If I had to pick something, I'd say the depth of their discovery process means you have to actually show up prepared - they're going to ask sharp questions about positioning, audience, and conversion intent, and you'll get out what you put in. We're an AI-native documentation platform - "record a workflow, get a polished SOP and a video walkthrough" - and explaining that in five seconds is surprisingly hard. Peppermint's redesign gave us a site that actually communicates what the product does, looks like it belongs to a modern SaaS company, and converts visitors into signups.
