The most helpful thing about WebPT is the visual schedule. I am a speech and language pathologist. I supervise two assistants at a clinic in my town. The easy breakdown of the schedules of both assistants helps me to keep track of their therapy schedule so that I can assist them to my maximal capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WebPT? The least helpful thing about WebPT is that it is visually a rather dull platform. Inputting and reviewing treatment notes can be monotonous and tedious, mainly because the visual aspect of the platform is not that appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that I am solving with WebPT is that it allows me to co-sign notes for the assistant that I supervise in an organized way. Lots of information and reports that can be run. Data is easily seen and scheduling is pretty simple. Love seeing a single provider's weekly schedule. What do you dislike about WebPT? - Reports can be inaccurate - Not as user friendly for PTs during notes - Difficult to delete notes - Lots of bugs with scheduling, meetings - Difficult to scan and attach files - Not able to use on Google Chrome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The system is very user friendly and allows for the mainstreaming of the office. My favorite feature of this software is the ability to have the medical record in the same system with the schedule. We experienced lots of freezes and glitches in the beginning of using this software.
