I think their interface is not that bad. Once you become their client, they will invite you to their slack channel, which allows for pretty quick communication in case of any outages. During our time with them as the client, a lot of outages happened, and their support team wasn't able to identify what was the cause, taking plenty of time to resolve issues and leaving out engineers to fix them. We looked for a great cloud platform for our eCommerce website with a friendlier budget than AWS. It is relatively easy to set up and get running, is secure, and offers fast performance.
