"Reliable Time Tracking Without the Micromanagement Feel"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

WebWork Time Tracker is a simple and reliable tool with a clean, easy-to-use interface and a functional dashboard. It stands out for its privacy controls, allowing users to turn off screenshots and even disable screenshot notifications to avoid distractions. It integrates with essential tools, though the ecosystem isn’t as extensive as some competitors. Performance is solid, running smoothly in the background with consistent tracking and syncing.

Pricing is affordable and offers good value, especially for teams that need both time tracking and monitoring in one platform. Onboarding is quick, and support is responsive enough to get users up and running without much hassle. While its AI features are fairly basic, it still provides useful productivity insights. Overall, it’s a practical, budget-friendly choice with flexible monitoring options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

One downside is how it handles activity tracking. It tends to pause automatically every 15 minutes, which can be frustrating, especially since there’s no clear alert or notification to let you know when it stops. It would be much better if there were an option to customize this behavior or at least trigger an alarm when tracking pauses. It also stops tracking during meetings or periods of low interaction, since it relies on clicks and activity, which can lead to missed time even when you’re actively working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Dear user, thank you for your detailed review mentioning what you like about WebWork. Regarding the tracking pauses, WebWork is built to be as seamless as possible, and our team works every day to make it better and more useful. If you do run into an issue, feel free to reach out to our customer support team and they'll help you adjust it. For meetings or other work where tracking turns off, you can request that time manually by simply mentioning what you were doing, like "meeting." If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!

"Efficient Time Tracking with Clear Productivity Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I really like how WebWork Time Tracker combines simplicity with powerful features. The real-time tracking and detailed reports make it easy to monitor productivity without feeling overwhelming. Its user-friendly interface and automated screenshots help maintain transparency and accountability. Overall, it’s a reliable tool for efficient time and team management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

One downside of WebWork Time Tracker is that the screenshot monitoring feature can feel a bit intrusive for some team members. Occasionally, the app may also lag or consume system resources during tracking. The reporting features, while detailed, can take time to fully understand for new users. Overall, it’s effective but could be more lightweight and less invasive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Sometimes the desktop app feels a bit heavy, and loading reports can take a little time. Also, having more customization options for notifications and reports would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dear Sachin, thanks for the review! Glad WebWork is helping you stay productive. As for the heaviness and loading delays, this isn't something we usually hear about, since WebWork isn't typically a heavy app. It might be related to a specific setup, and we'd be happy to help if there's anything we can do on our end. I like the accuracy and adjustable time sheets from the time tracked during the day!

The system itself is also beginner friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Functional and Compatible with Multiple Devices, But With Minor Errors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

What I like most about WebWork Time Tracker is its ease of use; it is a really simple tool to use. I also like its features, especially the screenshot capability and the option to blur them, which is useful for protecting my team's privacy. I love that it works on any device and operating system, as my team uses different systems like Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. Additionally, the price isn't bad either. The initial setup was very easy, the process is quite simple. We switched to WebWork Time Tracker from Tahometer mainly because of the ability to take blurred screenshots and its price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Sometimes, the mobile app for Android stops counting time and closes. Also, sometimes, the popup that asks you what you are doing in the Windows and macOS versions keeps appearing even after you have entered an activity, which is very annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Dear Diego, thank you for your great review! We recently launched our new mobile app with added features and a smoother interface. You're welcome to try it out, and if you have any suggestions, we're always open to continuous improvements. The popup issue sounds like a bug, so we'll get our team on it.

"Essential Tracker with Robust Features"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like WebWork Time Tracker's tracking system that records mouse clicks, keyboard typing, and open windows, along with screenshots, which sometimes helps me track my team's progress. I also appreciate that it helps maintain a log at the end of the month, so I can easily see the effort estimated versus actual effort spent on tasks. I've been using it for almost 2.5 years, and the current version is the best and has it all. The initial setup was very easy, which was great since I'm a technical person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Sometimes my team members tell me that the tracker is not working on their end. It keeps giving errors asking if they were working, even though they were. It happened to me once as well - maybe some server error from WebWork? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Dear user, thank you for your review! Happy to have you as a customer who has been using WebWork for 2.5 years already. We would love for you and your team to have an issue-free experience. If you ever encounter any errors, you can send a log or connect with our support team.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Minor Activity Tracking Flaws"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like WebWork Time Tracker for its ease of usage, timely notifications, and effortless time tracking. It continuously works in the background to track all the tasks I'm working on, my activity level, and all the relevant data, making sure everything is recorded without any extra effort from me. The initial setup was effortless too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

When doing meetings, if not using keyboard or mouse, it can count that time as unproductive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Thanks for your feedback! Glad WebWork has been helpful for you. About meetings, you can adjust this in your settings. When you return from a meeting, the tracker can ask if you'd like to add the idle time. You can also request the time manually and mark the activity as "Meeting." Either way, you won't lose any tracked hours. Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out to our support team if you have any questions.
