## WebinarGeek Reviews
 ### 1. Easy Setup and Great Support, But User Management Needs Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma B. | Marketing Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Getting started was very straightforward, and I found setting up webinars much more intuitive than with some other systems I’ve used in the past. The setup process was simple enough to handle on my own without any assistance. On the one occasion when I encountered an issue, the customer support chat resolved everything quickly, without the need to submit a ticket. Overall, considering the price, this tool is comparable to other platforms that require a full year’s commitment, but it stands out by offering a trial period with its monthly options.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The distinction between users and account types is confusing. We added another user, thinking we would be able to switch between presenter and co-presenter roles, but this was not clearly explained in the features or pricing list. In the end, we had to upgrade anyway.

Additionally, the main link in the top bar leads to the main webinar manager page for all presenters, which is quite frustrating. When using the tool for the first time, having to scroll and search for individual links is both confusing and annoying.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is helping to support our GTM strategy for hosting customer and lead gen webinars.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience — great to hear the setup felt easy and our support team could jump in quickly when needed.

We appreciate your feedback!

 ### 2. Generally easy to use, but needs pointers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward D. | consultant, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The sign in process is easy, as is logging in. The instructions are clear. The sample webinars are easy to join as a participant. The integrations are seemingly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would definitely use this app but it needs little pointers. I thought I could use my phone to set up a webinar, but you need to use a computer. It took me a while to realize I had to hit the Replay button to join as a participant to the sample webinars, which may be confusing for others as well. I don't know anything about embedded registration or webinar channels. These are two examples where a little “?” button could be helpful. When you are creating a webinar, the options seem clear, but the buttons at the bottom are not bright (dull), and it's not immediately clear the difference between publish now and publish later. Also, it took me a while to figure out how to invite participants, but you have to use Publish Now. The date and time fields are too small. I've used CSV files before; I don't remember their format. A little pointer here would be helpful. Multiple invitees entries at that point might be helpful to save time. The app is pretty quick but I think it loses it's simplicity without explaining things that aren't obvious.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar is helping me communicate with my contacts, co-workers, and clients. It benefits me because it helps me contribute to a profitable business.

 ### 3. Beginner-Friendly with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek showed me how to start my own webinar with ease and provided all the necessary items like email and reminders. I like how beginner-friendly it is and how well it works being so easy to use. I didn’t have to Google or YouTube anything because it gave me a step-by-step guide. The initial setup was simple too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Nothing—the product was great! I couldn’t find anything I was against, and the pricing felt fair as well.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek showed me how to start my own webinar with ease, providing everything I need like email and reminders. It's beginner-friendly, so I didn't have to search for help—step-by-step guidance made it easy to use.

 ### 4. Best webinar software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Branden S. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Theres tons of useful documentation and videos available, which make learning the platform easy. Adding subscribers was simple, the email links are clean and easy to use, and i really like the customization options. App integrations, like hubspot, were seamless on the webinargeek side.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There is a lot going on when you first sign up and it can feel a little overwhelming, on top of that, multiple chat boxes pop up and it gets cluttered. Once you learn to navigate the site, its not so bad.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar geek helps create professional, customizable webinars without need technical expertise. It makes subscriber management, integrations and overall webinar setup more efficient.

 ### 5. One step beyond Zoom for webinars and virtual conferences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the range of options it has that are centralized when you are running the webinar. For example, you can easily share your screen, share a pdf, run a poll, run a call for action, etc. I like the "stage" idea where you or someone else is on stage and then you can "step off" the stage and bring someone else on the stage. It's also easy to add people as the Zoom equivalent of a co-host. You immediately get emails when you're added as a main presenter telling you the time and date when you are presenting. This is also very useful!

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I thought the navigation flow and interface design could use some reorganization. But the tools themselves work as they're supposed to. You just have to figure out where they are. It definitely requires some practice time before you run a live webinar.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think WebinarGeek is solving the issue of features that are needed in more formal webinars now. We've gotten used to the basic Zoom features but now with multi-person virtual conferences and similar virtual presentations, you need an easier and longer list of actions that can be implemented easily. I am an instructional technologist so I was looking for a platform that offered additional features beyond the basics of a Zoom license.

 ### 6. Simple UI, Full Control to Set Up Webinar Rooms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** brian v. | QA Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like the most of this webinar web application is its simple UI and having full control to setup a webinar room. Also, those tool tips before starting a livestream helps me a lot on how to navigate around the webinar live page.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think one thing that needs improvement for this tool is having a function that can kick attendees during live session and automatically deletes a message on chat that contains a foul/bad word.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes running webinars super easy, so I don’t get confused, I feel ready before going live, and everything works smoothly for me and the people watching.

 ### 7. Effortless Webinar Creation with an Intuitive, User-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raph Simon M. | Store crew, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek offers an easy-to-use and intuitive UI, with a simple and user-friendly interface that makes navigating the platform straightforward. Setting up webinars is smooth, and the clean design enhances usability, allowing for effortless webinar creation and seamless navigation throughout the platform.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The sidebar feels a bit too large and takes up significant space, making navigation slightly cumbersome. Simplifying the sidebar could improve the overall user experience and make the platform easier to navigate.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek simplifies the entire webinar process: from creation to attendee management and engagement. It eliminates the need for multiple tools by providing an all-in-one platform, which saves me time, improves efficiency, and makes it easier to deliver professional webinars

 ### 8. A smooth webinar experience for both host and audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I’ve worked with several webinar platforms, including Zoom, LiveWebinar, and Demio. Although Demio comes very close to Webinargeek, I ultimately decided to go with Webinargeek. The deciding factor for me was the replay quality, which I found to be just a bit better than Demio’s.

Overall, I find Webinargeek very clear and intuitive to use. It’s easy to set up and runs extremely stable, which is of course crucial when you’re hosting webinars. Another big plus is how well Webinargeek performs on mobile. Lately, I’ve noticed that many people attend webinars on their phones, and in that case it’s essential that the platform is truly optimized for mobile viewers.

Everything runs smoothly, it’s reliable, and whenever you have a question, the support team responds very quickly with helpful answers and solid assistance. When support isn’t available, you can chat with their AI assistant, which has also genuinely impressed me.

All in all, Webinargeek is a very reliable webinar provider with excellent support, stable connections, and plenty of options such as on-demand and automated webinars. The overall quality is excellent. I’m really happy I made the switch. It has significantly reduced my stress levels, and I’ve received far fewer complaints from participants about connection issues or having to log in repeatedly. Very happy with this choice.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The downside of Webinargeek is the limited functionality of its native integrations. While they do offer several native integrations, including a number of email marketing platforms, the integration with my email system is not extensive enough. As a result, I still have to rely on Zapier.

I do see this as a real drawback, especially since improving integrations was one of the reasons I decided to switch to Webinargeek. According to the API documentation of my email marketing provider, features such as adding and updating tags should be relatively easy to implement. I therefore hope Webinargeek will look into expanding these native integrations in the near future, so they can truly add value.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek solves the problem of unreliable webinar technology and poor viewer experience. It provides a stable, easy-to-use platform with high-quality replays and strong mobile performance, which is essential as more people attend webinars on their phones. This reliability reduces technical stress, minimizes complaints from participants, and allows me to fully focus on delivering my content instead of troubleshooting issues.

 ### 9. Incredible Subtitle Accuracy with WebinarGeek’s Voice Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like WebinarGeek, especially because of the high-tech voice recognition technology they use. The accuracy of the subtitles and transcripts during webinars is truly incredible and especially important for people who have some kind of hearing impairment

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

A few things to improve: I would like better stage controls when bringing attendees on camera so they appear more natural next to the presenter.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to provide Webinars or teach online courses and get paid for it.

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear the subtitles and transcripts have made such a positive difference, especially for accessibility. Thanks also for sharing your suggestion for more natural stage controls when bringing attendees on stage, will share it with the team.

 ### 10. Simple, reliable automated webinars with solid HubSpot integration for lead generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KAREN P. | PT | iOS App Developer | QA Software Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek is clean, lightweight, and reliable. I especially like how easy it is to create automated webinars and invite attendees, and how smoothly it integrates with HubSpot CRM for lead capture and follow-up.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some areas would benefit from clearer guidance and confirmation, particularly around automation logic and system warnings, which can feel uncertain for first-time users.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek simplifies running automated and evergreen webinars by combining scheduling, registration flows, and CRM integration in one platform. This makes it easier to run lead-generation and training sessions at scale with less manual effort and more reliable follow-up through HubSpot.

 ### 11. All in All Great Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | Content Creator & Marketing Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like best about WebinarGeek is how incredibly intuitive and well-structured it is.
From the moment you log in, the platform guides you step-by-step through setting up your first webinar — no confusion, no steep learning curve.
The customisation options are also impressive: you can fully brand your webinar pages, adjust layouts, add your logo and colours, and instantly preview how it looks on different devices.
I also love the built-in automation features — like instant team invites, automated reminder emails, and automatic session recordings.
It genuinely feels like WebinarGeek was designed with real users in mind — it saves time, looks professional, and just works.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

What I dislike about WebinarGeek isn’t a dealbreaker, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
The CRM integration feels a little limited — I expected more depth in automation triggers or data syncing with external systems.
It would also be great to see more email templates and pre-built follow-up flows, since not everyone wants to build those from scratch.
Lastly, the analytics dashboard is quite basic — I’d love to see more advanced reporting, like average watch time, engagement drop-offs, or heatmaps.
Overall, the platform works great, but a few of these enhancements would really take it to the next level.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek solves one of the biggest problems I’ve had with other webinar platforms — complexity.
A lot of tools are overloaded with unnecessary features, which makes setup confusing and time-consuming.
With WebinarGeek, I can go from concept to live webinar in minutes, without needing to watch a single tutorial.

It also helps me centralise everything — from scheduling, hosting, recording, and sending reminder emails, all in one place.
That’s been a big time-saver for my team, since we don’t need to jump between different systems or manually follow up with attendees.

The automatic recording feature and easy replays are especially useful for marketing — we can repurpose webinar content into snippets or training materials without extra editing.
Overall, it’s streamlined our workflow and made hosting professional webinars far more efficient and stress-free.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We’re glad to hear that WebinarGeek’s intuitive design, customization options, and automation features are helping you save time and run professional webinars smoothly. We also appreciate your suggestions.

 ### 12. Effortless Webinar Setup with Engaging Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iman S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I love how quick and easy it is to arrange a webinar and invite people with WebinarGeek. It barely took me 2-3 minutes to get started. I really appreciate the convenience of being able to create a webinar on my own by just going through the software. I love the collaboration features, like the chat and Q&A portion, which allow for interaction without disrupting the main event. The Q&A lets viewers easily ask questions, and the chat makes them feel part of the webinar, something I haven't seen on other platforms. It's also simple and easy to work around.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think just the starting layout, figuring out how to start with the webinar was a bit confusing for me but then I got the hang of it. I think if there was just a very easy 'start creating your webinar' option at the top, it would be easier for people or newbies like me to work around it.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes it quick to arrange webinars and invite people without starting from scratch, taking just 2-3 minutes. The convenience is great, with collaboration features like chat and Q&A enhancing interactivity without disrupting the flow.

 ### 13. User-Friendly Platform with Outstanding Webinar Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike Z. | lead digital design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The tool is user-friendly, and the customer support team is always available to assist when needed. We hosted our first webinar in December 2025 and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Webinargeek enabled us to deliver a professional webinar experience. We are now planning to organize a new webinar every month.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I encountered some technical challenges when using the product with our hardware. I had hoped that customer support would provide more effective guidance to help us find a better solution.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to connect with many customers simultaneously, and we can respond to all of their questions, which is extremely valuable for us.

 ### 14. Great Stats and Smooth On/Off-Stage Controls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the statistics side of things, the easy functionalities of putting people on and off stage and uploading docs and videos in advance.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would like to have the ability to upload PPT (for animations). The sharing screen bit is sometimes a bit messy and not as seamless. Additionally, as the moderator it's sometimes hard to switch between putting people on stage and also switching between slides.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our previous tool, we lacked a lot of the insights and stats for our webinars. I also like that the delay of switching between slides/presentations is much smoother.

 ### 15. Effortless Webinars with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Behzad S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like WebinarGeek for its fast speed at loading and the nice layout. The integration with other apps like HubSpot and Meta is super handy, allowing me to integrate my CRM and add new team members easily. I find the platform to be user-friendly, making it easy to invite friends to join my webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

At the beginning when I started the trial and wanted to start my first experience, one place asked me for a subdomain and I did not know about that.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WebinarGeek to arrange live, on-demand, and automated webinars. The fast loading speed, nice layout, and integration with HubSpot make it user-friendly and efficient for adding team members and inviting friends.

 ### 16. WebinarGeek for newbie

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how easy it is to set up and run webinars without needing a lot of technical work. The audience interactions, automated reminders make it simple to use.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Downside of this app is that some advanced features and integrations can take time to learn. The customization options may also feel limited for users who want more control over design.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes webinars easier to run and manage. It saves me time in setting it up, low attendees engagement and manual follow ups.

 ### 17. WebinarGeek as great tool for webinars!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lanie L. | Trainer, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like WebinarGeek because it allows me to create webinars in 3 options like Live, on-demand or hybrid. The dashboard is easy to follow through and it's good that the app is only in one browser and will not have desktop and website options. It is also good that for CRM integration, I am well informed that the functionality will become better with a premium subscription, nevertheless, I have tried integrating the CRM to the WebinarGeek. I also like the customization features in the creation of the webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Webinars are dependent to software and hardware as well as electricity. When there are cases that there will be power interruption, webinars will not be a good idea and also in cases that there is a slow internet connection.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek tries to solve the ease of conducting trainings. In today's time, conducting meetings online saves time, effort for travel and money because instead of going on for on-site training thus WebinarGeek is a good choice.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that WebinarGeek makes creating webinars easy and flexible, whether live, on-demand, or hybrid. It’s great to know that the dashboard and customization features are helping you save time and run smooth, effective trainings.

 ### 18. Comprehensive Features, Needs Better Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hess L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like most about WebinarGeek is that it brings all the core webinar features into one platform, making it easy to set up webinars and manage presenter tools in one place. Having everything in one place helps me focus on setting up and running the webinar without switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The navigation could be clearer for first-time users. Some settings felt hidden, and the amount of text and pop-up tooltips sometimes made the experience feel a bit overwhelming. The interface could benefit from clearer onboarding that guides users when they first log in. Making key actions more visually prominent and simplifying or consolidating pop-up tooltips would help new users stay focused.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WebinarGeek to create and manage webinars in one place, set up live and automated sessions, and engage attendees with interactive tools.

 ### 19. User-Friendly Software with Many Unique Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin E. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I liked that each step of the Webinar process was fully customizable (graphics/ appearance, etc.) The invite functionality was great. It was easy to enter the email addresses individually, or upload a file of contacts to invite many people at once. The landing page for the webinar is simple and provides the pertinent information for the upcoming event without overloading the viewer. I liked the easy to see/use "share" feature on the webinar landing page (that attendees could easily share with others who might want to attend- a unique feature). The webinar statistics are robust and simple to understand. You can easily see everything from chat participation to attendee location on simplified graphs (with more detailed statistics available if you want them). You can integrate WebinarGeek with many common business software platforms to make importing of information even more seamless.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I found the process of creating a webinar slightly confusing. The extra step of "publishing" a webinar seems a little redundant.I thought it was ready to be used/ shared as soon as I saved it, so it was little confusing to figure out how to proceed with the next step.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is providing an intuitive and easy to use event- hosting platform that gives full control of the experience to the user. It provides robust reporting on the metrics that matter most to webinar hosts and keeps things simple for the attendees. A better/ easier customer experience all the way around.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you find WebinarGeek user-friendly and appreciate the customization, invite options, and robust analytics. It’s great to know the platform is helping you create a smooth and engaging experience for your attendees.

 ### 20. Overall Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Christian T. | Funnel Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

First of all, I enjoyed using WebinarGeek. It is full of features, and you will not have a hard time finding the things you need. Let's start off with the features that WebinarGeek has that I liked and recommend to the others.

1. The webinar creation is so easy and clear. I also love how easily you can customize it based on what you need for your webinar.
2. The trial webinar on the left have the best features. It's like teams but everything is in there if not, more features are inside and also, it is much better to look at maybe because of the colors used rather than the standard that we see on different platforms.
3. I like the integration. It is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only thing that I dislike is that you can't recognize some of the icons unless you hover over them to reveal what the icon is. For example, the stage panel.

Overall, everything works great.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say the email follow up for the webinar which the other platforms don't have.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear that WebinarGeek makes creating and customizing webinars simple, and that the integrations and email follow-ups are making a difference for you. We appreciate you highlighting the features you enjoy most!

 ### 21. Straightforward webinar experiencee with clear onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quentin Q. | Software Development and Testing for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The onboarding flow and overall navigation stood out as strong point. Creating and scheduling a webinar as straightforward, even as a first-time user, and the dashboard layout made it easy to find key features quickly. Peformance was also solid, with webinars loading faster than comparable tools like Microsoft Teams.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some UI elements required a brief moment of interpretation, particularly when similar icon actions were labeled differently. A few controls such as the play/minus buttons in the speaker notes section, were not immediately intuitive in terms of their function. However, these were minor and became clear after reading the instructions.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someon who plans to use webinars for teaching programming and software development, this tool will limit the time it takes to learn how to host webinars. For me, this is a great selling point. Also, for the advanced user, there are numerous integration tools to connect WebinarGeek to your desired marketing tools.

 ### 22. Outstanding Support, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really appreciate that WebinarGeek's team was ready to help us until the problem was resolved. They went above their usual service offerings by redirecting the webpage to prevent registration issues, and they did this for free. The initial setup was also easy, which is a big plus. **Reviewed by:** Joshua J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really liked how interactive WebinarGeek is, especially for live webinars. The live polls and quizzes are easy to use and make the webinar feel less boring and more like a conversation, allowing for real-time responses which helps a lot with engagement. The dashboard was pretty easy to understand even on my first try. Setting up a live webinar didn't feel confusing, and I didn't feel lost while going through the steps. It's minimalistic and simple design make it easy for the eyes, and I appreciate that it doesn't hurt to look at or make me feel confused. It's a good platform if you want people to actually participate instead of just watching. WebinarGeek has a more focused approach on webinars and audience interaction compared to normal meeting tools, which feels more interactive than other apps I've used like Zoom and Google Meet. The initial setup was very easy and understandable, as it doesn't stray too far with its design and UI, making it similar to other apps but with more interaction features.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think the waiting lobby could use more interactions and mini games to bypass time, but it's just a suggestion.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes my webinars more interactive with live quizzes and polls, reducing boredom. Its simple, minimalistic design makes it easy to use and understand, providing a focused experience for engaging audiences actively rather than mere video calls.

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The WebinarGeek platform offers a straightforward interface for setting up and running webinars. Signing up and creating my first webinar was quick and easy. The platform's functionality is quite robust, with all the expected features readily accessible and accompanied by solid customization options. Adjusting access to chats, Q&A, polls, and other interactive elements is simple and intuitive. The overall interface is very clean, making navigation pleasant. The invitation process is also uncomplicated, and I appreciated the option to upload a CSV file for invitations. Additionally, there are numerous integration points available for connecting with your preferred CRM or contact management and automated mailing systems.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While there is nothing really to dislike, a lot of the functionality can be found in the tools I already use (Google, Zoom, Teams). Some of the integrations require multiple steps that could be streamlined into one-click actions.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek provides a platform for me to deliver training webinars and other public presentations.

 ### 26. Seamless Webinars with Great Analytics Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack w.

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like that setting up automated email follow-ups is easy and that they allow me to target different groups, along with everything else, like finding out who's registered to attend. I really liked the HubSpot integration because it helps me see viewer engagement and data flows automatically. It's great being able to customize and tailor messages to my liking. The initial setup was very simple as I signed in with Google.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think the navigation of the site could be more intuitive. The flow feels a bit off and things feel mechanical rather than ergonomic. I often find myself searching and guessing where tools might be located. I'd recommend making the toolbars easier to see, as the font is a bit small and the design doesn't scream ease of use.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to create webinars and share my voice and video seamlessly with a large group. I benefit from business analytics for growth, easy setup of automated email follow-ups, targeting different groups, and customizing messages while viewing engagement data.

 ### 27. It’s the friendly, capable and clever option in the webinar space.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina T. | QA Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

One of the things I appreciate most about this site is its clarity. Within just a minute or two, I understood exactly what WebinarGreek offers and who it’s designed for—small to medium businesses, coaches, and creators.

The platform feels thoughtfully designed, as if it was created by people who genuinely understand the needs of its users. I got the sense that I was being introduced to a much simpler way to handle something that is usually quite complex.

The “Evergreen Webinar” feature especially stood out to me. I was able to schedule my first Evergreen Webinar for 20 minutes, and it still feels live for every new audience. Since I dislike repeating the same presentations, the ability to automate this process while still collecting registrations and hosting live Q&As is a fantastic solution. The website clearly explains how this “set-it-and-forget-it” method can save a significant amount of time, and it helped me realize a use case I hadn’t fully considered before.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

It might not be the most high tech or full of features but it seems like it might just be one of the most practical so far.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess it taught and showed me a simpler way to do a meeting and not overcomplicate it.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the clarity, simplicity, and Evergreen Webinar feature. It’s great to know WebinarGeek helps you save time while keeping your webinars engaging and easy to manage.

It was fairly easy to set up WebinarGeek, and I find it efficient since it brings everything to one platform.

WebinarGeek simplifies hosting and managing webinars by combining registration, reminders, and replays in one platform. It reduces the hassle of organizing webinars with built-in registration pages, automated emails, and better audience engagement, saving time and improving efficiency.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

I trialed creating a webinar on the site and found that it was easy to create a new webinar. The ability to create a webinar and invite contacts and team members all on one site makes collaborating and sharing easier. I also appreciate the feature that walks you through each step when creating a webinar very systematically. The initial setup and signing up process was easy too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I thought the site was difficult to navigate at times, especially getting back to the home screen, that the edit/create button was on the far right of the screen which wasn't natural for me to look at, and that a new tab is opened when you press certain buttons which makes it harder to navigate altogether.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek makes it easier to create webinars and invite contacts and team members, simplifying collaboration and sharing.

WebinarGeek excels in customizability and modularity.

The amount of features packed in this web app is outstanding from the amount of integrations to specific modular components of niche features. These features are documented properly through a provided help center which minimizes confusion.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The downsides of WebinarGeek are as follows: (1) an overcrowd of features and modularity that makes it seem confusing at first and thus require a rather steep learning curve to use effectively; (2) the consistent use of emojis throughout the UI makes it look unprofessional.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

customize part of webinar, interactive thing with attendees, get more statistics on webinar's page. The main dashboard displays only the essential information, focusing on what truly matters. I also appreciate the Automated Webinar feature. It’s perfect for persons who can access it anytime if the scheduled session doesn’t fit their schedule, replay it as often as they like, and review the material in advance. It has a lot of integrations with your business application like HubSpot or Salesforce which is very helpful to combine that in one place.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

In my opinion, the first view is user-friendly, but I don't see an option to close an unnecessary webinar once it goes wrong or is accidentally not needed at that time. Also, I want to mention the initial guide. It still displays once I click on a new webinar session. It's okay if it's the first time, but it becomes annoying after several times. I hope it will be fixed in the near future.
