**What do you like best about Runa?**

Each person that has represented Runa thus far and been a POC for my company has been responsive, friendly, and informative. This makes communicating a pleasant experience. Additionally, the Runa platform is easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

There are a lot of discrepancies in product information that seems to need updating. This can include terms and conditions, redemption instructions, expiration dates, etc...

Making gift cards available for purchase to customers.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

What I like best about Runa is their unwavering commitment to excellence, for our business as well as theirs. Their innovative solutions and exceptional work ethic of the team I've dealt with make them a solid business partner, fostering growth and success together.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Despite Runa providing a really positive experience, the slow approval process for some brands is a glaring downside. Recently, after a laborious struggle to get one approval, it was unexpectedly revoked, leaving us disheartened and frustrated. But this really was outside of their control.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through their extensive network of providers, Ionia gains access to a variety of brands that we have not been able to offer in the past. Additionally, their latest FX product release is going to allow us to easily take our solution into the global market without having to use a number of other partners to do that.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

There are many things I enjoy about Runa. They have a vast assortment of eligible gift cards in many different countries. The process is fast and reliable. I enjoy Runa over some of the competitors like Giftogram.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

I wish that it was possible to save message templates. Add more gift cards for the United Kingdom. Be able to add multiple gift cards to a specific email in one transaction.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Runa is solving a huge issue for me by not having to go to the local supermarket to get a gift card I can just send online. They have made the process of sending gift cards virtually easier than ever!

**What do you like best about Runa?**

I send WeGifts to my employees monthly, not just to show my appreciation when someone goes above and beyond. But also for my employee's birthdays and work anniversaries. They love the ability to pick a brand of their choice within minutes of getting the email from me. I also like how easy it is to make the order. I do not have to go to the store after hours or figure out what they like!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

There is nothing i have found on WeGift that i do not like--- and i can say the same for my employees.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Wegifts is solving me to not take the time out of my evening to stop at a store and buy gift cards for my employees, as well as think about which store they would like the most. Iam able to order many gift cards at a time and still be able to send a personal message with the link in the email.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

-Love being able to self serve invoices, uploads, and analytics. I'm obsessed with seeing what my customers spend their vouchers on! With my old supplier, I had to send the customer data to the ops team via the sales team which didn't feel secure and was slow, plus we couldn't cancel or resend vouchers.
-I think the platform looks really nice for customers. 
-Christopher and Josh were really helpful to getting started and onboarding. ---Was thrilled to be able to start using the product in a few days.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Not exactly a downside, but I wish I could use a branded email template for bulk upload, since I send all my vouchers this way. Also would be easier on my end if I could pay by card without a charge. It's also been slow to get some of the major retailers approved.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can give customers cash-like non-taxable rewards for referrals rather than dedicating ourselves to one retailer (we used to use Amazon). Much better customer experience to have multi choice and much better experience for me because its self-serve.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

They have the best deal for us by far out of many competitors who only offered minimal margin to split. Their API made it really simple for us to integrate and their end user experience for claiming gifts is quite beautiful UX.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Their reporting dashboard is not the best right now but their team is actively looking to improve it - Ive sat with their product team for feedback sessions as well.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We gift allows us to create a marketplace for our customers to immediately send gift cards and donations to one another.

Clean and easy process and they listen to us. We feel like a name, not a number.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

None. They are a younger company so they are still expanding but they will be a market leader in no time it seems.

Clean, easy, and reliable process and systems. We can trust them in providing for our customers and management for high volume product lines.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

The ability to have access to e-gift links very quickly in large quantities.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Had issues with cards not having value on them, or selling us a value it could not be redeemed for (loaded $15 on a card that after the fact could only be redeemed for $10 or $20). Though it was ultimately resolved, it created lots of service problems for us having to redistribute the gift cards at the proper value. Additionally, though we eventually received refunds for things that were their mistake, we did have to fight for them in some cases. Overall I would use WeGift again, I would just take extra time to double-check their work as there are clearly hiccups in their back end. 

Additionally, I think your experience will depend on who on their staff is assigned to help you. Our original contact was no help at all until I got in touch with one of their teammates to nudge them internally.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed gift cards to giveaway during a large program that we were running. We needed them to be digital links that did not require a login or assigning before sending as we weren't sure who they would go to until the moment it was handed over.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

WeGift is a really useful platform that has helped us manage and distribute gift cards to our team and customers. If you've ever had to organise gift-giving at your company, you know it can be a real pain - you have to figure out what to buy, where to buy it from, and then distribute the gifts to everyone. WeGift makes all of that much easier.

One of the best things about WeGift is how convenient it is. With just a few clicks, you can purchase and send gift cards in bulk.

Another great thing about WeGift is the flexibility it offers. There are gift cards available from a wide range of retailers, so you can choose the ones that are most relevant, or, like we do, let our team choose what they want.

Overall, WeGift is a great tool for businesses that want to make gift-giving easier, more flexible, and more personalised. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

We are happy with the entire experience. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be the range of gifts in non US / UK companies. We employ people globally and a lot of the retailers are only relevant to the US and UK.

Distributing rewards both to employees and customers in bulk whilst giving them the flexibility to choose what they want.

Ease of integration, access to robust library of discounts across brands

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Backend interface and functionality could use improvement. New process for brand approvals is nit efficient. Certain navigation menu items aren't intuitive. 

Customer support is only m-F which proves to be a challenge for our business who supports individuals 24/7.

It's helping us add an attractive benefit to our member platform, encouraging additional logins and teengagement with our members.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

WeGift has hundreds of stores/merchants to choose from where you'd like to utilize your gift card. We gift them to employees on their work anniversary, and everyone has loved them so far!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

The only downside is you cannot schedule a date to have a gift card sent. I used to schedule gift cards to go out at a future date when we would use Amazon gift cards to gift to staff, and that is one feature that WeGift is lacking. I was advised that this feature is in the works of being added, which will be super helpful.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a significant change, as my company has been utilizing Amazon gift cards to gift to staff on their annual work Anniversary. But we wanted a change and WeGift has plenty of variety to choose from, which we love!

**What do you like best about Runa?**

I love that I can give people, especially coworkers that I don't know well, many options at once. I also love that I can narrow things down in a specific 'genre' of gift, like all the restaurant delivery options at once but also add in boxed dinners and grocery delivery, making it specific but someone could choose what works best for them.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

My least favorite thing is, at the time of this review, there is no option to schedule the delivery of emailed orders, so I have an additional step of scheduling my own email with the link...for several hundred employees' birthdays a year.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to solve the 'always buying amazon gift card' when not everyone loves it problem, as well as giving international options!

A very intuitive way of paying out in bulk to our experts. A large array of brands, especially available for our US experts.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

The order history page is not the most efficient - a search feature to search for old orders would save us some time.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paying out using Amazon, where we had two issues: 1) we pay out experts in many different countries, and on Amazon there is a webpage for every different country (not at all organized)  2)  bulk payouts are not as simple. Wegift solves this, as we now have one place for our team to order gift cards. We can easily login from any account, and download receipts if we need.

Very easy to do business with. Simple set up and smooth transactions. Wide range of 3rd party e-codes to choose from.  Account management is straight forward and transparent.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

This company should shout more in the market about the services it offers. It's one of the best kept secrets and deserves to better known. Make more noise about what you do, because you're good at it!

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A one stop shop. All the 3rd party brands under one roof. No need to approach and contract individually. Simple terms and real time delivery. This means we can resell to our clients, safe in the knowledge that our reputation will not suffer any damage and a happy customer will repeatedly return to buy again.

How simple it is to use - our travel agents love getting these each month  having the agents have the choice of suppliers to pick from has really gained popularity with our agents.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Not being able to do multiple orders in 1 order - if its a different amount it must be done separately ... we send out different amounts based on the participation so that slows my process down.

its a 1 stop shop for my monthly prizes that we give away to our travel agent members for watching our webinars - very easy and quick to use.  Well received by the agents as well

We have integrated with other gift card platforms and wish we had found WeGift sooner. Their APIs are well-documented, and we got up and running very quickly. The back-end interface is easy to use and helps us keep on top of things. We have also been delighted with the account management and support.

There are no issues. We have been very happy, and their support has helped whenever we have got stuck.

We have been having a great experience with WeGift. The provide exceptional service for our digital reward needs. The team is friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or with onboarding new brands making the process incredibly smooth. Plus, their pricing is competitive and their transparency makes them one of the best options on the market. Their digital reward service is highly recommended.

Around the holiday season, I was on a quest to find an easy-to-use employee gift-giving solution that had a great catalog, and few limitations, and WeGift was just that!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

At this time, I only dislike WeGift because I wish it had more of an international presence in the catalog. Additionally, I wish it was possible to send USD gifts and allow users to redeem that money for gift cards in other currencies.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to send gift cards to employees in a way that is no-friction. I didn't even need to set up any extensive accounts. Just sign up, purchase the gifts, and I'm on my way!

I like how quickly we can send out mass amounts of gift cards in a short amount of time. I also love the ability to send our customers the generated payout links, as they are super simple to send.

The choice of gift cards and the UK-based support. It integrates well with our product and the vouchers are conveniently delivered via email to our end users.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Limited actual availability of vouchers. Told at last minute there are minimum order requirements for some gift cards which to us defeats the point of immediate voucher redemption via API.

Significant downtime recently whereby a number of vouchers were not delivered, yet WeGift told our client's end users to ask the client for a refund when infact the issue was with WeGift.

Reward fulfilment for our clients loyalty programs via an API integration.

I like that is super easy to work with, we can personalize each gift card we send, adding the company's logo and even the colours. Also I really like that in the US Market there are a lot of brands to choose.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Tha bad thing is that for the Spain Market there aren't so many brands depending on the amount we chosee, and Amazon is not between those brands, that would be very good for us.

Sending a giftcard to employees or clients, and let them choose between a lot of brands, and that the expiration date is in years. Very usefull

**What do you like best about Runa?**

The portal is SO user-friendly! We barely have to contact wegift for assistance because the portal is so competent, we can very easily track and send vouchers and do absolutely everything we need to. Previously we have used other suppliers whose portal didn't even compare in terms of quality of service and meeting our needs and contact with them was very frequent so it's very refreshing to have this service. 
I also really like how there are no delays in our float being topped up when we process top-ups - this really helps as the stuff we do can be very reactivate and need quick turn arounds.
Lastly, everyone we've worked with at wegift has been incredibly lovely and helpful people!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

My only current downfall is simply that we aren't using it enough but that is down to the energy industry. I genuinely can't think of anything we'd want that isn't already provided or anything we would improve - our needs and wants are met.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously as a company, we've been constrained to what promotional vouchers we can offer customers but with wegift we have a whole range, meaning we can target a range of customers. We also have been at a loss previously because we could not resend vouchers in the manner we can on the wegift portal. From a customer service point of view, it's also allowed us to get back to customers so quickly because there are no delays in money becoming available to use, not having the request wegift resend vouchers for us and having the ability to break and resend, track and report.

I like the selection of stores, and how easy it is to create an email or link to give out the gifts. It really only takes 30 seconds start to finish if you know which stores you want to offer.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

It would be great to see some more local/regional choices. And I think the categories/filtering could be improved a bit (like an advanced search option).

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it way easier to give out perks to my team members. Instead of going to individual store websites (way too time-consuming), I just do it all at once. More perks=happier team members :)

**What do you like best about Runa?**

I really like the WeGift platform and, in particular, the facility to be able to track the customer's vouchers and see if they've opened, claimed the voucher etc.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

The only issue I've found recently is the platform has been a little slower, especially when uploading a bulk upload request. However, this doesn't have a significant impact on my use of WeGift, and I would still highly recommend WeGift.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company, we can track exactly when our customers have opened and downloaded their vouchers, which stops us from sending duplicate vouchers and saves our business money. Also for us, being able to send the vouchers ourselves in a timescale that we want, and not having to wait and rely on a third party to do this for us has helped massivley, which reduces our complaints as customers do not have to wait for additional time to receive their vouchers.

With Runa I can send very customized gifting with an insane number of options for gift cards.  It's also considerably less expensive than other platforms we've used for gift card sending.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

The interface can be a bit clunky at times but just takes some extra clicks to get where you want to go. Sometimes the number of gift card choices can be overwhelming which isn't always a bad thing!

Runa helps us send gift cards seamlessly and with ease. Past gifting tools had faulty links whereas Runa has been an inexpensive and easy way to incentivize our prospects.

**What do you like best about Runa?**

The ease of use. The employee can actually split up amounts and choose the retail vendor. One other really great perk, it is instant to go to the employee through email, so they can use right away. The visa/mastercard gift cards do not have an extra fee, this saves money. The customer service rep that signed us up was amazing.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

I have not found anything that I dislike yet. I would like to have a general log in so I can share with my other leadership team members so they can utilize the program as well.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a positive morale for the team members. Recognition has been a barrier in the past because of time and inefficiencies. The ease to pull receipts and stay organized helps out when purchasing gift cards. I don't have to run to the store and pay extra for gift cards.

quick responses to questions or requests for help and support & always active in attempts to resolve issues.

the only issue is inevitable instances of cards being unavailable/brands going down.
these instances are usually resolved quickly, but do tend to cause some issues regardless

**What do you like best about Runa?**

This is a modern, easy to use platform - that was important to us as other platforms out there sometimes look like very Web 1.0. The billing process was easy (also important, as reconciling payments within our accounting package was painful with manual gift card purchases). Overall super happy with the platform and the way it works.

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

It was little confusing when it came to adding team members - we thought we had to add gift card recipients as team members, but that wasn't the case. Not a major issue, but some labelling / clarity would help.

**What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WeGift solves the gift card giving problem. Historically we've given out a small number each year, which means we ask people what retailer they want the card from and then we manually purchase it. That's way too time consuming now that we're giving out a lot of gift cards.

The site is very easy ti avigate through the different sections, the variety of vouchers is excellent because it means we can cater for all different needs. It is a very quick and simple process or place orders.

Some of the security checking abilities are long winded and could be easy to miss something major. The back buttons also don't work properly and can kick you out of the order before you've made a note of the necessary details.

WeGift are allowing our customers the freedom of buying whatever they want through vouchers rather than specific products that perhaps we aren't able to stock ourselves.

You do not have to be an expert to use the platform; it is extremely straightforward. I like the different templates that the platform provides, but I also like the customization option.

You cannot see the message you send along with the giftcard in the order history. That would be an useful feature to have to better keep track of gifts.

- WeGift doesn't require a subscription, so you pay only for gift cards
- Good range of supported countries (better than other competitors I know about)
- You can send gift cards via email as well as a link
- Intuitive interface

Overall, this is the best gift card sending tool I've found!

**What do you dislike about Runa?**

Most customers prefer Amazon gift cards, but they aren't available in the tool for some countries. It would be great to have this option for all countries where Amazon has local brunches.

Also, some information is not obvious to me, it could be explained better. For example, I don't understand how much time our customers have to get a reward after we share a link.

Otherwise a great tool!

As a product team, we run a lot of customer research, and sometimes we need to reward customers for their time. 
WeGift helps make a rewarding process much easier for us because instead of using multiple tools for different countries we can use only one.

I love how easy the Wegift platform is to navigate, the bredth of GC's within the UK, which is our biggesest market. What I really love is the account management and how they strive to go above and beyond.

I'd love to see more GC's in other countries and more tier 1 brands, but I know they are working on this. Deeper discouts are always nice :)
