WebProof is a platform that has a great trajectory and is consolidated in the market as one of the most solid systems, allows the correction of texts, content management, documents and projects, design and edit logos, labels, among others ... In addition to generating status codes, s a tool for team collaboration as it allows several people through the web system, work on the same project at once, in real-time, generating alerts and notifications to users about changes being made in the document or file. On the other hand is very easy to use, easy to configure and has available several languages, regarding its price has a free version and plans a little more complete that are basic, company and platinum at very affordable prices. It is the perfect solution for teams that want to optimize their workflow and facilitate teamwork, in our case we have implemented it as the filter of our press articles, since in the writing we use this effective tool as the main manager of our content, has also allowed us to increase our productivity and has greatly improved the quality of our press articles, because they are better written and in the case of international news gives us less margin for error in translations.
