**What do you like best about webMethods BPM?**

I like that webMethods BPM has features that allow business users to resubmit transactions when they fail due to certain reasons. It's great because if there's a failure, in some cases resubmitting can lead to success. This option to resubmit transactions is a really useful feature for business users.

**What do you dislike about webMethods BPM?**

I think the interface of webMethods BPM could be much better. The UI feels outdated and I feel it could definitely be improved in terms of scalability and flexibility on different devices and screens.

**What problems is webMethods BPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use webMethods BPM to make it easier for business partners to monitor, debug, and understand transaction flows and statuses. It helps us track integration processes and allows resubmitting failed transactions, creating a user-friendly environment.
