Hi Lulian, thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated. As you mentioned, yes, we do not cover social media platforms, but we do cover massive amounts of data from alternative social media channels with great coverage (which nowadays, is no less important). For the historical data model, the different pricing model is essential as it has a very different method of storing and delivering, this is the differentiation from the real-time API. We hope to find a way to get your rating to a 5 star soon :)

Webz.io playground is easy to use and really convenient to I don't have to reach out to the Support team. Although the Support team is quick in responding to requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
