When I reached out to their CS team for assistance with an incredibly niche edge case, they responded in minutes and went above and beyond to help us. Literally cannot reccommend this service enough. It is very easy to use and correct. Translation from English to French was pretty good but you would have to have a native speaker review the translation to have it be 100% accurate and in your voice. This is especially so for French since there is a difference between Quebec and France French. Customer service was also very timely and helpful for a technical issue that I had. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** The only downside so far is the cost. I was surprised to see the high prices of the various plans. Additionally, if you only need to have 1 language you can't just pay a little more for extra words (especailly important if you have a blog), you need to upgrade to 3 languages. This is pretty steep for a small business and the translation tool ends up costing more than your website builder and domain hosting combined. As a business in Quebec, Canada, by law I have to have a French website so it's not just a nice to have, it is a legal requirement. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** My website needs to be bilingual as per my provincial law, therefore Weglot makes this seemless and less work then if I had to translate it myself. ### 36.
