Certified payroll software for New York subcontractors with 3 to 30 workers. Hours are entered once per payroll week, and that same entry is what the NYSDOL portal XML file and the federal WH-347 are built from. The overtime codes and the fringe math are checked as you type, and overtime, fringe and apprentice checks run before you sign. Hours can be imported from an existing payroll or time system. Deadline reminders go out at 10, 5, 2 and 0 days before a filing is due. Six years of records are kept and can be exported at any time. The bookkeeper and the signer are included at no extra cost. Pricing is $79 a month per company, with unlimited projects, unlimited workers and unlimited filings. The first 14 days are free and no card is needed.
