This was useful for some time at the very beginning when we were still in the process of putting together our lab website, and ServageOne was a good introduction to doing that. **What do you dislike about Websupport?** Although the website-builder was useful, it did present some challenges. For one, it only runs on Windows, while most of our laptops and computers are Mac. This software also requires some prior experience with website building. **What problems is Websupport solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software introduced us to the world of website-building. Although it was not the best software to start out with, it exposed us to a variety of technical skills that we were able to master later on. ### 2.
