Once set up, you can forget about it; users won't get to those dangerous places - they get blocked at the DNS level. So your network and other lines of defense don't even have to deal with it. The protection runs very light on usage so for the many less technical clients we have with older machines it doesn't slow them down it works seamlessly in the background.
