Before, we used a webinar tool that was very complicated and led to a lot of mistakes (e.g. because the recording did not start automatically like it does in WebinarGeek). We have a lot of different presenters across the company so our webinar tool must be easy to use for everyone. The interactions are great because it lets us gather important insights about the maturity of our audience and improves the sales processes afterwards. To start setting up the account was a little frustrating. The main downside is the camera turns on as soon as you activate the account, which caught me off guard.
