Simple navigation pane, everything is grouped together in one spot

There are few options to select, a serious lack of reporting, serious lack of assistance when anything goes wrong with the product, and a multitude of bugs in the software which cause it to crash on a daily basis.

**Recommendations to others considering webjoint retail software suite:**

Instant chat, support guides, bug fixes, returning customer calls for support issues....you can’t have a software system that can’t do the basics. It’s not that it’s just a bad POS system for cannabis; it’s a bad software system to begin with. Extremely lacking, no possibility to pull reports with specific information, you get what you get in webjoint. Which should explain the cheaper price tag.

**What problems is webjoint retail software suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only “problem” being “solved” is accepting orders quickly. The process of placing an order is simple, allowing us to intake orders and dispatch quickly.
