"Clean, modern webinar platform that makes webinar setup and hosting easy"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

What I like most is how smooth and intuitive the whole experience is, from creating a webinar to inviting attendees and going live. I also appreciate features like real-time polls, Q&A, and separate Public, Team, and Private chat channels, plus the polished, professional attendee experience thanks to automated invites and confirmation emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

If there's one thing I'd add, it would be stricter input validation on the Estimated Duration field, since it currently accepts negative values without any warning. Adding that validation would help prevent invalid webinar settings and make setup faster and more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for sharing your experience! We love hearing that the attendee experience and interactive features like polls and Q&A stood out to you. Thanks as well for spotting the validation issue, we appreciate the feedback.

"Simple operation, high benefit, and excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

We were particularly impressed by the simple and intuitive operation. Even employees without deep technical knowledge quickly find their way around and can work productively with the software promptly.

The implementation was overall uncomplicated, and the integration into our existing processes was significantly easier than expected. The software helps us to clearly structure workflows, create transparency, and make numerous work steps more efficient.

Also worth highlighting is the support: inquiries are answered quickly, and there is a constant feeling that customer feedback is taken seriously. This builds trust and noticeably facilitates daily work.

The greatest added value for us lies in the time savings and the better overview of relevant data and processes. Many pieces of information are centrally available, making coordination easier and allowing decisions to be made more confidently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Indeed: I have found no disadvantages. A connection to KlickTipp might be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for your review! We're delighted to hear WebinarGeek has become an important part of your daily work and that the intuitive interface made it easy for your team to get started. We also appreciate your suggestion for a KlickTipp integration and will share it with the team.

"WebinarGeek Makes Webinar Setup Fast and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

One of my favorite features of WebinarGeek is how easy it is to use. I created a new webinar in less than a minute, the UI is super easy to use even for new users and the registration process was really speedy. WebinarGeek was easier to use and set up for webinars than Zoom, I found. I also liked that you could use a csv file to invite participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

I work with students so I would like to see a built in annotation toolbar for screen sharing like zoom so I can take notes and draw on the screen when teaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks so much for your review! We're happy to hear you were able to create a webinar so quickly and that the CSV invite option has been useful 😊

We also appreciate your suggestion for a built-in annotation toolbar and will share it with the team!

The AI assistance is seamlessly integrated across the platform, helping users maximize the value of each feature, while built-in product tours provide clear guidance for navigating every component. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of configuration options can feel overwhelming for new users, and a guided setup wizard with contextual recommendations for first-time users would make webinar creation even faster and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad the AI assistance and product tours have helped you get the most out of the platform. We also appreciate your suggestion for a guided setup wizard and will pass it along to our team.

"WebinarGeek Makes Creating and Managing Webinars Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I like how easy WebinarGeek is to use. The sign-up and login process was smooth, and creating a webinar, inviting attendees, and navigating the platform were all straightforward. The interface is clean, intuitive, and made it easy to get started without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

One feature that would improve the experience is having the Account and Support dropdown menus close automatically when clicking outside of them. I also think adding a search box to the language selection list would make it much faster to find a language instead of scrolling through the entire list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear getting started with WebinarGeek was so straightforward. We also appreciate your suggestions for the dropdown menus and language selector and we'll share them with our team.

"Fun, Highly Customizable Webinars with Easy Account Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

What I like about WebinarGeek is that creating webinars can be this fun and you can customize your meetings as to your likings and reflect your trademark style. You can easily link or connect your accounts to make your reach even wider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

If there is something I want WebinarGeek to add or improve is the way the slide show preview behaves and displays. Adding a popup overlay with border makes it more intuitive and separate from the main contents for easier quick draw details on the slides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for your review! We love hearing that WebinarGeek lets you add your own style and branding to every webinar. Your idea for improving the slideshow preview is a thoughtful one, and we can see how it would make presenting even more intuitive.

"Sleek, Professional Platform A Clear Upgrade Over Zoom and Microsoft Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

It is definitely an improvement over the standard Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms. You can tell the software is very nice and professional from its appearance. The fonts and night mode are both very nice features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

The on-stage concept is a great feature! Based on my experience using it, a couple of minor adjustments could make it even better. I recommend making the webinar invite button more noticeable, and having the camera default to being off when joining the stage so users can turn it on manually when they are ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear the polls, quizzes, and overall look and feel of the platform stood out to you. Your suggestions about the invite button and default camera behavior make a lot of sense, and we'll keep them in mind as we continue improving WebinarGeek.

"Managing Online Health Education Webinars Became More Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

it helps me handle online health education webinars in a more organized and simple way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use webinars for nutrition awareness sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions, patient guidance, and online educational sessions for students. The platform feels easy to use during normal work. Creating a webinar page, sharing registration links, and managing attendees does not feel confusing after basic use. I was able to start using it without much technical difficulty, which made implementation smooth for my regular workflow.

I use WebinarGeek quite frequently for online awareness and educational work. Features like webinar registrations, reminder emails, screen sharing, live chat, Q&A, polls, and webinar recordings are useful for my work because during sessions I often explain diet charts, PDFs, nutrition routines, lifestyle guidance, and educational slides to people and students in a more clear way. It also helps while teaching students online because I can explain topics step by step, interact during live sessions, and answer questions properly without making sessions feel disorganized. Webinar recordings are also useful because students or viewers who miss the live session can watch later.

Another thing I like is that webinar communication, attendee management, reminders, and recordings stay connected in one place, so handling webinars feels more smooth during busy work days. The platform has enough important features for professional educational webinars without feeling too complicated for regular use. Overall, WebinarGeek helps me manage online educational sessions, health awareness webinars, attendee communication, and follow-up related work in more professional and organized way during daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

when managing longer live webinars with chat, Q&A, polls, attendee interaction, and presentation together, the screen can sometimes feel a little crowded during live sessions. In the beginning, understanding all webinar settings and options also took me some time because there are many features available. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for my regular health education and online teaching related work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Feature-Rich, and Great Value with Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Intuitive to use. A lot of features in the premium version, it really covers almost all use cases that we have for a very reasonable price. Customer support is very quick and helpful, even the AI version, but you always get connected with a human if you want. API integration is helpful because we don't have a CRM tool that can be connected out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

There could be more options to customise the experience, esp. in the registration and sales page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Grossmann of WebinarGeek

Thanks for the great review! It's great to hear the API integration and support have been so valuable to you! Thank you as well for sharing your feedback about adding more customization options for the registration and sales pages.

"Peace of Mind for Live Events: Dry Run Mode, Checklists, and Unique Webinar Series"
4/5
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

The "Webinar Series" and pre-submission of Q&A topics by attendees features are really unique, and something I am excited to plan around. But honestly, the features that give me the most peace of mind before any live event are the "Dry Run" mode and the pre-publishing checklist. These two tools speed up my workflow by reassuring I have locked in each detail before the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

To start setting up the account was a little frustrating. The main downside is the camera turns on as soon as you activate the account, which caught me off guard. A simple warning would be greatly appreciated. Then when setting up a webinar, the help tool "Help Me Choose" was confusing since the options did not match the question being asked. Two capabilites that I was surprised to find missing were file sharing to viewers and no integration for GoHighLevel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
