"The easiest thing to use!"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Logging in was super intuitive and hassle free. Right after you sign in, the platform already guides you on where to go so you can get started right away.

Creating a webinar is also straightforward, the option is easy to find, and the setup feels smooth.

Compared to the platforms I’ve used before (Teams, Zoom), this one definitely feels more robust. I used those mostly for weekly meetings, and their features are pretty basic. Webinargeek offers a lot more, and while it’s still easy enough to navigate, the number of options means users would benefit from getting familiar with the features so they can really maximize what the platform can do.

Overall, it’s an impressive platform and if I ever need a webinar tool again this is something I’d consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

If I were to use it regularly, I’d appreciate a short video tutorial or a quick onboarding walkthrough to highlight the key features. That would make the learning curve even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Webinars with Robust Integrations"

What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Been using WebinarGeek for my own conferences and it just works the way I'd want it to. Setup didn't take long to figure out, the chat feature actually feels like talking to people instead of shouting into a void, and the automatic follow-up emails saved me a bunch of annoying manual work I used to do by hand. Recording's there when you need it, integrations cover what I needed too. Not much to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Overall it's been smooth, just a small thing I'd love to see improved is a bit more visibility when something's not going as expected, like with invitation emails. Some clearer status updates or feedback in the moment would make troubleshooting way easier and just round out the whole experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for the great review! We're really happy to hear WebinarGeek is saving you time with automated follow-up emails and that the chat feels like a real conversation. 😊

Thanks as well for the feedback about clearer status updates for invitation emails. We'll pass that on to the team. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

4.5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Previous Response: WebinarGeek is super intuitive and straightforward to use. I like how quickly you can set up a webinar and the range of customization options available (e.g. enabling Chat or Q&A in replay). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Dashboards, Smooth CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I find the getting started videos and onboarding tour really helpful as a first-time user. The tour button at the top quickly introduces the main features of the platform, making it easy to get oriented. I also appreciate the subscriber dashboard and attendee section, which are clear and informative, showing useful details such as new and recurring subscribers along with timestamps. The CRM integration is simple to connect, just a click of a button with tools like ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and HubSpot. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate. The initial setup was absolutely smooth and very user-friendly. I would rate it 10 out of 10 for the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

One area that could benefit from improvement is the webinar creation workflow. While the available settings are flexible, this step could be more user-friendly and self-explanatory for the first-time user. I would say clear prompts or a more guided flow would make the setup process smoother. In the edit webinar section, there's no clear save or continue option, which makes it unclear whether changes have been saved or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive alternative to use from day one"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I like that WebinarGeek offers a huge customization feature for creating webinars, including the ability to add branding. The option to add sales pages at the end with little pop-ups for a call to action is also really handy. I like that I can direct people towards more information or actions seamlessly. I appreciate being able to do everything together on one platform rather than using different analytics, registration, or email marketing tools. I also find it valuable that I can track custom links directly in the application, which gives me insights into where my traffic and subscribers are coming from, especially since I can index the registration page publicly from the app. The sales page feature lets me create a landing page to prompt sales right after the webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

I think they're still working on adding some integrations. I've seen platform integrations on their website, but the apps I use, like make.com, aren't integrated. Other alternatives are there, but those are the ones I don't use. So it'd be helpful if there were more integrations. Also, there's lots of customization, which has a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for your review! We're glad you're getting so much value from the customization options, especially the branded sales pages and custom link tracking. Thanks as well for your feedback about expanding our integrations and the learning curve, we'll be sure to share it with the team.

"Simple Webinar Management with WebinarGeek"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I like the best about WebinarGeek that you can quickly and comfortably set up your first webinar, even if you have no experience at all. The interface is simple and clear, so it does not take much time to understand how everything works. I also liked that the platform provides all the basic tools needed for hosting a webinar in one place, which makes the whole process much easier and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Overall, I'm happy with the tool, though I'd love to see more integration with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you found it easy to get your first webinar up and running, even without prior experience. Thanks as well for the suggestion about adding more integrations, we'll pass it along to the team.

"Smooth Webinar Creation with Powerful Customization and Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I really like the abundance of customization options. Creating a webinar is smooth and you can do it from scratch or using a customizable predefined template, which saves a lot of time. Each step of creating the webinar is well defined, but I would have really liked a “save” button just for the extra reassurance your progress is not lost. You can even include payment options directly in the webinar so people can buy what you’re selling in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

One thing I’d like to mention is the “invite attendees” process which is not too intuitive. I expected to have a place where I can add emails in bulk and invite people but it might be that you can only do it by sharing the registration link separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the clean dashboard and straightforward webinar creation process. Scheduling a webinar and inviting attendees were easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Some advanced settings and integrations were slightly difficult to locate, so more step-by-step guidance for first-time users would be helpful. Overall, the platform performed smoothly during my webinar, and its straightforward setup could provide good value for teams that regularly host online events.
