However, this might just be a function of how we are writing our queries. Our philosophy is more is better than less. It is possible to specify individual domains, though not new ones to my knowledge. The preview feature is fantastic for real time feedback to our clients. Overall, the web interface and the api have been very useful to us in assisting our own clients. So far, Webhose is the cheapest solution for getting this data. **What do you dislike about Webz.io?** Not possible to add particular domains to be crawled at least from our experience. Historical data are not retained for us, so we needed to pay twice the same historical data collection. It would be useful to guarantee a personal repository to keep all historical data requests until the user explicitly delete them. As of Feb 2020, it is no longer possible to change the plan within the web interface and it is need the intervention of the sales representative. I think this is a great limitation for small companies like ours which are quite dynamic and need to adapt to the cash flow. **What problems is Webz.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Serving our client feed of news and blog posts about different topics and applying sentiment analysis on them. The preview feature is very useful to us as we can show real time search within our own platform. What I like best about Webhose is that the customer service is excelent, if I have a problem they will help me ASAP to resolve it or explain why it is happening and what I can do about it. **What do you dislike about Webz.io?** When we first start using the service our queries where pretty big, we have a lot of keywords to search and exclude. Then we had to reduce the length of it because of the HTTP request limitations, so we are making more generic queries, resulting much more results and therefore, having to make more queries to paginate that results and using more quota. It works really great and fairly simple to set up if you are a dev. Thoroughly recommended for platforms or services looking for a done for you web scraper and data supplier for the purposes of content marketing/sharing etc. The cost of the platform is extremely affordable for one man bands or growing companies and the rate at which they index new content and data is very fast. The Python API is quite useful as well. Support is pretty good, too, they typically answer most questions within a couple of hours. **What do you dislike about Webz.io?** You cannot use your regular credits to get data older than 30 days but instead have to pay additionally if you want to access old data. Besides, the data is not enriched, i.e. you don't really know about the category (apart from overall page category). You also need to take care of deduplicating data yourself. **Recommendations to others considering Webz.io:** The FAQ answers already some questions but not all of them.
