In addition, because it was so physical therapy user-friendly, it made it difficulty to integrate personal training and massage therapy service providers into the software. The one thing I like most about WebPT is how easy it is to navigate to different tabs. I also have enjoyed learning about new places of where you can store information. It's horrible and takes forever for the tab to finally processes through. Sometimes when pulling up mutliple accounts it will glich on you and freeze everything you are doing. It allows us to maintain compliance. The script presets are excellent to save our therapists time during visits that require a lot of information to be noted. Webpt helped us reduce our paper usage greatly by allowing us to transition from paper patient charts to a fully electronic medical record. WebPT software is an excellent tool to provide effective and relevant patient care to provide a good experience, the service is perfect to help promote business growth by evaluating all available factors to ensure success. The service offers a comprehensive scheduling system, documentation and allows for easy evaluation of results through extensive reporting. The service is affordable and profitable for many, with mobile and cloud application availability making it easy for anyone to access. The service has the advantage of being very easy to operate, has templates with high capacity for customization and most importantly of all the support team staff provides very satisfactory attention and quick solutions before any inconvenience that may arise. I consider that the interface of this service is in dire need of updates, as it has a rather outdated design, is a bit slow and does not give a good impression to users of how good and advanced this service is. In our medical instinct, WebPT has played a great role, since currently this system allows us to easily manage from appointments, insurance, patient portals, make treatment plans to patients, make invoices and obtain extensive reports. I really like the fact that I can help to cut back on our cancellations and no-shows. I am able to send our patients an appointment reminder either through a text, an email, or by phone. It has many tabs for specific information including all subjective data (subjective; medication; allergies; red flags; precautions/contraindication; problems). - I also really like how the assessment and goal are simply laid out w/ goals being reported on in percentages. - BMS allows people to create individualized examination templates - for example ....you can make a "cervical spine" template and link all relevant subjective, objective, assessment and goal data that you would use for the typical C/S patient and never have to type all that info up again - just add in any info related to individual differences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WebPT? I dislike the Objective tab which, while it has almost every measurement and special test in the book, is hard to a) keep track of because there is a ton information and b) makes it difficult to search for objective info in the next patient visit or reevaluation. The way I have overcome this is by making a template for each patient in the "free type" box which will autopopulate any data you would like to have on our exam. Another dislike I have is that you cannot copy/past subjective, objective and assessment data even if this all stays the same from one visit to another - while I see the ethical reasons behind it, it would sure save time on the people who just haven't had any significant status changes.
