I've been using Webtrends Optimize tool for a while now and the recent UI update has been a big improvement. It’s much cleaner and easier to navigate, which makes working with the platform a lot smoother, especially when jumping between tests, reports, and dashboards. As a frontend developer, I really appreciate how simple it is to set up experiments and track user interactions. The platform gives clear insights into how users behave on our site and the things like clicks, engagement, and the drop-offs helps us make informed design and UX decisions. The custom dashboards are also really handy. I can set them up to show only the data that matters to our team, and it’s easy to share those insights with others. What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize? Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Webtrends Optimize, but there are a couple of things that could be better. Some parts of the UI still feel a bit clunky and took me a little while to find where everything was. No need to upgrade to access personalisation, survey tools, social proof or product recommendations. - The recently upgraded interface is great and has solved a lot of the issues that I used to have with the tool. - Responsive customer service - The upgraded reporting dashboard is best in class. Easy segmentation and customisation makes it easy to monitor and report on test results. - Good for entry level companies but also very powerful options for those with more advanced needs. - If you can think of something you'd like to use the tool for it's very likely that they can work with you to set it up and create something custom that fills your needs. - Easy and quick implementation and WTO will work with you to validate event setup and make sure that everything is working as expected. It's possible but using the advanced editor for it isn't very intuitive and can be confusing at the start - The documentation needs some work, it's not always easy to find answers if you're stuck but the customer service makes up for some of this issue. - There are still some confusing parts of setting up a test using the advanced editor but I assume that this might come next after the upgrade to the dashboard and reporting interfaces. Webtrends Optimize suits companies across the entire scale of CRO maturity. Webtrends Optimize include all features and tools in one package at a good price so you don't have to upgrade or pay anything extra when your CRO programme matures. They have excellent customer service and really listen to you if you find any issues or have ideas around new features. Unlike some of the larger enterprise focused tools they are constantly updating the tool to make it easier to use. They are able to come up with bespoke solutions for your business.
