A $499 one-time license combines a luxury five-language smart website, built-in MLS/IDX property search on the professional's own domain, and WebGrowly OS - the private AI-powered CRM and operating workspace behind the business. $499 is the complete WebGrowly license, not a setup fee before a monthly subscription. The public website is designed to present the professional's own brand as a high-end real estate business, not as another profile inside a shared portal. Buyers can browse MLS inventory, search in natural language by text or voice, ask AI about an individual property, review AI-assisted property, area, and cost insights, save homes, and inquire in their language. The website is delivered in five complete language versions: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Russian. WebGrowly's defining advantage is continuity between the public experience and the private workflow. A supported inquiry can carry the property, buyer's question, language, and source context into the matching CRM lead. The same record can then move through follow-up, tasks, showings, sales and transaction pipelines, commissions, invoices, rent records, analytics, marketing workflows, and supported AI tools. AI assists with property discovery, listing analysis, listing descriptions, emails, follow-up drafts, voice-note transcription, analytics, and contextual work inside WebGrowly OS. AI outputs remain subject to professional review. Each launch is configured around one professional's brand, domain, market, and approved business information. WebGrowly is one continuously developed product rather than a from-scratch custom-development engagement. The license includes guided onboarding, hosting, maintenance, and released product updates. There is no recurring WebGrowly platform fee and no separate monthly WebGrowly charge for its built-in IDX or described AI capabilities. Local MLS, association, domain registrar, or independently selected provider fees may apply separately.
