The tutorials were extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** The UI could be improved. There should be a button that one can click to access this. As it stands now, one can click on about a ¼ of the screen to access this. Once inside the webinar, returning to the main menu is cumbersome. Minor issue though. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** This can be a good alternative to Zoom for webinars. Setting up your schedule especially if you’re planning a recurring webinar is straightforward, and defining your target audience is just as easy. Integrating with HubStop and Salesforce is simple as well. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** Signup/onboarding process: I ran into an issue after verifying that I’m human, where it kept looping back to the “Start Free Trial” button. An error message that clearly tells the user if there are incomplete inputs would be helpful here. Also, as a new WebinarGeek user, I didn’t realize you still have to manually start it by clicking the “Start Webinar” button in the upper-right corner. Another comment for me is the webinar screen (especially for the presenter) felt very busy. It was busy enough that I couldn’t immediately figure out how to move to the next slide. Pricing of the premium plan may feel like a lot for some people. If you’re organizing webinars regularly, it might be worth it, but if you’re mainly using it to connect with colleagues like Zoom, it might be worth a second look. Also, I think I havent seen the option to send an invite directly via email, and it is just a link you can copy and share to add on your email invite. The 3rd party integration is pretty seamless also + there is a documentation that is very helpful for people especially if they are not that technical. As for the performance its decent - most of the things that are needed for a webinar are all there. I really also like the button which is to come up on stage - you wont be able to speak if you are not on stage it is something that is very good looks very respectful because not everyone can speak unless you are on stage. I also like the invitations its pretty simple there are links available already that you just have to copy and paste and send to participants who wants to join. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** Not really dislike but there is just a missing button which is to leave on the webinar although there is a workaround to just close the tab or browser but it still best to have the red button of leave the webinar. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think webinargeek solve the problem of participants not really listening or engaging. Although first time seeing all the options might feel overwhelming, several options for help are available and the general process for creating a webinar is simple and intuitive.The interface is clear, neat, easy to learn, and simple to use. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** The webinar creation process presented the biggest obstacle. I wasn't sure if I had finished or if there were still steps to take after finishing the registration page. Registration → Webinar → Interactions → Emails → Publish are the tabs on the interface, but there isn't a progress indicator that says, "You're 20% done, next step is..." A progress bar or a straightforward message such as "Registration completed." "Next: Set your webinar date and time" would have saved me from forgetting to complete the configuration steps prior to publishing. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of the manual, repetitive tasks I typically have to complete in relation to webinars such as publishing pages, handling registrations, sending follow-ups and reminders, and integrating everything with other tools, are eliminated by WebinarGeek. I save time, reduce the chance of missing a step, and find it easier to follow when these steps are centralized and partially automated in one location. ### 45. It has really helpful integrations, as you can implement your own videos on your own website. There are so many options to customize your webinars, which I find great. You can customize the title, add interactions to your meetings, and create polls and quizzes. Plus, you can automate emails to people you invite or customize for team members. The initial setup was simple and intuitive. I really appreciated that they did not ask for card information for the free trial, making it easy for me to try things out without committing. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** It felt like a bit of a learning curve at first, as there was a lot of information being presented to me all at once. I found myself feeling quite overstimulated because of this. The live chat feature constantly bombarded me with messages about starting my first webinar. This led me to feel confused on not knowing whether my webinar is complete or not, and not being able to invite attendees was not very easy to do. Not being able to save a webinar creation is also a major issue for scenarios when people may not be able to finish in time or need some details about the webinar before publishing. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebinarGeek is solving how to create webinars efficiently with some minor issues, it's benefiting me as someone who would consider WebinarGeek in the future if I need to create multiple webinars. ### 48. It was very intuitive and easy to use. Any issues I had were because I was trying to go too fast and not fully read the tip they offered. I think that it compares well above the other platforms I have used in the past and I could see our company using this in the coming future. I appreciated the fact that they offered steps for first time users, but also minimized that feature if it was not needed. The ability to edit a schedule webinar was amazing because when you have a lot to schedule, something is usually always missed or not even planned until after the fact and being able to update is critical in most settings. The way you could upload the CSV of invites was great. It would just read from a list and the setup was seamless. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** I really could not find anything that I did not like about Webinargeek.
