## WebinarGeek Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive Webinars with a Helpful Free Trial and Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** urvashi g. | Quality Assurance Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like most about WebinarGeek is the free trial. It makes it easy to explore the platform, get a clear sense of the key features, and decide whether it fits your needs before committing. The onboarding process is straightforward, and the trial gives you enough time to feel comfortable using the platform.

The platform itself is intuitive and responsive, and it runs smoothly without noticeable lag. That makes it a pleasant experience for both hosting and attending webinars. I also appreciate the built-in chat support, which lets you get help quickly whenever you have questions.

Another big advantage is the wide range of integrations. It connects seamlessly with popular tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others, so it’s easy to plug WebinarGeek into existing workflows and marketing ecosystems.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One area where WebinarGeek could improve is the onboarding experience during the first live webinar. While using the platform, I found it difficult to understand how some interactive features, such as polls, worked in a real session. Although the poll appeared as "live" on the host's side, the attendee was unable to view or respond to it, and there wasn't enough in-platform guidance to troubleshoot the issue.

Also there were a lot of customizations and settings making the first time user a bit overwhelmed.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps is managing all essential tools in one platform , eliminating the need to use multiple applications for hosting, audience engagement and webinar management like there presentations.
It also offers a great experience for the attendees. joining the webinar is simple and they only need a web browser, with no additional software or application.

 ### 2. Powerful webinar platform that needs a smarter AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murray W. | Marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like most about WebinarGeek is that it strikes a really good balance between being powerful and relatively easy to use. There is definitely a learning curve because the platform offers a lot of flexibility, but once you understand how everything fits together it becomes a very effective tool.

As someone who uses webinars to generate leads and sales rather than simply present information, I appreciate how much control the platform gives you over the attendee experience. Registration pages, emails, polls, Q&A, on-stage participation, moderators and replay options all make it possible to build a highly engaging webinar that feels professional and converts well.

The interface is generally clean and logical, and after a few webinars it becomes quick to navigate. I also found the AI assistant genuinely useful for answering simple questions without having to search through help articles, which sped up my workflow considerably.

Support was another positive. When I eventually needed help with a more complicated issue that the AI couldn't resolve, a human support agent quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes.

Overall, WebinarGeek feels like a mature, feature-rich platform that gives you everything you need to run professional webinars. Once you're familiar with the workflow, it's a powerful tool that has become an important part of how we deliver webinars and engage with potential clients.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

My biggest criticism is the workflow around edited replays. There should be a simple way to replace the replay attached to a live webinar after you've edited the recording. Instead, I had to create a completely new on-demand webinar, upload the edited video, export attendees from the live webinar, import them into the new webinar, and rebuild the email workflow. For what feels like a very common use case, it's far more complicated than it needs to be.

The AI assistant is useful for straightforward questions, but it still has some significant limitations. During my first live webinar it gave me incorrect information about attendee entry, telling me that disabling early access would prevent attendees from joining before the start time. In reality, attendees automatically enter the webinar room five minutes before the scheduled start, and that behaviour can't currently be disabled. My co-presenter and I were having a private conversation while attendees were already listening, which wasn't a great start to the webinar. The AI also struggles to maintain context during longer conversations and often ignored screenshots, repeatedly directing me to buttons or settings that weren't actually present. Improving its ability to understand previous messages and uploaded screenshots would make it much more useful.

I also experienced a worrying reliability issue. Everything worked perfectly during the dry run, but when the live webinar started neither my microphone nor camera worked and I had to reboot my computer while attendees were waiting. If the live environment behaves differently from the rehearsal, it undermines the purpose of having a dry run in the first place. Greater consistency between rehearsal and live sessions would give presenters much more confidence.

Finally, there are a few user experience improvements I'd like to see. Some settings are difficult to find, and certain platform limitations - such as the separation between live and on-demand webinars - only become apparent after you've invested time setting everything up. A simpler workflow and clearer guidance around these limitations would make the platform much easier to learn.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WebinarGeek to run educational webinars that generate leads and help convert prospects into customers. Before using it, we relied on simpler meeting tools that weren't designed for marketing or sales webinars. WebinarGeek gives us a much more professional experience, with branded registration pages, automated emails, polls, Q&A, audience interaction, detailed analytics and replay functionality all in one platform.

One of the biggest benefits is that it allows us to deliver webinars that feel polished and engaging while collecting meaningful data on registrations, attendance and viewer engagement. That makes it much easier to follow up with the right people after the event and measure how well our webinars are performing.

We've also found the platform flexible enough to support different webinar formats, from traditional live presentations to on-demand content, which means we can continue generating value from a webinar long after the live event has finished.

The built-in AI assistant also helps reduce the time spent searching documentation by answering many day-to-day questions directly within the platform. While it still has room for improvement with more complex scenarios, it speeds up the learning process for routine tasks.

Overall, WebinarGeek has given us a dedicated webinar platform that is far more suited to lead generation and customer engagement than a standard video conferencing tool, helping us present more professionally while making it easier to manage the entire webinar process from registration through to follow-up.

 ### 3. Easy to use, intuitive and very customizable tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gio i. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The tool is really easy to pick up, the interface feels intuitive, with a clean, modern design, and you don't need any technical background to build or customize webinars without hassle.

The webinar creation process itself is broken down into clear, well-organized steps (like general settings, registration, interaction, and so on), and there's a solid range of customization options -much more than what you'd find on other platforms.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Our team relies on Slack every day for internal communication, so it would be great to see native integrations expand to cover more general business and communication tools.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host recurring webinars, and building every session from the ground up - registration pages, reminder emails, follow-up messages used to eat up a lot of my time. With WebinarGeek, I can set up a webinar once and then duplicate or automate future sessions with ease, which has saved me a ton of time.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear the intuitive setup and webinar duplication are saving you so much time. We also appreciate your suggestion about expanding our Slack integration and will share it with our team.

 ### 4. Competitive Pricing, Intuitive Setup, Seamless AI-to-Human Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holger M. | Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The combination of highly competitive pricing and very intuitive setup process. You can get a webinar up and running in no time and scale your plan up/down as needed.

To me, the absolute standout feature is their customer support. They have managed to combine AI assistance and human support in a genuinely seamless, frictionless way. It is the first time I have seen an AI chatbot hand over to a human agent so smoothly, ensuring you get fast, accurate, and helpful answers without any of the usual automated frustration.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only minor issue I experienced was during the initial contract finalization, which took a bit longer than expected. Other than that, all has been running incredibly smoothly.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partner education and activation at scale. Instead of reinventing the wheel for every session, WebinarGeek provides a structured environment that allows us to setup and host live webinars and convert them into on-demand content for our knowledge base.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear our support stood out to you, especially the smooth transition from AI to a human agent. It's great that WebinarGeek is helping you scale your partner education with ease.

 ### 5. Flexible, Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Stats and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bikers V. | Volunteer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Flexibility and versatility of the platform, easy to use, great statistics access, excellent value for money and friendly responsive support

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

No real dislikes, would like replay webinars to be more similar to on-demand webinars or allow linking so do not need to be careful whether a user is registered on live+replay vs to on-demand when assessing statistics.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a charity that wanted to livestream and record webinars from in-person talks given at pop-up events, by multiple speakers, with their powerpoints on multiple laptops and while walking around stage/the lecture room. Also wanted one speaker to be able to dial in via videocall to answer questions to his recorded lectures. As you can see, we had quite complex needs, and all of this combined with going to venues where we arrive last minute before talks and the setup/facilities in the room was an unknown at each lecture day! Webinargeeks versatility and helpfullness made everything run as smoothly as it possibly could have.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear WebinarGeek handled your complex event setup so well. We also appreciate your feedback on replay and on-demand webinars, and we'll share it with our team.

 ### 6. WebinarGeek: Fresh, All-in-One Webinar Platform with Easy Setup and Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlene C. | Assistant Guidance Counselor - Grade School, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek offers a fresh take on video conferencing platforms, having most of the webinar essentials (customized webinar link, registration, countdown toe the webinar, payment, evaluation forms, follow-up and replay reminders) integrated in one place. The interface is pretty straightforward and sending invites/reminders to attendees is very simple, which helps joining webinars easier.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The “go on stage” button can be tweaked to be more user-friendly for speakers and presenters as it is a unique feature of the app, and integrating the videos rather than sharing them in a different tab can be considered for future updates as well.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to use multiple applications for other webinar-related activities like evaluation forms, registration, etc. has been solved by WebinarGeek’s integration of all things related to video conferencing for me. It makes the webinar experience less complicated especially for non-tech savvy users, which will overall impact their future use of the application.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! It's great to hear having everything from registration to follow-ups in one place has made hosting webinars so much simpler. Your ideas for improving the on-stage experience and video integration are really helpful, thanks for pointing them out.

 ### 7. Effortless Webinar Setup with Great Branding Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelyn C. | Dermatology Territory Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Hosting webinars on WebinarGeek has never been easier. I love how simple the set up was and I was able to customize my webinar and registration page to fit the branding of my company which is different than other softwares that I have utilized. I also appreciate that every page has a help functionality or resources tied to the page that way you are able to find help quickly without wasting setup time.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If there was something that could be added to WebinarGeek, I would say the ability to react (emojis) to the speaker as well as annotations. This would get the audience involved without them typing in the chat.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is solving for me the ability to understand my audience better and be more efficient in the way I am presenting information. I am also able to customize my webinar to be on brand with my company.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your wonderful review! We're so glad the easy setup and branding options helped you create webinars that match your company, and it's great to hear the built-in help resources saved you time. Thanks as well for the suggestion about emoji reactions and annotations!

 ### 8. Practical Webinar Hosting with Great Demo Videos and Dry-Run Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Process & Capability Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

One of the things I like most about WebinarGeek is how simple it is to set up and manage webinars. The onboarding process is straightforward, the platform is easy to navigate, and features such as the demo videos, dry-run functionality, customisable registration pages, and presenter controls made hosting and testing webinars a smooth experience. Compared with some other webinar platforms I've used, the setup process felt intuitive and well thought out.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Overall, I'm happy with the tool, though I'd love to see more flexibility with post-webinar emails, including the option to disable automated follow-ups and add more customisation for images and branding.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a series of leadership development webinars for internal teams, but don't currently have a clear channel to host them on (we just do in gmail). I'd also like to run external webinars one day, and like the idea of a system like this to host them (rather than just zoom, gmail etc.)

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear the demo videos and dry-run feature made hosting and testing your webinars a smooth experience. We also appreciate your feedback about adding more flexibility for post-webinar emails and additional customization options, and we'll share it with the team.

 ### 9. Clean, modern webinar platform that makes webinar setup and hosting easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Michael M. | Senior QA Engineer (Level 5), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like most is how smooth and intuitive the whole experience is, from creating a webinar to inviting attendees and going live. I also appreciate features like real-time polls, Q&A, and separate Public, Team, and Private chat channels, plus the polished, professional attendee experience thanks to automated invites and confirmation emails.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If there's one thing I'd add, it would be stricter input validation on the Estimated Duration field, since it currently accepts negative values without any warning. Adding that validation would help prevent invalid webinar settings and make setup faster and more reliable.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes it easy to set up, host, and manage professional webinars without juggling multiple tools for registration, engagement, and attendee tracking. This saves our team time and lets us deliver a more polished, professional experience than traditional meeting platforms like Zoom or Teams.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We love hearing that the attendee experience and interactive features like polls and Q&A stood out to you. Thanks as well for spotting the validation issue, we appreciate the feedback.

 ### 10. Simple operation, high benefit, and excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jürgen L. | Nachhaltigkeitsberatung - ohne Dogma aber mit System, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

We were particularly impressed by the simple and intuitive operation. Even employees without deep technical knowledge quickly find their way around and can work productively with the software promptly.

The implementation was overall uncomplicated, and the integration into our existing processes was significantly easier than expected. The software helps us to clearly structure workflows, create transparency, and make numerous work steps more efficient.

Also worth highlighting is the support: inquiries are answered quickly, and there is a constant feeling that customer feedback is taken seriously. This builds trust and noticeably facilitates daily work.

The greatest added value for us lies in the time savings and the better overview of relevant data and processes. Many pieces of information are centrally available, making coordination easier and allowing decisions to be made more confidently.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Indeed: I have found no disadvantages. A connection to KlickTipp might be helpful.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, the software has become an important tool in my daily work. The processes necessary for hosting a webinar are handled professionally.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks so much for your review! We're delighted to hear WebinarGeek has become an important part of your daily work and that the intuitive interface made it easy for your team to get started. We also appreciate your suggestion for a KlickTipp integration and will share it with the team.

 ### 11. WebinarGeek Makes Webinar Setup Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikolai G. | Code Reviewer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

One of my favorite features of WebinarGeek is how easy it is to use. I created a new webinar in less than a minute, the UI is super easy to use even for new users and the registration process was really speedy. WebinarGeek was easier to use and set up for webinars than Zoom, I found. I also liked that you could use a csv file to invite participants.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I work with students so I would like to see a built in annotation toolbar for screen sharing like zoom so I can take notes and draw on the screen when teaching.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is easy to create and manage webinars and it is also quick to set up with simple design. It saves me time and makes it easy to organize and invite participants so I can focus on delivering the webinar instead of dealing with technical details.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks so much for your review! We're happy to hear you were able to create a webinar so quickly and that the CSV invite option has been useful 😊
We also appreciate your suggestion for a built-in annotation toolbar and will share it with the team!

 ### 12. WebinarGeek: AI-Powered Feature Rich Webinar Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mounika S. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The AI assistance is seamlessly integrated across the platform, helping users maximize the value of each feature, while built-in product tours provide clear guidance for navigating every component. I also appreciate the competitive pricing and flexible external integrations that can be connected as needed to create a more efficient and complete webinar management experience.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The number of configuration options can feel overwhelming for new users, and a guided setup wizard with contextual recommendations for first-time users would make webinar creation even faster and more intuitive.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helped me streamline the entire webinar process by bringing creation, registration, attendee management, analytics, and CRM integrations into one platform. It reduced the need for multiple tools, saved time on follow-ups, and made it easier for us to deliver professional webinar experiences.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad the AI assistance and product tours have helped you get the most out of the platform. We also appreciate your suggestion for a guided setup wizard and will pass it along to our team.

 ### 13. WebinarGeek Makes Creating and Managing Webinars Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** esuman t. | AI engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how easy WebinarGeek is to use. The sign-up and login process was smooth, and creating a webinar, inviting attendees, and navigating the platform were all straightforward. The interface is clean, intuitive, and made it easy to get started without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One feature that would improve the experience is having the Account and Support dropdown menus close automatically when clicking outside of them. I also think adding a search box to the language selection list would make it much faster to find a language instead of scrolling through the entire list.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes it simple to create, manage, and host webinars from one place. It streamlines the webinar setup process and attendee management, allowing me to spend less time configuring events and more time focusing on the webinar itself.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear getting started with WebinarGeek was so straightforward. We also appreciate your suggestions for the dropdown menus and language selector and we'll share them with our team.

 ### 14. Fun, Highly Customizable Webinars with Easy Account Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Edward E. | Software Test Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like about WebinarGeek is that creating webinars can be this fun and you can customize your meetings as to your likings and reflect your trademark style. You can easily link or connect your accounts to make your reach even wider.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If there is something I want WebinarGeek to add or improve is the way the slide show preview behaves and displays. Adding a popup overlay with border makes it more intuitive and separate from the main contents for easier quick draw details on the slides.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problem WebinarGeek addresses me is I find it very fun and exciting to create a webinar and hosting one in comparison to the standard templated counterparts where you have the flexibility to show your style, personality, and branding that would help leave a lasting impression to the audiences.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We love hearing that WebinarGeek lets you add your own style and branding to every webinar. Your idea for improving the slideshow preview is a thoughtful one, and we can see how it would make presenting even more intuitive.

 ### 15. Sleek, Professional Platform A Clear Upgrade Over Zoom and Microsoft Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex V. | Aviation Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It is definitely an improvement over the standard Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms. You can tell the software is very nice and professional from its appearance. The fonts and night mode are both very nice features.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The on-stage concept is a great feature! Based on my experience using it, a couple of minor adjustments could make it even better. I recommend making the webinar invite button more noticeable, and having the camera default to being off when joining the stage so users can turn it on manually when they are ready.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The webinar aspect of the software is really neat. Particularly, the polls and quizzes. I loved that. It was very easy to develop a poll or quiz on the fly. Also, there is an AI chatbot that was friendly and answered my questions.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear the polls, quizzes, and overall look and feel of the platform stood out to you. Your suggestions about the invite button and default camera behavior make a lot of sense, and we'll keep them in mind as we continue improving WebinarGeek.

 ### 16. Managing Online Health Education Webinars Became More Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

it helps me handle online health education webinars in a more organized and simple way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use webinars for nutrition awareness sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions, patient guidance, and online educational sessions for students. The platform feels easy to use during normal work. Creating a webinar page, sharing registration links, and managing attendees does not feel confusing after basic use. I was able to start using it without much technical difficulty, which made implementation smooth for my regular workflow.

I use WebinarGeek quite frequently for online awareness and educational work. Features like webinar registrations, reminder emails, screen sharing, live chat, Q&A, polls, and webinar recordings are useful for my work because during sessions I often explain diet charts, PDFs, nutrition routines, lifestyle guidance, and educational slides to people and students in a more clear way. It also helps while teaching students online because I can explain topics step by step, interact during live sessions, and answer questions properly without making sessions feel disorganized. Webinar recordings are also useful because students or viewers who miss the live session can watch later.

Another thing I like is that webinar communication, attendee management, reminders, and recordings stay connected in one place, so handling webinars feels more smooth during busy work days. The platform has enough important features for professional educational webinars without feeling too complicated for regular use. Overall, WebinarGeek helps me manage online educational sessions, health awareness webinars, attendee communication, and follow-up related work in more professional and organized way during daily use.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

when managing longer live webinars with chat, Q&A, polls, attendee interaction, and presentation together, the screen can sometimes feel a little crowded during live sessions. In the beginning, understanding all webinar settings and options also took me some time because there are many features available. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for my regular health education and online teaching related work.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of managing online educational webinars and attendee communication in one organized place. Earlier, handling registrations, reminder messages, webinar links, recordings, and follow ups separately used to feel a little unorganized during health awareness and student sessions.

Now I can manage live webinars, attendee interaction, educational presentations, and webinar recordings more smoothly from one platform. This helps me a lot while conducting nutrition awareness webinars, online student teaching sessions, and healthy lifestyle discussions because I can explain topics more clearly and stay more organized during live sessions.

Recorded webinars are also useful because students or viewers who miss the live session can watch later. Overall, WebinarGeek helps me save time, manage webinars more professionally, and keep my online health education work more smooth and organized.

 ### 17. Peace of Mind for Live Events: Dry Run Mode, Checklists, and Unique Webinar Series

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Founder & Curriculum Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The "Webinar Series" and pre-submission of Q&A topics by attendees features are really unique, and something I am excited to plan around. But honestly, the features that give me the most peace of mind before any live event are the "Dry Run" mode and the pre-publishing checklist. These two tools speed up my workflow by reassuring I have locked in each detail before the event.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

To start setting up the account was a little frustrating. The main downside is the camera turns on as soon as you activate the account, which caught me off guard. A simple warning would be greatly appreciated. Then when setting up a webinar, the help tool "Help Me Choose" was confusing since the options did not match the question being asked. Two capabilites that I was surprised to find missing were file sharing to viewers and no integration for GoHighLevel.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a webinar producer webinar set up was a chore. Every event was from scratch even using templates. With WebinarGeek I am able to use the Webinar Series, or pre-publishing checklist to streamline and speed up the repetitive and administrative tasks. As for during events the aesthetic and function of attendee management is already set without me having to open multiple pop-outs and arrange on my screen.

Setting up a webinar in WebinarGeek is remarkably fast and seamless. I really appreciate the clean, modern design of the main dashboard, which allows first-time users to navigate the entire system without any steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

When entering the live room as a host, finding the way back to the main admin dashboard or webinar settings could be made a bit more straightforward. Adding a prominent "Back to Dashboard" button for creators inside the live studio would be a great enhancement to make the workflow even faster.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates the need to host live presentations every time by allowing me to launch automated, evergreen webinars much faster than on other platforms. This saves me an immense amount of time while effortlessly maintaining a fully customized, on-brand experience for my audience.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! It's great to hear the clean design and quick setup made it easy to get started, and that evergreen webinars are saving you time. Thanks as well for sharing your feedback about finding the way back to the admin dashboard, we really appreciate it.

 ### 19. Webinageek: Engaging Webinars with Handy Notes, Templates, and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhoanna M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really appreciate Webinageek’s ability to let users create or upload templates directly within the webinar page. The notes feature is especially useful because it allows me to take down notes or follow along while presenting live, which improves the overall webinar experience. I also like the interaction features, as they help keep the audience engaged.

Another strong point is the platform’s capability for integrations, such as CRM connectivity and sending automatic follow-ups after webinars. These features are very valuable for marketing and sales use cases.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

On the downside, some parts of the platform can be confusing, particularly setting up camera and microphone permissions. The speaker notes navigation also needs improvement, as it is not very intuitive for first-time users.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes running webinars easier and more organized for me. It lets me create or upload templates directly in the webinar page, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. The notes feature is also very helpful since I can follow my script while presenting live.

It also improves audience engagement through interactive features and supports CRM integrations with automatic follow-ups, which is great for marketing and sales.

Overall, it helps streamline webinar setup, delivery, and follow-up, although some settings like camera/mic permissions and speaker notes can be a bit confusing at first.

 ### 20. Everything You Need to Host a Webinar in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | QA/Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like WebinarGeek's interface, along with features like customizable banners, video and presentation upload availability, and the option to resume a webinar, which make hosting sessions much easier and more engaging. I also appreciate the webinar analytics, especially for recorded sessions, as they provide useful insights for managing and improving future webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Having an opportunity to pause the video that is shown would be useful. I’d love to use it for discussions or quiz time in the middle of video.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek includes all stages for hosting successful webinars. It helps my team organize and run webinars in one place without relying on multiple different systems or tools. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual work and makes webinars look more professional.

 ### 21. WebinarGeek: Intuitive Interface, Helpful Tutorials, and Smooth Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen I. | Learning Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek's user interface is excellently designed, and its navigation is easy to walk through. I love how the tutorial pop-ups provide insights into navigation at the beginning of webinar creation. This helps you locate each button useful for webinar creation. The integrations documentation was also useful to know how the integration process works. The buttons were easy to locate with distinct colors, making it easier for someone new to the platform to get along easily. I also love the way the share button works; similar to Google Meet, it lets me choose between tabs and windows. I had an issue locating the invite button at the beginning, because it's labeled "add contact", which sounds like adding people's addresses. It would be better if it's labeled "invite attendees". That sounds like a meeting language. It would also be better if the slide at the beginning of the webinar is not auto- or preloaded, as it makes the screen too busy at the beginning. Overall, the webinar software performs excellently.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I don't like the way the preloaded slide came up at the beginning; maybe it can be removed from auto appearance. Also, the add contact option should be relabelled as "invite attendees." That makes it better like a meeting invite, not like adding a friend's contact.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of having to choose among different options when planning webinars, making it easier for my team to schedule more webinars. Also, it gives more integration options, compared to other webinar software.

 ### 22. easy to Customize and Great for Professional Webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad F. | Developer/Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek makes it easy for me to create a professional, branded webinar experience by letting me customize my webinars with my own logo, color palette, and even CSS. I also like that I can monetize my webinars and use multilingual subtitles to reach and engage a wider audience.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One improvement I would suggest is making the attendee invitation link more prominent by placing it in a more visible location. From my experience, this small change would make it easier for me to invite attendees quickly and create a smoother overall experience.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps me deliver professional webinars without needing multiple tools. It benefits me by making it easy to customize my webinars, reach a wider audience with multilingual support, and monetize my sessions.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to hear you're making the most of the branding options and multilingual subtitles to reach a wider audience. We can definitely see how making the invitation link more prominent would make the workflow even smoother.

 ### 23. Easy Setup and Easy Execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagni D. | Payment Switch Officer, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like best about WebinarGeek is how easy the setup and onboarding steps were. Genuinely speaking ,for someone getting started using the platform the steps are not complicated. I Love the customization features found on the registration page it helps me create the webinar registration page with my company logo.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Overall, I'm happy with the tool, though I'd love to see more customization options and native tools like Slack to be integrated to help team communication better.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps me to create the webinar session using my company branding and logo. The recording/replay feature is very useful. It saves the session so that someone who can't attend live can catch up later.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear the onboarding was so easy and that the branding options are helping you create webinars that match your company. We also appreciate your feedback about additional customization and Slack integration.

 ### 24. Quick, No-Download Webinars with Great Engagement and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary F. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Its easiest to usel, especially because it's simple to join or make webinars without downloading anything. You can setup the webinars quickly and atendees can join quickly. The platform also has a lot of useful features and it helps keep the audience engaged during the webinar. The costumization also is a big plus, where you can add personalized pages so the webinar looks more proffesionals.

Overall its a solid platform, but there are still a few things that could be improved to make the experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit confusing since there are many buttons and settings. So a new user will not immediately know where to click or how to start a webinar. A simpler layout would help a lot

The presentation platform could feel abit more modern visually and more flexible for the presentation tools.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the simplicity of inviting atendees. If we gonna have a lot of atendees for a webinar, it's a bit impossible for us to invite them one by one by email. Instead the website provide a link, so we can just share that one link and everyone can join the webinar.

 ### 25. Intuitive Webinar Setup with Powerful Engagement, Insights, and HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel M. | Product marketeer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

We've been using WebinarGeek for a number of years now and are very happy with it. Setting up webinars is very intuitive. The option to run automated/just-in-time webinars is a great addition alongside our regular live and on-demand sessions.

The various interaction options offer a lot of room for dynamic sessions and help us gather information to follow up with leads, especially combined with the HubSpot integration. The statistics give good insight to improve our webinars and follow up on leads.

Also, the new AI agent that can act as a virtual moderator is definitely worth exploring further. And the option to invite multiple people "on stage" is great, especially handy in smaller sessions where speaking to each other works better than just chatting.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

No real dislikes. The only small thing is that I always hesitate for a moment when starting a test webinar, since the screen looks similar to that of the live session. More of a visual thing than an actual issue.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes it easy for us to organize professional webinars without needing a lot of technical knowledge or preparation time, which saves us time and makes webinars a solid, recurring part of our marketing and sales approach.

It also helps us go beyond just reaching leads, we can actively follow up with them. The interaction options and statistics give us insight into who is interested and in what, and the HubSpot integration makes sure that information flows directly into our lead follow-up. On top of that, offering a mix of live, on-demand, and automated/just-in-time webinars means we can reach our audience at any time, even outside office hours, without extra effort from our team.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful review! It's great to hear the HubSpot integration and interaction features are supporting your lead follow-up. We're also happy you're exploring the AI moderator, and we appreciate your feedback about the test webinar screen.

 ### 26. WebinarGeek is the easiest to use application for creating online webinars I’ve used to date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara S. | Customer Engagement Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

My initial sign up onto WebinarGeek went very well. I only watched the initial tutorial video, and enjoyed the upbeat professionalism of the presenter. The instructions provided were clear and concise which felt comforting for me as first time user

When it came time to schedule a webinar during onboarding, the explanations provided for each option were informative and started me to think about other webinars I could plan for the future.

I especially appreciate how smooth joining the trial webinar as a participant. The ease in functionality with the free version is a wonderfully strong enticer for people to upgrade.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I got a little lost when I wanted to go back in to the webinar I created in order to invite attendees. But I think that was user error, rather than something that needs to be corrected on the platform

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inviting attendees was very simple as well and I invited several via an email. Communication on the site was very clear and functioned perfectly. Again - Super easy.

The overall process to invite people was very simple and clear. Most importantly, Webinar Geek’s ability to invite multiple attendees from a CSV file is very attractive to me. That is something that some platforms don’t offer which has been extremely tedious.

 ### 27. WebinarGeek Creates Webinar Setup Swift, Easy, and Hassle-Free

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If I could suggest on the improvement, it'd be great if there's some more options to enhance camera/image quality, especially presenter in case we really cannot hold the webinar in a space with proper lighting.

WebinarGeek really helps me to get my webinar ready in a short time, but looks proper for the audience. All the available option the presentation also smoothen my performance and makes the webinar interactive.

The chat functionality is in-depth and provides better interaction with attendees. For example, there is multiple tabs for different chats and a dedicated spot for Q&A. The UI elements to control the webinar are intuitive and easy to use. Each integrations has their own documents that may help if there any issues connecting. It performs well on the Chrome browser without any hitching. There were also videos that help teach the software.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There are minor issues with the UI such as pop up settings blocking the chat when you enter a webinar and the main dashboard should contain additional statistics not just subscribers.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to control or customize communication with attendees, while also making it easy and intuitive for users to join the webinar without any hassle or needing to download anything. It allows people without any prior knowledge of attending webinars to join.

During a live session, I can manage the Features tab from a separate screen, including on a mobile device, which makes hosting feel seamless and well organized. The user interface is also intuitive and sleek, so it’s easy to navigate while staying focused on the event.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While event creation is highly customizable, the sheer number of options can feel overwhelming. If you’re looking for a simple setup, this is the main point of friction.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek lets me record live sessions so attendees can watch them later. It also gives recording viewers the option to engage with the event content afterward and send questions directly to me. Having multiple ways to attend adds flexibility and helps me reach a wider audience.

 ### 30. Webinar Solution, better than teams and meet: Ultra fast, it's the best digital meeting tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | Electrical Storeman, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

n amazing simple fast service where I can register to host an e-meeting and present to multiple users. I can invite via a custom registration form or a link, everything setup in seconds and in-depth options with a simple easy to use system. Comparing this software to the others that I have used I find the UI and the customization options amazing in design, function and processing speed. It is exceptionally fast. The best team based meeting presentation web software I have ever used, found and seen

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

More bespoke design options available for specific industries and more colour & theme design features built into the admin menu would be great to see in the future. The option to upload and include videos as well as a digital web editor allowing for the editing and management of slides built into the software without having to leave the presentation when in live and setup mode would be a good improvement. If these features could be added that would be amazing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is definitely ultimate solution for me to host a team meeting, conference or presentation online. The admin panel where I can showcase videos and images, and start polls. Such an ultra-fast setup with minimal usage of my time and this software really solves the problem of being limited by teams and google meet.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear the speed and customization of the platform stood out to you. We also appreciate your ideas for additional design options and built-in slide editing. Thanks for sharing!

 ### 31. Customizable Webinars with Payments, Stats, and HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vira J. | Middle Software QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like how WebinarGeek lets me customize the registration page for my webinar, integrate it with a payment system, view attendee statistics, and connect with third-party tools like HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

However, the onboarding process needs improvement. When I click "Set Up" in the Get Started section, it doesn't directly show me which part to set up. On top of that, the onboarding banner only appears after I've been on the dashboard for a few minutes, when it should show up right away the first time a new user lands there.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, WebinarGeek solves the problem of creating a simple yet complete webinar solution. It owns the entire end-to-end process. So users can handle everything in one place, from registration, to hosting the webinar, to viewing statistics for reporting.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! The webinar creation flow is easy to follow overall. For users transitioning from other platforms, adding a confirmation popup before key actions could make the experience even smoother and help prevent accidental mistakes.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily create a webinar, schedule it, and invite people to join. I can use it to share information, host meetings, or deliver training and learning sessions.

 ### 33. Easiest Webinar Tools to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessel C. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek one of the easiest platforms to use for creating webinars, with a quick setup and a clean, simple interface. Everything you need, such as registration, emails, hosting, and follow-ups, is already in one place, so the whole process feels smooth and easy to manage. It doesn’t take much effort to get started, and once you’re familiar with it, it becomes something you can use regularly without hassle.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One thing that could be improved is the initial setup, as some parts can be a bit confusing for first-time users and not very well guided. A clearer onboarding flow or more step-by-step guidance would make it easier to understand all the features from the beginning. While it does connect with other tools, having a more guided setup would help users make better use of those integrations.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s very useful for managing webinars because it saves time and keeps everything organized in a single platform. Support is available when needed, which is helpful if you run into issues. Since everything is centralized, it reduces extra work and makes running webinars more efficient and consistent over time.

 ### 34. Simple, Seamless Webinar Hosting Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anika K. | Research Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I use WebinarGeek for hosting webinars and connecting with people, and sometimes I'm a participant. What I like most is that the website is very simple. You don't have to navigate a lot of things to start, and it doesn't require a lot of options to deal with in order to start the webinar. I think it's perfect and seamless, and it doesn't require any work to be done. I really enjoyed my experience. There were no bugs or glitches throughout the webinar. The setup was pretty easy too. It's very easy to navigate the website, and very easy to just sign in and start the meeting. It doesn't require a lot of effort to set up your whole account and connect people, so it was quite easy. I recently experienced WebinarGeek and really loved my experience.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Over all I appreciate the platform's stability and the ease of browser based access how ever it would be highly beneficial to have feature that allows participants to join live sessions without needing pre-registration.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WebinarGeek for hosting webinars and connecting with people, sometimes as a participant. It's quite simple, you don't have to navigate a lot to start, and I email people so they can connect. I faced no challenges, no bugs or glitches, it felt seamless.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks a lot for your review! Really nice to hear the platform felt simple and reliable from start to finish. Thanks as well for the suggestion around pre-registration.

 ### 35. The easiest thing to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene I. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Logging in was super intuitive and hassle free. Right after you sign in, the platform already guides you on where to go so you can get started right away.
Creating a webinar is also straightforward, the option is easy to find, and the setup feels smooth.
Compared to the platforms I’ve used before (Teams, Zoom), this one definitely feels more robust. I used those mostly for weekly meetings, and their features are pretty basic. Webinargeek offers a lot more, and while it’s still easy enough to navigate, the number of options means users would benefit from getting familiar with the features so they can really maximize what the platform can do.
Overall, it’s an impressive platform and if I ever need a webinar tool again this is something I’d consider.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If I were to use it regularly, I’d appreciate a short video tutorial or a quick onboarding walkthrough to highlight the key features. That would make the learning curve even smoother.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create webinars, both one-time and recurring.

 ### 36. Intuitive Webinars with Robust Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Been using WebinarGeek for my own conferences and it just works the way I'd want it to. Setup didn't take long to figure out, the chat feature actually feels like talking to people instead of shouting into a void, and the automatic follow-up emails saved me a bunch of annoying manual work I used to do by hand. Recording's there when you need it, integrations cover what I needed too. Not much to complain about.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Overall it's been smooth, just a small thing I'd love to see improved is a bit more visibility when something's not going as expected, like with invitation emails. Some clearer status updates or feedback in the moment would make troubleshooting way easier and just round out the whole experience.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, keeping track of who attended and following up after a session was something I had to do manually, which got tedious fast. WebinarGeek automates that whole chasing-people-down part with the follow-up emails, so I'm not losing time on admin work after every session. It also took the guesswork out of actually running a webinar, no fiddling around with a complicated setup, no learning curve eating into my time. Between that and having recordings to fall back on, it basically lets me focus on the actual content instead of the logistics around it.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for the great review! We're really happy to hear WebinarGeek is saving you time with automated follow-up emails and that the chat feels like a real conversation. 😊

Thanks as well for the feedback about clearer status updates for invitation emails. We'll pass that on to the team. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

 ### 37. A Simple Way to Create Professional Webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan H. | IT Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really liked how fast I could get a professional webinar up and running. The setup and the dry run were quick to do, and I could set the date and be done.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would like to see breakout rooms for some of our smaller meetings.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing knowledge with a large audience is simple and fast. It makes it easy to provide our partners with the information they need and to deliver it in a professional way. It’s important that setup doesn’t take much time, so we can spend as little effort as possible on getting everything ready and focus more on the content.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It's great to hear you were able to get a professional webinar up and running so quickly. We also appreciate your suggestion for breakout rooms and will share it with our team.

 ### 38. Intuitive to Use and Easy to Set up Webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steph H. | Internship Strategy & Insights | Pricing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Previous Response: WebinarGeek is super intuitive and straightforward to use. I like how quickly you can set up a webinar and the range of customization options available (e.g. enabling Chat or Q&A in replay).

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While it’s already possible to invite attendees without integrations, making this process more streamlined and intuitive could further improve the experience.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To me, WebinarGeek solves the challenge of having to switch between multiple tools or sections while hosting a webinar, since everything is accessible in one place - slides, chat, poll responses, and quiz results. It also saves me time because, compared to Teams and Zoom, I found it way more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear WebinarGeek is intuitive and that having everything in one place makes hosting webinars easier. Thanks as well for the feedback on streamlining attendee invitations, we'll share it with the team.

 ### 39. Intuitive Dashboards, Smooth CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arbab Q. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find the getting started videos and onboarding tour really helpful as a first-time user. The tour button at the top quickly introduces the main features of the platform, making it easy to get oriented. I also appreciate the subscriber dashboard and attendee section, which are clear and informative, showing useful details such as new and recurring subscribers along with timestamps. The CRM integration is simple to connect, just a click of a button with tools like ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and HubSpot. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate. The initial setup was absolutely smooth and very user-friendly. I would rate it 10 out of 10 for the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One area that could benefit from improvement is the webinar creation workflow. While the available settings are flexible, this step could be more user-friendly and self-explanatory for the first-time user. I would say clear prompts or a more guided flow would make the setup process smoother. In the edit webinar section, there's no clear save or continue option, which makes it unclear whether changes have been saved or not.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek's main dashboard helpful for viewing webinars and subscriber info at a glance. It simplifies access to details and aids navigation during live events. CRM integration is also straightforward.

 ### 40. Comprehensive alternative to use from day one

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salina T. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like that WebinarGeek offers a huge customization feature for creating webinars, including the ability to add branding. The option to add sales pages at the end with little pop-ups for a call to action is also really handy. I like that I can direct people towards more information or actions seamlessly. I appreciate being able to do everything together on one platform rather than using different analytics, registration, or email marketing tools. I also find it valuable that I can track custom links directly in the application, which gives me insights into where my traffic and subscribers are coming from, especially since I can index the registration page publicly from the app. The sales page feature lets me create a landing page to prompt sales right after the webinar.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think they're still working on adding some integrations. I've seen platform integrations on their website, but the apps I use, like make.com, aren't integrated. Other alternatives are there, but those are the ones I don't use. So it'd be helpful if there were more integrations. Also, there's lots of customization, which has a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps me consolidate tools by integrating my webinars and meetings, reducing the need for tracking analytics on a separate platform. It allows me to customize branding and track traffic through unique links, streamlining the overall process and saving costs on additional tools.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're glad you're getting so much value from the customization options, especially the branded sales pages and custom link tracking. Thanks as well for your feedback about expanding our integrations and the learning curve, we'll be sure to share it with the team.

 ### 41. Simple Webinar Management with WebinarGeek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lev K. | FullStack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the best about WebinarGeek that you can quickly and comfortably set up your first webinar, even if you have no experience at all. The interface is simple and clear, so it does not take much time to understand how everything works. I also liked that the platform provides all the basic tools needed for hosting a webinar in one place, which makes the whole process much easier and more organized.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Overall, I'm happy with the tool, though I'd love to see more integration with other tools.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The WebinarGeek solve a problem of connecting many people in one room fast and clear. Also do discuss a problems by people one by one.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you found it easy to get your first webinar up and running, even without prior experience. Thanks as well for the suggestion about adding more integrations, we'll pass it along to the team.

 ### 42. Smooth Webinar Creation with Powerful Customization and Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raluca G. | Regional Director Of Sales And Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like the abundance of customization options. Creating a webinar is smooth and you can do it from scratch or using a customizable predefined template, which saves a lot of time. Each step of creating the webinar is well defined, but I would have really liked a “save” button just for the extra reassurance your progress is not lost. You can even include payment options directly in the webinar so people can buy what you’re selling in real time.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One thing I’d like to mention is the “invite attendees” process which is not too intuitive. I expected to have a place where I can add emails in bulk and invite people but it might be that you can only do it by sharing the registration link separately.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a webinar is smooth. I like that each step of creating the webinar is well defined and separate from one another like “general”, “registration”, “interaction”, “emails”. You can choose from creating it from scratch or using a predefined template that you can customize later on. Very helpful because it saves a lot of time.

 ### 43. Straightforward Onboarding, Fast Performance, and Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnson A. | Senior Software Engineer & AI Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Overall, I'm happy with the tool and how easy it is to get webinars up and running.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I'd like to see a few more advanced reporting features in the future.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is solving a lot of problem i didn't actually feel it was a problem at first until i saw and used it. The ease of creating and managing Webinars and the many options it gives like creating a webinar in the future and the way it presents these features compared to other platform is amazing. Also the integration hub has a lot of applications you can integrate into. This is something i haven't come across in other webinar platforms

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear WebinarGeek makes creating and managing webinars so easy, and it's great that the integration hub stood out to you. We also appreciate your suggestion for more advanced reporting features and will share it with the team.

 ### 44. Effortless Webinar Management, Intuitive and Customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhagya R. | Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the webinar creation workflow and the range of customization options. It also supports a large number of invitees which makes it great for large business meetings

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some features like the video being enabled by default on first login may take a bit of adjustment for users coming from other platforms. Making this configurable or disabled by default would help create a smoother more intuitive onboarding experience.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines webinar setup and management making it easy to organize and run large scale sessions. This saves us time and gives a more user friendly, smooth experience overall.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! It's great to hear the customization options and support for larger audiences are working well for your business. We also appreciate your feedback on the default video setting and will pass it along to our team.

 ### 45. Easy to Use From Day One Webinar Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susara May M. | Freelance QA Tester / QA Analyst (Manual), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how easy WebinarGeek is to navigate and set up. Creating webinars, joining sessions, and customizing the registration experience all felt straightforward, and I especially liked the branding options and device preview feature.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I’d like to see clearer guidance for a few form fields, along with a show/hide password option during account creation.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes creating and managing webinars much simpler by keeping everything in one place. Compared with other platforms I’ve used, it was easier to customize the experience and get a webinar ready without spending much time learning the interface.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're glad the branding options and device preview stood out to you. We also appreciate your suggestions on the form fields and account creation experience. Thanks for sharing!

 ### 46. Intuitive, Professional Webinars great for small organisations with no IT staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinar Geek was very intuitive to use, user friendly and helped our webinar event day run smoothly and professionally. As a small charity, with minimal staff, we found Webinar Geek a lot of the work for us which helped us ot work on the conent of the webinar. We succesfully integrated it to mailchimp with no issues. and we re able to embed the subscription from into our own website. We could create, promote and run the event with minimal assistance. When we had specific queries about functions, the help desk were always able to guide us. We were very pleased with how it all went, as well as the competitive pricing.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The email function to delegates was simple and we would have liked to edit the automated emails to more detail - however we were able to do this through the integration to mailchimp. Overall we found no big issues with Webinar Geek

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar Geek allowed us to host 138 people for a competitive price. The set up and running of the webinar event was smooth. We were able to integrate to mailchimp easily, to enable further communication to our participants. We were able to use the interactive elements during the webinar which helped engagement and delegate satisfaction. The recordiings of the webinars were managed by WebinarGeek and easy to download soon after the finish. These were ready to use, and people appreciated being able to access and replay the webinar in their own time.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your wonderful review! We're really happy to hear WebinarGeek helped your charity run a smooth webinar with minimal effort, and it's great that the Mailchimp integration and interactive features worked so well for you. We also appreciate your feedback about adding more flexibility to the automated emails and will share it with the team.

 ### 47. Intuitive interface, attractive registration pages, and a simple platform at a good price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmeline G. | Marketing Communication Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to handle. The registration pages are nice and highly customizable; I think this has helped boost sign-ups. On the spectator side, they also appreciated the platform, simple and effective. Finally, the price is in the lower average of the market.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The customization of the registration page could be more advanced, particularly to allow changing the text color of the title (we do not use black in our branding). On the viewer's side, it would also be useful to give them more options to customize their display, for example, the size of the speaker's video.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to upload the slides before the presentation increases fluidity on the day itself, no need to share your entire screen.

 ### 48. Easy Webinar Setup Smooth HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ma.bianca a. | social media evaluator, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like best about WebinarGeek is that it is easy to create and schedule a webinar. The setup is clear, the customization options are simple, and the HubSpot integration connects smoothly with useful triggers for follow-ups and automation.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

What I dislike about WebinarGeek is that the invite process could be clearer. I was looking for an easy shareable invite link, but it was not very obvious. Also, when I checked the invite box again, it still showed that registrations were closed, so that part was a little confusing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps me create, schedule, and manage webinars in one place. The HubSpot integration also helps with tracking registrations and follow-ups, which saves time and keeps the process organized.

 ### 49. Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I had a positive experience with WebinarGeek. The platform was easy to use and offered tons of options, especially for customization, which was more than others like Teams. I really appreciated that nearly everything could be personalized, making it flexible. A feature I enjoyed was the amount of help and guidance available throughout the site. Despite not being familiar with automated webinars, the platform made setting up a webinar easy, which is valuable. I loved being able to edit titles, dates, and even the webinar type after selecting it, and that I could remove the 'powered by WebinarGeek' verbiage for a cost. The ability to upload contacts in bulk or one at a time was also great. Literally everything is customizable, which is wonderful as it makes the platform accessible for someone not tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only issue that I ran into was during the actual webinar. I tried clicking the WebinarGeek logo in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the home page but it didn't work. I wanted to return to the home page to make edits after stopping the webinar. It would be helpful to add an icon to return to HOME.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WebinarGeek, I easily create webinars that I can make live, on demand, or automated. There are lots of customization options. It's user-friendly, especially for non-tech-savvy people, like myself, and offers excellent personalization and guidance features, making setup simple and efficient.

 ### 50. Great Value, Strong Support, and Easy CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the price, and the support from WebinarGeek is quite strong. It's nice and straightforward to use for generating a sales funnel and communicating with people. The automation is convenient as it allows others to watch the demo at any time. I find it easy to invite people and integrate with your CRM, or import a CSV, making the process smooth. WebinarGeek provides an extra set of tools and skills that work effectively compared to more generic tools like Zoom. I really recommend it.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I find the initial setup with WebinarGeek not quite as directive or intuitive as I would like initially. The launch screen when you first arrive could be improved for people.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched from Zoom to WebinarGeek for automated webinars, which integrates smoothly with our CRM, letting us easily invite people and build a sales funnel. It's effective, works well, and we can automate sessions that audiences watch any time.
