We had to involve Right Networks and Webgility guys did that by their own and resolved the issue on priority basis. When I spoke to Himanshu, he promised me that he would resolve the issue at the earliest. The second day he called and gave me the good news that the issue is resolved. I appreciate that he kept his promise and made my day as I was very frustrated because of this issue. It's easy, even for a non-technical person such as myself. The support is outstanding as well. They've been available to assist whenever I've needed it and I've needed it a few times due to my own errors. Would highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Webgility?** It would be great if Etsy was able to integrate parent-child product variants with Webgility, but Etsy's system currently isn't structured for this. **What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Webgility saves, literally, hours of time by not having to manually enter Amazon/Amazon FBA order, as well as orders from Volusion. ### 37. It was his week off but he scheduled meeting only to resolve the issue. It took almost 3 hours to set up and post everything into QB and he was there. **What do you dislike about Webgility?** The only thing I had to speak with couple of folks, and it took a long time to get resolved. If it could have done through one person that is Himanshu then I would have posted all the orders on the first day only. **What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were facing issues while switching from QBO to Quick Books desktop and we lost our data. He spoke to the Summit hosting and got the database back up and restored the data and also helped us in making sure that all the orders are posting correctly for Shopify and Amazon. ### 42. I've used the support chat dozens of times when setting up the account, troubleshooting sync issues, and they've always been responsive and professional. We also can see our sales tax data and see which products are selling well each quarter. **What do you dislike about Webgility?** Initial setup requires some technical know how, but they do a good job onboarding you. There is a time difference with the tech team in India, but they get back to you within 24 hours. **Recommendations to others considering Webgility:** Give it a try, it takes some time to set up but saves you immense amount of time afterward. They also assign you a rep who will check in with you a couple times a year. **What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thousands of orders are synced into our book keeping and reporting system so we can focus on running the business.
