## WebinarGeek Reviews
 ### 1. Simple operation, high benefit, and excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jürgen L. | Nachhaltigkeitsberatung - ohne Dogma aber mit System, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

We were particularly impressed by the simple and intuitive operation. Even employees without deep technical knowledge quickly find their way around and can work productively with the software promptly.

The implementation was overall uncomplicated, and the integration into our existing processes was significantly easier than expected. The software helps us to clearly structure workflows, create transparency, and make numerous work steps more efficient.

Also worth highlighting is the support: inquiries are answered quickly, and there is a constant feeling that customer feedback is taken seriously. This builds trust and noticeably facilitates daily work.

The greatest added value for us lies in the time savings and the better overview of relevant data and processes. Many pieces of information are centrally available, making coordination easier and allowing decisions to be made more confidently.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Indeed: I have found no disadvantages. A connection to KlickTipp might be helpful.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, the software has become an important tool in my daily work. The processes necessary for hosting a webinar are handled professionally.

 ### 2. Managing Online Health Education Webinars Became More Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

it helps me handle online health education webinars in a more organized and simple way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use webinars for nutrition awareness sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions, patient guidance, and online educational sessions for students. The platform feels easy to use during normal work. Creating a webinar page, sharing registration links, and managing attendees does not feel confusing after basic use. I was able to start using it without much technical difficulty, which made implementation smooth for my regular workflow.

I use WebinarGeek quite frequently for online awareness and educational work. Features like webinar registrations, reminder emails, screen sharing, live chat, Q&A, polls, and webinar recordings are useful for my work because during sessions I often explain diet charts, PDFs, nutrition routines, lifestyle guidance, and educational slides to people and students in a more clear way. It also helps while teaching students online because I can explain topics step by step, interact during live sessions, and answer questions properly without making sessions feel disorganized. Webinar recordings are also useful because students or viewers who miss the live session can watch later.

Another thing I like is that webinar communication, attendee management, reminders, and recordings stay connected in one place, so handling webinars feels more smooth during busy work days. The platform has enough important features for professional educational webinars without feeling too complicated for regular use. Overall, WebinarGeek helps me manage online educational sessions, health awareness webinars, attendee communication, and follow-up related work in more professional and organized way during daily use.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

when managing longer live webinars with chat, Q&A, polls, attendee interaction, and presentation together, the screen can sometimes feel a little crowded during live sessions. In the beginning, understanding all webinar settings and options also took me some time because there are many features available. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for my regular health education and online teaching related work.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of managing online educational webinars and attendee communication in one organized place. Earlier, handling registrations, reminder messages, webinar links, recordings, and follow ups separately used to feel a little unorganized during health awareness and student sessions.

Now I can manage live webinars, attendee interaction, educational presentations, and webinar recordings more smoothly from one platform. This helps me a lot while conducting nutrition awareness webinars, online student teaching sessions, and healthy lifestyle discussions because I can explain topics more clearly and stay more organized during live sessions.

Recorded webinars are also useful because students or viewers who miss the live session can watch later. Overall, WebinarGeek helps me save time, manage webinars more professionally, and keep my online health education work more smooth and organized.

 ### 3. Peace of Mind for Live Events: Dry Run Mode, Checklists, and Unique Webinar Series

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Founder & Curriculum Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The "Webinar Series" and pre-submission of Q&A topics by attendees features are really unique, and something I am excited to plan around. But honestly, the features that give me the most peace of mind before any live event are the "Dry Run" mode and the pre-publishing checklist. These two tools speed up my workflow by reassuring I have locked in each detail before the event.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

To start setting up the account was a little frustrating. The main downside is the camera turns on as soon as you activate the account, which caught me off guard. A simple warning would be greatly appreciated. Then when setting up a webinar, the help tool "Help Me Choose" was confusing since the options did not match the question being asked. Two capabilites that I was surprised to find missing were file sharing to viewers and no integration for GoHighLevel.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a webinar producer webinar set up was a chore. Every event was from scratch even using templates. With WebinarGeek I am able to use the Webinar Series, or pre-publishing checklist to streamline and speed up the repetitive and administrative tasks. As for during events the aesthetic and function of attendee management is already set without me having to open multiple pop-outs and arrange on my screen.

 ### 4. Webinageek: Engaging Webinars with Handy Notes, Templates, and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhoanna M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really appreciate Webinageek’s ability to let users create or upload templates directly within the webinar page. The notes feature is especially useful because it allows me to take down notes or follow along while presenting live, which improves the overall webinar experience. I also like the interaction features, as they help keep the audience engaged.

Another strong point is the platform’s capability for integrations, such as CRM connectivity and sending automatic follow-ups after webinars. These features are very valuable for marketing and sales use cases.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

On the downside, some parts of the platform can be confusing, particularly setting up camera and microphone permissions. The speaker notes navigation also needs improvement, as it is not very intuitive for first-time users.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes running webinars easier and more organized for me. It lets me create or upload templates directly in the webinar page, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. The notes feature is also very helpful since I can follow my script while presenting live.

It also improves audience engagement through interactive features and supports CRM integrations with automatic follow-ups, which is great for marketing and sales.

Overall, it helps streamline webinar setup, delivery, and follow-up, although some settings like camera/mic permissions and speaker notes can be a bit confusing at first.

 ### 5. WebinarGeek: Intuitive Interface, Helpful Tutorials, and Smooth Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen I. | Learning Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek's user interface is excellently designed, and its navigation is easy to walk through. I love how the tutorial pop-ups provide insights into navigation at the beginning of webinar creation. This helps you locate each button useful for webinar creation. The integrations documentation was also useful to know how the integration process works. The buttons were easy to locate with distinct colors, making it easier for someone new to the platform to get along easily. I also love the way the share button works; similar to Google Meet, it lets me choose between tabs and windows. I had an issue locating the invite button at the beginning, because it's labeled "add contact", which sounds like adding people's addresses. It would be better if it's labeled "invite attendees". That sounds like a meeting language. It would also be better if the slide at the beginning of the webinar is not auto- or preloaded, as it makes the screen too busy at the beginning. Overall, the webinar software performs excellently.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I don't like the way the preloaded slide came up at the beginning; maybe it can be removed from auto appearance. Also, the add contact option should be relabelled as "invite attendees." That makes it better like a meeting invite, not like adding a friend's contact.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of having to choose among different options when planning webinars, making it easier for my team to schedule more webinars. Also, it gives more integration options, compared to other webinar software.

 ### 6. Quick, No-Download Webinars with Great Engagement and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary F. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Its easiest to usel, especially because it's simple to join or make webinars without downloading anything. You can setup the webinars quickly and atendees can join quickly. The platform also has a lot of useful features and it helps keep the audience engaged during the webinar. The costumization also is a big plus, where you can add personalized pages so the webinar looks more proffesionals.

Overall its a solid platform, but there are still a few things that could be improved to make the experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit confusing since there are many buttons and settings. So a new user will not immediately know where to click or how to start a webinar. A simpler layout would help a lot

The presentation platform could feel abit more modern visually and more flexible for the presentation tools.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the simplicity of inviting atendees. If we gonna have a lot of atendees for a webinar, it's a bit impossible for us to invite them one by one by email. Instead the website provide a link, so we can just share that one link and everyone can join the webinar.

 ### 7. WebinarGeek is the easiest to use application for creating online webinars I’ve used to date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara S. | Customer Engagement Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

My initial sign up onto WebinarGeek went very well. I only watched the initial tutorial video, and enjoyed the upbeat professionalism of the presenter. The instructions provided were clear and concise which felt comforting for me as first time user

When it came time to schedule a webinar during onboarding, the explanations provided for each option were informative and started me to think about other webinars I could plan for the future.

I especially appreciate how smooth joining the trial webinar as a participant. The ease in functionality with the free version is a wonderfully strong enticer for people to upgrade.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I got a little lost when I wanted to go back in to the webinar I created in order to invite attendees. But I think that was user error, rather than something that needs to be corrected on the platform

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inviting attendees was very simple as well and I invited several via an email. Communication on the site was very clear and functioned perfectly. Again - Super easy.

The overall process to invite people was very simple and clear. Most importantly, Webinar Geek’s ability to invite multiple attendees from a CSV file is very attractive to me. That is something that some platforms don’t offer which has been extremely tedious.

 ### 8. The easiest to use in-Depth Chat and Intuitive Webinar Controls That Run Smoothly on Chrome

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The chat functionality is in-depth and provides better interaction with attendees. For example, there is multiple tabs for different chats and a dedicated spot for Q&A. The UI elements to control the webinar are intuitive and easy to use. Each integrations has their own documents that may help if there any issues connecting. It performs well on the Chrome browser without any hitching. There were also videos that help teach the software.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There are minor issues with the UI such as pop up settings blocking the chat when you enter a webinar and the main dashboard should contain additional statistics not just subscribers.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to control or customize communication with attendees, while also making it easy and intuitive for users to join the webinar without any hassle or needing to download anything. It allows people without any prior knowledge of attending webinars to join.

 ### 9. Great Engagement Features and Versatile Event Creation and Management Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna P. | Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek feels engaging for every attendee, even for those who watch a recording after a live event. During a live session, I can manage the Features tab from a separate screen, including on a mobile device, which makes hosting feel seamless and well organized. The user interface is also intuitive and sleek, so it’s easy to navigate while staying focused on the event.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While event creation is highly customizable, the sheer number of options can feel overwhelming. If you’re looking for a simple setup, this is the main point of friction.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek lets me record live sessions so attendees can watch them later. It also gives recording viewers the option to engage with the event content afterward and send questions directly to me. Having multiple ways to attend adds flexibility and helps me reach a wider audience.

 ### 10. Customizable Webinars with Payments, Stats, and HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vira J. | Middle Software QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like how WebinarGeek lets me customize the registration page for my webinar, integrate it with a payment system, view attendee statistics, and connect with third-party tools like HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

However, the onboarding process needs improvement. When I click "Set Up" in the Get Started section, it doesn't directly show me which part to set up. On top of that, the onboarding banner only appears after I've been on the dashboard for a few minutes, when it should show up right away the first time a new user lands there.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, WebinarGeek solves the problem of creating a simple yet complete webinar solution. It owns the entire end-to-end process. So users can handle everything in one place, from registration, to hosting the webinar, to viewing statistics for reporting.

 ### 11. Easiest Webinar Tools to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessel C. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek one of the easiest platforms to use for creating webinars, with a quick setup and a clean, simple interface. Everything you need, such as registration, emails, hosting, and follow-ups, is already in one place, so the whole process feels smooth and easy to manage. It doesn’t take much effort to get started, and once you’re familiar with it, it becomes something you can use regularly without hassle.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One thing that could be improved is the initial setup, as some parts can be a bit confusing for first-time users and not very well guided. A clearer onboarding flow or more step-by-step guidance would make it easier to understand all the features from the beginning. While it does connect with other tools, having a more guided setup would help users make better use of those integrations.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s very useful for managing webinars because it saves time and keeps everything organized in a single platform. Support is available when needed, which is helpful if you run into issues. Since everything is centralized, it reduces extra work and makes running webinars more efficient and consistent over time.

 ### 12. The easiest thing to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene I. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Logging in was super intuitive and hassle free. Right after you sign in, the platform already guides you on where to go so you can get started right away.
Creating a webinar is also straightforward, the option is easy to find, and the setup feels smooth.
Compared to the platforms I’ve used before (Teams, Zoom), this one definitely feels more robust. I used those mostly for weekly meetings, and their features are pretty basic. Webinargeek offers a lot more, and while it’s still easy enough to navigate, the number of options means users would benefit from getting familiar with the features so they can really maximize what the platform can do.
Overall, it’s an impressive platform and if I ever need a webinar tool again this is something I’d consider.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If I were to use it regularly, I’d appreciate a short video tutorial or a quick onboarding walkthrough to highlight the key features. That would make the learning curve even smoother.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create webinars, both one-time and recurring.

 ### 13. Intuitive Dashboards, Smooth CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arbab Q. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find the getting started videos and onboarding tour really helpful as a first-time user. The tour button at the top quickly introduces the main features of the platform, making it easy to get oriented. I also appreciate the subscriber dashboard and attendee section, which are clear and informative, showing useful details such as new and recurring subscribers along with timestamps. The CRM integration is simple to connect, just a click of a button with tools like ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and HubSpot. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate. The initial setup was absolutely smooth and very user-friendly. I would rate it 10 out of 10 for the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One area that could benefit from improvement is the webinar creation workflow. While the available settings are flexible, this step could be more user-friendly and self-explanatory for the first-time user. I would say clear prompts or a more guided flow would make the setup process smoother. In the edit webinar section, there's no clear save or continue option, which makes it unclear whether changes have been saved or not.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek's main dashboard helpful for viewing webinars and subscriber info at a glance. It simplifies access to details and aids navigation during live events. CRM integration is also straightforward.

 ### 14. Smooth Webinar Creation with Powerful Customization and Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raluca G. | Regional Director Of Sales And Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I really like the abundance of customization options. Creating a webinar is smooth and you can do it from scratch or using a customizable predefined template, which saves a lot of time. Each step of creating the webinar is well defined, but I would have really liked a “save” button just for the extra reassurance your progress is not lost. You can even include payment options directly in the webinar so people can buy what you’re selling in real time.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One thing I’d like to mention is the “invite attendees” process which is not too intuitive. I expected to have a place where I can add emails in bulk and invite people but it might be that you can only do it by sharing the registration link separately.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a webinar is smooth. I like that each step of creating the webinar is well defined and separate from one another like “general”, “registration”, “interaction”, “emails”. You can choose from creating it from scratch or using a predefined template that you can customize later on. Very helpful because it saves a lot of time.

 ### 15. Intuitive, Professional Webinars great for small organisations with no IT staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinar Geek was very intuitive to use, user friendly and helped our webinar event day run smoothly and professionally. As a small charity, with minimal staff, we found Webinar Geek a lot of the work for us which helped us ot work on the conent of the webinar. We succesfully integrated it to mailchimp with no issues. and we re able to embed the subscription from into our own website. We could create, promote and run the event with minimal assistance. When we had specific queries about functions, the help desk were always able to guide us. We were very pleased with how it all went, as well as the competitive pricing.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The email function to delegates was simple and we would have liked to edit the automated emails to more detail - however we were able to do this through the integration to mailchimp. Overall we found no big issues with Webinar Geek

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar Geek allowed us to host 138 people for a competitive price. The set up and running of the webinar event was smooth. We were able to integrate to mailchimp easily, to enable further communication to our participants. We were able to use the interactive elements during the webinar which helped engagement and delegate satisfaction. The recordiings of the webinars were managed by WebinarGeek and easy to download soon after the finish. These were ready to use, and people appreciated being able to access and replay the webinar in their own time.

 ### 16. Intuitive interface, attractive registration pages, and a simple platform at a good price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmeline G. | Marketing Communication Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to handle. The registration pages are nice and highly customizable; I think this has helped boost sign-ups. On the spectator side, they also appreciated the platform, simple and effective. Finally, the price is in the lower average of the market.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The customization of the registration page could be more advanced, particularly to allow changing the text color of the title (we do not use black in our branding). On the viewer's side, it would also be useful to give them more options to customize their display, for example, the size of the speaker's video.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to upload the slides before the presentation increases fluidity on the day itself, no need to share your entire screen.

 ### 17. Easy Webinar Setup Smooth HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ma.bianca a. | social media evaluator, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

What I like best about WebinarGeek is that it is easy to create and schedule a webinar. The setup is clear, the customization options are simple, and the HubSpot integration connects smoothly with useful triggers for follow-ups and automation.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

What I dislike about WebinarGeek is that the invite process could be clearer. I was looking for an easy shareable invite link, but it was not very obvious. Also, when I checked the invite box again, it still showed that registrations were closed, so that part was a little confusing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps me create, schedule, and manage webinars in one place. The HubSpot integration also helps with tracking registrations and follow-ups, which saves time and keeps the process organized.

 ### 18. Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I had a positive experience with WebinarGeek. The platform was easy to use and offered tons of options, especially for customization, which was more than others like Teams. I really appreciated that nearly everything could be personalized, making it flexible. A feature I enjoyed was the amount of help and guidance available throughout the site. Despite not being familiar with automated webinars, the platform made setting up a webinar easy, which is valuable. I loved being able to edit titles, dates, and even the webinar type after selecting it, and that I could remove the 'powered by WebinarGeek' verbiage for a cost. The ability to upload contacts in bulk or one at a time was also great. Literally everything is customizable, which is wonderful as it makes the platform accessible for someone not tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only issue that I ran into was during the actual webinar. I tried clicking the WebinarGeek logo in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the home page but it didn't work. I wanted to return to the home page to make edits after stopping the webinar. It would be helpful to add an icon to return to HOME.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WebinarGeek, I easily create webinars that I can make live, on demand, or automated. There are lots of customization options. It's user-friendly, especially for non-tech-savvy people, like myself, and offers excellent personalization and guidance features, making setup simple and efficient.

 ### 19. Great Value, Strong Support, and Easy CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the price, and the support from WebinarGeek is quite strong. It's nice and straightforward to use for generating a sales funnel and communicating with people. The automation is convenient as it allows others to watch the demo at any time. I find it easy to invite people and integrate with your CRM, or import a CSV, making the process smooth. WebinarGeek provides an extra set of tools and skills that work effectively compared to more generic tools like Zoom. I really recommend it.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I find the initial setup with WebinarGeek not quite as directive or intuitive as I would like initially. The launch screen when you first arrive could be improved for people.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched from Zoom to WebinarGeek for automated webinars, which integrates smoothly with our CRM, letting us easily invite people and build a sales funnel. It's effective, works well, and we can automate sessions that audiences watch any time.

 ### 20. Easiest to Use Webinar Platform I've Tried

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vince Carl V. | Sports Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The webinar creation flow is honestly where it shines the most. Everything you need is laid out with minimal scrolling, beginner-friendly, and the customization experience was more enjoyable than I expected. I can get to exactly what I need in less time, thanks to the handful of well-chosen categories.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The dashboard navbar somehow contrasts the light mode content and isn't always sticky. A few UI/UX iterations and it can stand right alongside the top tiers.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting and managing webinars used to feel complex, but WebinarGeek simplifies the whole process. From creating and scheduling to inviting attendees, everything is in one place and easy to navigate. It saves time and removes the usual friction of setting up a professional webinar experience.

 ### 21. Organized Webinar Workflows with an Intuitive Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osarogie O. | Clinical Application Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I liked how organized the webinar creation workflow felt, including scheduling, attendee registration, replay settings, and integrations. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the dashboard was clean and easy to navigate. Compared to Zoom or Teams, WebinarGeek feels more focused on professional webinars, audience engagement, and marketing workflows rather than just basic meetings.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek offers many features and customization options, so first-time users may need a little time to fully explore everything available. However, after spending some time navigating the platform, the workflow felt intuitive and well organized overall.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps organize professional webinar workflows including attendee registration, webinar scheduling, replay management, and integrations with marketing tools. It feels more business-focused than standard meeting platforms.

 ### 22. WebinarGeek is a good product with potential to be great.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Redith W. | Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The webinar functionality itself is great! From start to finish, a sample webinar takes
less than 5 minutes. Lots of interactive features within the webinar itself, rivaling peers such as Zoom and Teams. Seemless integrations with apps such as Mailchimp, Kajabi, Hubspot and 365, one can add contacts in minutes. The tutorials were extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The UI could be improved. There should be a button that one can click to access this. As it stands
now, one can click on about a ¼ of the screen to access this. Once inside the webinar, returning to the main menu is cumbersome. Minor issue though.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This can be a good alternative to Zoom for webinars. Additionally, with the seamlessness of CRM, the additional functionality would be beneficial for inviting clients to the webinar and providing unique value for my clients utilizing a one to many marketing approach.

 ### 23. Interactive Webinars with Great On-Demand Playback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

As a web dev and a new user of webinargeek it is very user-friendly and interactive. I really like the on-demand playback in the customizable channel, so i can put my content of software product demos and viewers can simulate live interactions.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

not totally dislike but I think since it is a browser based webinar it should be compatible to any browsers in the future or rather can be a cross browser webinar. could also add more flexible UI and enganging features

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent work focusing on the webinar workflow and it is great that they have these automation and integration features with marketing softwares so hopefully they will be integrated with many platforms soon

 ### 24. Perfected Client Onboarding with a Smooth, Feature-Packed WebinarGeek Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tharinda L. | Head of customer success, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Best-in-class onboarding (KiKi and other tools working together to provide an excellent experience) and an excellent Dry-run environment.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

In the event configuration settings, the "Webinar" section (2nd step in creating a webinar) has tiny icons with many options, and it wasn't easy to grasp the meaning as well as keep the usability in mind, even though there are labels (not intuitive, even though there are pop-up labels), and therefore it is confusing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Multiple webinar options to target multipleclient segments (sales, marketing, and internal team training)
2. Guided tours and help are readily available, reducing the time for training the team on using it, saving time
3. Easy to set up sales tours, walkthroughs, and demos, automate them (or run on demand), and repurpose by collecting payments from registrants
4. Easily integrate my CRM and synchronize data between the webinar platform and CRM
5. Assessing the attendees and sending customized emails and success/certification is critical, and WebinarGeek solves the problem.

 ### 25. Feature-Rich Webinar Tool, but Onboarding, UI Clutter, and Pricing Need Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

All the features you need for broadcasting are already there. Setting up your schedule especially if you’re planning a recurring webinar is straightforward, and defining your target audience is just as easy. Integrating with HubStop and Salesforce is simple as well.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Signup/onboarding process: I ran into an issue after verifying that I’m human, where it kept looping back to the “Start Free Trial” button. An error message that clearly tells the user if there are incomplete inputs would be helpful here. Also, as a new WebinarGeek user, I didn’t realize you still have to manually start it by clicking the “Start Webinar” button in the upper-right corner. Another comment for me is the webinar screen (especially for the presenter) felt very busy. It was busy enough that I couldn’t immediately figure out how to move to the next slide.

Pricing of the premium plan may feel like a lot for some people. If you’re organizing webinars regularly, it might be worth it, but if you’re mainly using it to connect with colleagues like Zoom, it might be worth a second look. The AI integration needs improvement, because I didn’t feel like I had any interaction with AI while using the platform.

All these aside, I believe WebinarGeek’s functions are easy to use once you know where to find them and what to click to trigger what you want.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a solid alternative to the dominant brands in the marketplace, like Zoom and Teams. As a new user, I’m looking forward to using it again once more improvements are made to the platform, especially around areas of user experience. One advantage, in my view, is how easily it can integrate with other platforms like HubStop and Salesforce once you locate the right section for it.

 ### 26. User-friendly, Easy Webinar Setup, No Installation Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew A. | QA Game Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I love the navigation. Within several minutes of using the platform, it feels easy to use especially with the help of the tour/tutorial that is clear and accessible any time. The steps in creating and managing webinars are pretty straight forward. I also like that it is browser-based. No need to install, just bookmark the link.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The home screen is a little crowded with texts, which I find overwhelming at the start. I think, better to make the welcome screen simpler by displaying less texts to read and more icons that I can just click to explore.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to professionally connect with my teammates and there's an easy way to invite members for a webinar.

 ### 27. WebinarGeek: easy to use and create webinars in just a few minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed Ali B. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

what i like most about WebinarGeek is how simple it is to start using it. creating an account and logging in is quick. the dashboard is clear, and it is easy to understand where everything is.

creating a webinar is very straightforward. you just choose the type of webinar, add the title and date, and the webinar is ready.

i also like how easy it is to invite people. you can add contacts manually or import many contacts with a csv file.

overall, the platform feels clean, simple, and focused on webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some small things could be improved. During the account creation, the fields were not clearly marked. When the form was incomplete, it was not very clear which field was missing.

I also had a problem when trying to connect HubSpot.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps organize and manage webinars in a simple way. It makes it easy to create a webinar, invite participants, and track attendees all in one place. Instead of using different tools for meetings, invitations, and tracking participants, everything is on one platform. This saves time and makes webinar management easier.

 ### 28. WebinarGeek solved the problem of boring presentations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tan D. | Game Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like that WebinarGeek provides tutorials to help you get a feel for the webinar, which is nice. There's a lot of options available when you start your webinar, and although it can be overwhelming, it's also very understandable because of the titles and labels. I appreciate the options for Q&A and interactions, allowing for more engagement during the attendance of presenters or participants. I also like how you can do slides within WebinarGeek, that way you won't have to use another application and screen share that application.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think the onboarding for WebinarGeek could be improved. As a first-time user, I found it a bit overwhelming because of the many options it provides. I didn't see many tutorial tools for onboarding besides the initial start or documentation. I did find it after a while, but the initial start should take us to this page before it jumps us into creation. The chat on the bottom right can also be a bit annoying as well.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek streamlines my presentations by integrating slides and screens directly, fostering better interaction between presenters and viewers compared to using Zoom with PowerPoint. WebinarGeek also allows integrations with your other apps or websites. The use of AI also helps with the overall organization.

 ### 29. Webinargeek is a real geek!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micah M. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It is user-friendly. What I like about this is the straightforward navigation tools that are all right in front of you and easy to understand. Another good thing about Webinargeek is that they have the option for you to have a 14-day trial for free.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I cannot say I dislike it, it's just that I had a hard time figuring out how to sign up successfully due to a non-stop verification, and I figured out I needed to put a "domain name" from the start, like a company name, to complete the signing up. Also, I think I havent seen the option to send an invite directly via email, and it is just a link you can copy and share to add on your email invite. But other than that this app is a real geek!

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have tried using different platforms for webinars, like Zoom and StreamYard. I would say they have similarities in terms of use. Still, the ease of use, joining as a participant, creating a webinar, and being a moderator is much easier and user-friendly in Webinargeek. Everything is in front of you.

 ### 30. Smooth and Easy to use for Webinar Management

**Reviewed by:** Remya C. | Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek is easy to use, and setting up and joining a webinar was straightforward. The interface offers multiple options to create a webinar and to configure the settings as needed. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

As a first time user, during the webinar setup flow, it was sometimes unclear how to navigate back or proceed to the next step. Overall, the process works, but the UI could be made a bit more intuitive.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek simplifies the entire webinar process by combining registration, attendee management, email communication and integrations like HubSpot in one platform.

 ### 31. Highly Customizable and Engaging but Initial Setup Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess G. | Sr. Account Executive, Group Events & Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I appreciate how much customization WebinarGeek offers, allowing me to fully embody a theme through the entire look of the presentation, such as colors and customized journal prompts or questions for attendees. It's easy for attendees to navigate, and they can effortlessly switch between slides and videos, which makes everything engaging and organized.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

It was difficult at first to understand how to navigate things because there is so much you can customize but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. Attending was confusing at first because there are so many options on how to customize what you want to see. I think they would benefit by adding in some small pop ups for first time users.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to customize presentations extensively, making it easy for participants to engage and interact. It helps me fully embody a theme and ensures everyone can ask questions easily, which keeps sessions organized and engaging.

 ### 32. User-Friendly Webinar Site with Great Tracking and Q&A/Chat Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany G. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The features make it very user-friendly to check statistics, keep track of my upcoming webinars, and also track subscribers. The webinar setup has a separate place for Q&A and Chat makes it much more easier to answer all questions and not miss any lost in chat like other webinar sites. I also like that it has where you can select live, on-demand, or hybrid webinars based on my needs for sharing webinar recordings.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

A couple small suggestions would be to make it easier to invite attendees in bulk and specify it is a guest or presenter, and add where we can change our background as many nowadays are recording from home.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to have recorded webinars offered on-demand or even hybrid. That saves me a lot of hours of doing webinars so often to assist new leads.

 ### 33. Easy Registration, Helpful Stats, and Great Automated Reminders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raid R. | QA Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I liked the stats and the option to download a post-presentation summary with the stats included. I also appreciated being able to customize the timing of the automated reminder and follow-up emails.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Registering participants one at a time is inconvenient. It would be helpful if you could import an address book from Outlook or Gmail contacts instead.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The registration process was easy, and sharing the registration link by email was straightforward, so someone else can easily forward it to register others. It's something like you set up an event and relax. Cause the automation is taking care of reminders.

 ### 34. Webinar Geek Makes Monetizing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fidele B. | tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinar Geek is much more convenient if you are trying to make money off of it rather than doing work meet ups. In fact, you can set up your payment method for the clients through the app and you can even add billing integration which is really interesting and it is really easy to navigate on the app there is a lot of support

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

If you get into more specific things like the things that concern the marketing and sales aspect it can be a little bit harder to find and understand but if you are just looking to do webinar for fun it is pretty easy to find what you are looking for.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar Geek makes the billing procces so much easier

 ### 35. Highly Engaging Webinars with Great Participant Interaction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina Rose G. | Dental Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The best thing about the WebinarGeek is that your webinar will be very engaging to participant and having an interaction with the participant is 100% good and it tends the participant to listen and stay.

The 3rd party integration is pretty seamless also + there is a documentation that is very helpful for people especially if they are not that technical.

As for the performance its decent - most of the things that are needed for a webinar are all there. I really also like the button which is to come up on stage - you wont be able to speak if you are not on stage it is something that is very good looks very respectful because not everyone can speak unless you are on stage.

I also like the invitations its pretty simple there are links available already that you just have to copy and paste and send to participants who wants to join.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Not really dislike but there is just a missing button which is to leave on the webinar although there is a workaround to just close the tab or browser but it still best to have the red button of leave the webinar.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think webinargeek solve the problem of participants not really listening or engaging. There are lots of activities that participant can interact while listening that will not make the webinar boring. It also solves the issue of participants talking at once because unless you are on stage you wont be able to talk.

 ### 36. Flexible Webinar Hosting with Minor Email Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen L. | Co-Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the flexibility WebinarGeek offers for creating webinars and making them either live, pre-recorded, or on-demand. The ability to host webinars virtually and allow prospects and clients to view them offline is a big plus. I also appreciate how professional the build-out feels, providing a smooth experience for our prospects. Additionally, integrating it with other tools like Hubspot and potentially Zapier to connect with my primary CRM is a feature I find valuable. The initial setup was simple too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While I like the links that you can embed on your landing page for signing up, I did have trouble with trying to send an email out to prospects manually. It may just be user error, but I did find it challenging. There needs to be some clearer guidance on how to send out the email manually.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to host webinars virtually and pre-record them for offline viewing, providing a professional and smooth experience for prospects.

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

1. Excellent and fast support.
2. UX – the possibility to customize everything according to my brand.
3. All types of webinars in one platform at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

1. The statistics are not detailed enough (yet).
2. Not enough integrations, especially with EU-based tools like Make, to avoid sending data outside the EU.
3. A few small but important features are missing that would make running a business on your platform easier, such as built-in diploma/certificate integration.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to grow my online business by offering different types of webinars (live, automated, and on-demand) in one place. It simplifies my tech stack and helps me manage the entire webinar process within a single platform.

What I like best about WebinarGeek is how easy it is to set up and run webinars without needing technical skills. The interface feels smooth, and the live streaming features work reliably with good audience engagement tools like chat and polls.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

What I dislike about WebinarGeek is that some advanced customization options feel a bit limited. Also, at times, I wish the analytics were more detailed for deeper insights into audience behavior.

WebinarGeek solves the problem of running webinars in a simple and organized way without needing complex technical setup. It helps me easily host live sessions, engage with the audience through chat and polls, and manage everything from one platform. ### 40. A great platform for large-scale webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuele D. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The sign-up process is super easy and intuitive, following best practices that make getting started a breeze. I appreciate the transparency of the free trial, which provides an opportunity to experience all premium features and give a confidence boost for new users using the platform. Also, creating a new webinar feels seamless, the platform guides you through the setup with clear instructions and onboarding support, making the transition from a new account to a scheduled webinar feel instantaneous.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While core features are solid, the 'interactions' section feels like the most that need to be improved. The user flow need to have a more cohesive design that allows host to 'see as viewer' when interactions like poll and quizzes are live. Additionally, streamlining the visual grouping of toggles and options would prevent the layout from feeling cluttered, ensuring the hosts can manage engagement tools without second-guessing the UI>

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see using WebinarGeek for large-scale webinars. The ability to upload a CSV file to invite attendees is a great feature that allow the platform to scale effortlessly for massive audiences. Combined with the functional Q&A settings designed for high-traffic sessions, it is an ideal tool fro reaching a wide audience

 ### 41. Simple and honest review for WebinarGeek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candyr Jianah R. | Learning Experience Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek is very user friendly for webinar presenters as it has so many features that can help the interaction with the attendees more engaging. Its features are easy to follow and use and customizable depending on your preferences.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Suggestions on how to improve the tools:
- Starting a webinar (given that it is a new tool), new users would need a walkthrough (suggestion to have a pop up window asking the user for a walkthrough when joining a webinar)
- How to upload a presentation (put notes in it) and upload videos as I wasn’t able to find how to do it. I was only able to do a live presentation but wasn’t able to upload the document within the tool.
- Setting up a recurring webinar. Suggestion to make it easier just like setting up a google calendar invite.
- AI tool to summarize the discussion

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up a user friendly tool for webinar users. Given that it is user friendly we can save time when it comes to setting up or creating a webinar session. Attendees can also increase given that it is easy to use.

 ### 42. Easy to navigate and beginner-friendly webinar app that caters huge number of attendees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe B. | YouTube and Podcast Manager - Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

- The segmentation of capabilities and feature on the top right corner is awesome and beginner-friendly(Attendance, Content, Q&A and Chat
- Can accommodate 4000 attendees, that is mind-blowing for me since some of the webinar app I know does not cater such a big attendees unless you subscribe for higher or enterprise plans

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

- When I resume the webinar and tried to go over the presentation(deck), I can't present it the way I present them just like I presented them early.
- I tried to check on how can I check if my mic and camera is working. Obviously, checking camera is easy since I can see my self but for the mic, I can't find a way to check if my camera is working.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinargeek can cater huge number of attendees compared to other paid webinar tools

 ### 43. User-Friendly but Lacking Distinct Advantages

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliena C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the look of WebinarGeek and the layout. It was very user-friendly and easy to navigate for the most part. I also appreciated that, as a host, a lot of the information was readily available, like chat and Q&A, without needing to open other tabs or windows. This is particularly helpful when working on one monitor. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

When creating a webinar, it was difficult to figure out what to do to get started. There are several buttons that I wanted to push to 'create' after I already clicked new webinar. It also wasn't immediately clear that I needed to go through all of the tabs at the top and click publish to complete the process. Perhaps publish could be in a different color. If it stood out, then I'd likely know that I need to click this at some point.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't say it solves any specific problems compared to our current system.

 ### 44. Effortless Webinar Hosting with Stellar Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia Pearl D. | Supply Automated Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek easy to use and navigate through the whole process. It makes hosting webinars smooth with a real-time tracker, which works without issues. I like that it includes a straightforward sample webinar video to start with and guides throughout use. It's easy to understand and serves its purpose well. I like how it lets me invite people to the webinar by sending an invitation link directly to their email. The flexibility of different audience interaction options is great and depends on personal preference, helping viewers to engage freely. The ease of access and navigation across its features is something I appreciate. As a host, I can check and manage my webinar status and subscribers, and I can monitor all upcoming events in one place. The time tracker is particularly useful for keeping me aware of my upcoming webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

At first, it was a little overwhelming where to start on the platform, but once each instruction and feature is read, it becomes easier to use. A minor enhancement would be to change the platform background interface to a lighter color with more image features.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek easy for creating and navigating webinars. It helps me host webinars with real-time tracking and send invitation links effortlessly. I do not encounter problems while using this.
Different audience interaction options cater to preferences, and scheduling is simple with all events in one place.

 ### 45. Powerful Yet Needs Streamlined Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian Jade G. | Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I found the sign-up process with WebinarGeek incredibly fast, taking less than a minute with my Gmail account linked. I love the Stage On/Off feature for instant control over who can speak, making it much easier to manage large audiences compared to Zoom. The rehearsal mode is fantastic because I can practice and test everything without the stress of people watching me set up. I also appreciate the Q&A functionality, which is super responsive, and the professional look of the waiting room with its countdown timer. I'm impressed by how the integrations are comprehensive and well-organized.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The webinar creating process has way too many steps and options, which makes it feel tedious even for someone technical like me. I couldn't find the 'Start Live' button after finishing my rehearsal, which is frustrating when I was ready to go live. The CSV import for adding participants should include a sample template with labeled columns so I know exactly what format is needed. Lastly, small things like adding a microphone indicator after setup and having the window close when the webinar ends would make the experience much smoother.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WebinarGeek's rehearsal feature to alleviate pre-webinar anxiety, allowing me to test my setup and practice content without attendees seeing mistakes. The Stage On/Off feature simplifies participant control, making large audience management easier than on Zoom.

 ### 46. Intuitive Tool with Excellent Integration Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellie E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek very intuitive and straightforward, which is super helpful when I'm helping clients set up webinars. I love that the tools for webinars are all on one screen, like chat, polls, quizzes, and Q&A, so I don't have to jump around different screens or menus. This setup is really helpful. I also love the fact that WebinarGeek can be integrated with many different tools like HubSpot and ActiveCampaign, which saves a lot of time because it handles entering emails from webinar participants. Once I got past the recaptcha, the initial setup was super intuitive and straightforward, leading me through everything it needed to know, and it was fantastic to reach the home page smoothly.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I did have a bit of trouble signing up for it. When I did the recaptcha, it just didn't go anywhere. Like, I had to restart and sign in again and those sorts of things. But other than that, the only other thing I could say is that at the top of their dashboard where it differentiates between the live and the automated webinar. Those two look very similar. And so if you don't know the difference or you're not paying attention, might be good to just differentiate that a bit.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy for clients to set up webinars with minimal explanation. The all-in-one screen for chat, polls, quizzes, and team interaction streamlines webinars, saving time and hassle.

 ### 47. Reliable and professional webinar tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick Louis R. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The onboarding process feels intuitive. The UI is clean and user-friendly. It is packed with core features such as monitoring analytics, built-in registration/evaluation, automated emails, interaction, customization, and the invite link feature, which allows users to join with or without registration.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some options and selections were a bit overwhelming, especially for beginners. There was a learning curve, but as I read the instructions and gained a grasp of the website, it became much easier to use. Also, there's no indication whether the webinar was successfully created. The chatbot is nice to have, but it could bombard you with automated messages.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using WebinarGeek solves the issue of using different tools and apps for invite, registration, and evaluation. It's all in one place making it easy and convenient to manage your webinars.

 ### 48. My Favorite Webinar Tool So Far - Sophisticated While Easy-To-Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ro R. | software engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

As somehow who frequently host professional meetings for work teams and social events, even from my first time using WebinarGeek, I was already impressed by the sophistication of the tools and the services they provide. I think my favorite features are all the options that you can use to monitor during a webinar (chat moniotring, share screen permission, Q&A, polls, video playbacks) that are very intuitive and definitely necessary. I tried hosting a sample webinar with friends and they all love the features that WebinarGeek provides.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I think at first it was a bit overwhelming with all the selections and options that they provide, especially for those who might not host professional meetings/ webinar before, but they are very intuitive, so it might take a bit of time to get accustomed to the features, but they are easy to learn.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek "Integrations" tools are amazing since I can connect all of my other marketing tools to streamline the process and makes it so much easier for me to manage all of my accounts as well as digital tools. It helps reduces the extra steps that I need to set up whenever I need to market and announce my meeting informations.

 ### 49. A simple tool to create and run webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asiia J. | Test Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The registration process was easy, and there was a detailed tour with tips on how to use each feature.
The navigation was intuitive for both live and automated webinars. It was very easy to join as a participant. I didn’t experience any difficulties with webinar creation either.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

It was a little hard to find the Invitations feature in the ongoing webinar. Also, the Private/Public settings banners cover the Q&A and Chat windows, which makes it hard to use them.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I saved time on creating webinars and inviting participants in advance using a list that I can quickly upload.
I also didn't have to take care of email reminders. The participants could join my webinars during the second by using the invitation link.

 ### 50. Simple and reliable WebinarGeek platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shakeeb A. | mern stack developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The platform is very easy to use and the setup process is straightforward. I was able to create and schedule a webinar quickly without needing much technical knowledge. The interface is clean and the features are organized well, which makes it simple to manage webinars regularly.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some advanced settings are a little difficult to find at first. It would also be great to see more customization options and integrations with other tools.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps simplify the whole webinar process. Instead of using multiple tools, I can manage registration, hosting, and basic analytics in one place. This saves time and makes it easier to focus on the webinar content rather than technical setup.
