It is much more sophisticated than Zoom due to its interactive features in the webinars. I do appreciate the abilities to have polls, and have multiple people present instead of just 1 presenter. It reminds me more of Webex, but easier to use in my opinion. I did like that I can customize themes and even when I was facing difficulties on certain features such as integrating a LinkedIn ID, it has a “How To” guide for me to use, that was quite nice. In fact, I appreciate that it had an “Academy” section for users to learn to not only use the webinar application, but how to use AI and other tools incorporated as well. Another feature I liked when I was getting a bit lost on the platform was that there was a guided tool called Kiki pointing me around the site. I wasn't sure if I had finished or if there were still steps to take after finishing the registration page.
