**What do you like best about Webropol?**

analytical tools and it is very to the point.  their training, consultancy and project management were also very good and helpful.  their analytical abilities and options were also a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Webropol?**

the learning curve was steeper than expected but in time we eventually became familiar and the software became very useful.

**What problems is Webropol solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being more efficient with related skill-tasks and being able to provide surveys to internal and external participants with ease.
