This review is entirely about billing, not the product. In April 2023, I also paid $543 after a 7-day trial of the Live webinar version. I asked about a lifetime opiton for it and was told the ongoing computing costs made that impossible. That was reasonable. What followed was not reasonable. WebinarKit has charge my card $543 every year since. They charged me in April 2024, April 2025, and now April 2026. That is $2172 over four years. I have never once logged into the the live product. There is no advance renewal notification before the charge. There is no receipt sent after the charge. The only way I learned about a renewal is by reviewing my credit card statement after the money was already gone. When I contacted support on Sunday, May 3, 2026 after seeing the charge on my card for April 29, 2026, I was told they do not issue refunds on recurring subscriptions, regardless of usage. Sending a renewal notice 30 days out and a receipt at the time of charge are standard SaaS practices in 2026. Skipping both, and then hiding behind a "no refunds" policy on a clearly unused account is the kind of behavior that gives the entire SaaS and internet marketing space a bad name. The interface is very easy to understand and use, and everything flows in a logical way. It also connects with my favourite email tool, Active Campaign, which makes it simple to set up powerful follow-up sequences. I have found it simple to use and this software has everything you ant for a start up business that needs on line presence. Good customer support and integrates well with my business. It performed well and I have had no major hick ups when using it for evergreen and live video. I took advantage of the offer on at the time and this software is worth the money. Sub accounts within WebinarKit allow me to organize webinars by project/website/client. I can also create team sub account access so team members only have access to webinars/projects they are assigned to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it is so easy to use. The software features are self-explanatory and the software itself is clean and user-friendly. It even allows for multiple languages, which is a big deal for me as I have a bilingual audience. I also like that there is full tutorial videos available. I purchased the lifetime whitelabel pro bundle for the benefits for the custom domain, email credits, AI generation creation, and integrations with popular applications like Pabbly Connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit of a learning curve to understand. The Help links do not work some of the times (404 errors); the AI Generation credits get eaten up with errors; I have both live and pre-recorded options, and it is very difficult to set up without assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
