The most helpful aspect of Webroot Business Endpoint Protection is how easy it is to use once it's rolled out. One of the most valuable features of the Webroot platform is how easily managed it is. The ease of use in controlling policies and administering clients' endpoints is a key feature in making it fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to stretch to come up with downsides. The one thing that could use some improvement is the portal where the webroot training is housed, you can access all of the free training effectively, there are just a lot of pages and popups involved, and it could be streamlined. With Webroot endpoint I don't worry about my online safety or my customer's safety. I like the single pane of glass to configure all the endpoints.

Webroot Antivirus is very lightweight with very little impact on local resources. the browser plugin is very useful and rarely interrupts browsing unless it deems a site dangerous. Generally, it just warns you in the search results about what rating each site has. This has allowed us a sense of security for our users both in-office and mobile as it is managed from a central online console we can reach from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reseller renewals are easy, renewals purchased yourself are not seamless, sometimes upgrading certain hardware on a machine often duplicates the machine in the console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing for me is the low resources that the webroot scanner uses. It silently runs in the background doing what it needs to do and is decent at picking up anything on a machine that needs to be looked at. Sometimes a little slow for database updates and version updates can take time to deploy to all devices that are in the management portal. Some of the navigation on the portal could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
