The fact that a candidate can record their interview at any time that works for them saves our team literally dozens of hours per week on scheduling. Being able to see your applicants is so helpful. If an applicant takes the time to record a Wedge, it often shows their true level of interest in the job. I like the fact that you don't have to bring them in for an person interview. I'm able to see a little bit of their personality on the wedge interviews.
