The way that the software allows us users to anlyze and track new events. We like how the Sharepoint allows its users to search for relevent information based on views by clicking thru the topics, allowed on the Sharepoint. It is also a great feature in how it allows other third parties to build into the platform. Overall, the new platform solves many analytics issues based on its user friendliness, and User trend queries are easily opened and organized within Microsoft Excel. We dislike how the software requires savibg each abalytics trend when opening it within an Office 365 software. When in the Microsoft 365 software it is also not verifiably safe from the public. There are a few things I like about Webtrends Analytics for Sharepoint. One i love that it is integrated with Sharepoint as it is a highly collaborative tool we use at my work. As a team lead, I love monitoring and making use of data to get information of my team's engagement. I love that I can export reports and use them in presentation to my leadership.
