What do you like best about Webgility?

Webgility is a very streamlined and simple platform to use, but more importantly, their onboarding and specifically their reps (ours is Prerit Agrawal), is what makes the platform so easy. What do you dislike about Webgility?

What do you like best about Webgility?

We recently worked with Faizan Sheikh from Webgility to set up the integration between our new Shopify website and QuickBooks, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Faizan was absolutely incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a complex and overwhelming setup feel easy and straightforward. His ability to explain each step clearly and ensure everything was running smoothly gave us complete confidence in the integration. Thanks to Faizan, we’re now fully connected and operating efficiently.

What do you like best about Webgility?

I love that I do not have to enter every single transaction, it is literally done for you. There are so many transactions, all I have to do is post the settlement report ! It is a smooth integration with QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I would like is a direct line to customer service instead of going through the chat function. They are pretty responsive, but I like person to person talking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webgility?

Sales person promised the world and it looked like a promising solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webgility?

They fell short and the system did not work. Payouts and payments did not match up in quickbooks. Spend 45 days with their support wasting time and at the end, we ended up hiring a company that recommended a2x and they handeled the entire process. Now we are out $400+ in money we gave them because their product did not work as it was sold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webgility?

I really appreciate how detailed and comprehensive the onboarding sessions are. We're in the process of integrating BigCommerce, Clover, and QBO, which has been quite messy. Without Faizen's help, I wouldn’t have been able to manage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
