Not a great platform for today's needs **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021 **What do you like best about Webinar+?** It was easier to account for billing to the actual event **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** I did not like the functionality of the platform or the fact that you could not easily tailor an environment to fit your specific needs. **What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem was taking an event and bringing it to a virtual platform to allow attendees to come from the comfort of their homes. They really need to rethink this. Also no feedback channel either at the event or to website - hence this review. I tried to contact va the webite twice but no reply **Recommendations to others considering Webinar+:** try before you buy! **What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** trying to join a meeting as a delegate ### 3. Web 1.0 quality video and UI **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020 **What do you like best about Webinar+?** They have tech-support help everyone setup in the beginning. They're nice folks, but they're only needed because the UI, video and audio quality is so bad. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** I've had the misfortune of being on 3 webinars now using this platform and every time there are massive problems. This time it couldn't even stream my audio muchless my video even though I have a connection that is more than effective for zoom. To start there's first 20 minutes of setup where you first have to join by dailing in through phone because you can't just talk to eachother using the platform to setup and because the audio is so unreliable and the UI is so unintuitive. This makes a whole extra set of problems as the audio is tested - where you get feedback from everyone being dialed in on two lines. While you're on there's no way of indicating to you whether you're broadcasting your audio or not. And you have no control over that either - as they have human moderators that multiple times have been asleep at the wheel and don't switch the audio and video from one person to the next. The whole thing is just setup to give you anxiety/stress before your presentation and then to frustratingly add friction while you're presenting. Please update your tech and UI. **What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was part of multiple online conferences. ### 4.
