The best thing about the software is that it provides an inbuilt updated HSN master wherein you can check the HSN of the products/services. Additionally, the software provides built-in feature to search taxpayer basis GSTN wherein you can get details of returns filing status of the taxpayer. Also, the software provides input reconciliation feature which is very useful in filing of GSTR3B return. **What do you dislike about Web-GST?** Sometimes while filing GST amendments/returns through a One-time password, there is a lag in receiving OTP on registered mobile number. However, the same works fine most of the time. **Recommendations to others considering Web-GST:** Web-GST is a very good ASP - GSP integrated solution for filing of GST returns. The software provides inbuilt reconciliation features which a very useful feature. Additionally, the response time for the software is very quick. From the price perspective as well, this is an affordable ASP- GSP software as compared to other softwares available in the market. **What problems is Web-GST solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have realized the below-mentioned benefits through the software:- 1.
