Honestly there is not much I DON'T like about TINYpulse Engage. Two of the most compelling aspects of TINYpulse are: How easy it is to navigate and use, as an administrator and as an employee participant; and How TINYpulse is consistently improving upon their platform and tool to make the experience more robust, relevant, and user-friendly. The only thing I dislike is that we don't have the capacity organizationally to really leverage TINYpulse to its fullest. While it is easy to use, there are aspects and features within the system that take strategy and coordination (in other words - time! :)) to do really well. We're not there yet.
