What do you like best about Webix?

Webix has a great deal of UI widgets, consisting of trees, grids, treegrids and charts. Financing originates from a business edition with some innovative widgets. It is such an underestimated group and not that understood Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webix?

It may seem a litle, but it adds up really quickly, you may find cheaper solutions outhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webix?

Webix is professionally developed and well maintained. Useful features are added regularly. Bugs are rare but fixed quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webix?

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. All the problems I could resolve by reading the documentation. The pricing is fair. I purchased an add-on license for the kanban module but didn't use it in the end. So I dislike my own bad planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Webix:

if you ever needed anything from a widget to a SPA: check it out. You will not regret it. the community version is free and the commercial version is powerful and affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use webix regularly for web frontends that connect to custom json apis.

Webix has been my choice for small and large applications. The smallest scope was a simple tool that needed to be added to an existing bootstrap project - webix can be used on top of jquery even.

The largest scope is a fully integrated inhouse business application with a webix jet frontend with dozens of views, stateful navigation, authentication, dashboard, excel export.

I used to work with extjs and sencha. But since I found webix there is no going back. Webix has a pleasant learning curve: I got very far very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webix?

Webix has a mostly very consistent API, so little by little one doesn't need too much looking up the docs anymore when working with it, there is a lot of parallels between the widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webix?

It can get tricky to implement something out of the webix api within a webix component sometimes. But usually one can find a working solution and rarely this is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
