I especially like the drag-and-drop editor and exit-intent popups, which make it easy to create professional campaigns without needing design skills. The customer Support was also very professional and clear when I had a few doubts after setting up my campaigns. I have been using this tool frequently for most of my email campaigns. **What do you dislike about WebToffee - eCommerce Marketing Automation?** The analytics could be a bit more detailed. For example, having deeper insights into campaign performance over time. It would also be nice to see more advanced segmentation options. **What problems is WebToffee - eCommerce Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me automate repetitive marketing tasks like sending welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, and win-back campaigns, which saves time and ensures customers are always engaged without manual follow-ups.
