The agent is simple to deploy on our end-user machines. Managing active licenses, policies and groupings on the web portal is very straightforward and easy to learn. It's great seeing quickly which devices have not been seen recently, which are active / currently protected, and (although rare) which machines were "Last Infected" and when. Webroot works well with Microsoft Windows 10/11 built-in Windows Security software whereas other antivirus solutions we have tried in the past did not do this very well. Webroot also does not seem to bog down CPU usage as other antivirus solutions have done in the past. It's a very clean desktop application and web management interface. Webroot was originally recommended to us by a 3rd party vendor (who we ended up not sticking with) but we love the software so we kept using it after our relationship with the vendor ended. Sometimes the software is centrally deployed, the user interface is typically locked down to the point where it is hard to see a quick analysis or temporarily disable antivirus for recommended 3rd party troubleshooting steps as admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks so much for leaving us a review! I'm glad to hear that the roll-out of this product has been straightforward!
