As a direct response marketer, the features in Webinar Jam cater to this style of marketing really well. They let you do everything from upload your slide presentation beforehand (which all of your presenters can control remotely), get your offer ready making a hyperlink show up in the chat whenever you want to, run polls and surveys, etc. The setup is self-explanatory and it integrates easily with most CRMs and autoresponders.
