooms in person, I didn't have the time.  I came across WelcomeScreen through our software provider, Hospitable, and loved the idea of a personalized welcome screen.  My first hope was that we would be able to play music as well, and it does!  In my opinion the calm music playing is the best because we can ensure guests feel calm and relaxed at every check-in, and hopefully entice them into a better mood when they make their first opinion of the suite and us.  And on top of that their name also displays on the TV, adding the personal touch I didn't have time to add before.  WelcomeScreen helps us make every guest check-in and first impression better and sets the tone for a perfect stay.
