Welcol is a coaching platform for independent coaches who work one to one and run their practice alone. What a coach does in Welcol Creates a coaching programme for a client: an objective, a number of sessions and a price, sent as a proposal. The client accepts it and pays online. Schedules each session, in video or in person, and gives it its own objective. Keeps preparation notes only the coach can see. Attaches the resources the client will need. Runs video sessions inside Welcol, so the notes, the payment and the follow-up stay attached to the session. Gets paid session by session, without sending an invoice, and sees the month’s sessions, revenue and completion rate on one dashboard. What the client gets Their own space, on any phone. They accept a session, pay for it, read what their coach shared and follow their progress through the programme. How Welcol brings clients Every coach gets a public profile, listed where people look for a coach. A prospective client finds them and requests a first session. Most coaching software helps a coach manage the clients they already have. Welcol also helps them find new ones. Pricing Free, with no time limit and no card: up to three active clients the coach brings themselves, plus an unlimited number of clients referred through Welcol. All features are included. Pro is 27 € per month, with 30 days free. It removes the limit on the clients a coach brings. Welcol charges no commission on clients a coach brings themselves, and 3 % on clients referred through Welcol. Payment processing fees apply on top; they are charged by the payment provider, not by Welcol. What Welcol does not do There is no calendar sync with Google or Outlook. Clients do not book themselves from an availability calendar: the coach proposes a session and the client confirms it. There are no AI features.
