I did not dislike anything! Everything was done very professionally, and efficiently!

Our database keeps disconnecting, so we are unable to update products, so it is beneficial to have it fixed to keep our website up and running.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

Our company uses Quickbooks for accounting, taxes, inventory, and several other things. Having the ability for our website to communicate with Quickbooks through the use of Webgility simplifies the process quite a bit.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

The support staff can be difficult to communicate with at times because they're located halfway around the world. There are also times when they push updates without notification which affects our process.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to find a more streamlined way to bring data from our ecommerce provider (BigCommerce) into our accounting software (Quickbooks). A third party platform was needed for this and Webgility is the best available.

It works, very detail-oriented, and very capable.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

I've been with this company for 3 years, the entire company appears to be outsourced to India.  I'm really frustrated with this company, I get a phone call today from my account rep, he is an Indian speaking representative who asks how things are going, as I try to explain the challenges I have, he wants to argue with me.  He is rude, he interrupts me, he won't let me finish a sentence.  As I try to explain they have an issue with how they bill, he wants to argue with me and explain how it's not about their billing problem it's about my lack of understanding.  I have been with this company for 3 years, if you want to deal with cultural issues, language barriers, and a generally un-responsive company, sign up.  If not, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Sales data to quickbooks, it's got the job done but not without much pain and suffering.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

Nothing, once you try to cancel they make up time until the plan is renewed automatically and they say you can not cancel any longer.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

This company is fraudulent, We have decided to switch to a monthly plan 2 months before the annual plan renewal, we sent them 2 emails and multiple phone calls and no one returned our emails regarding the plan change until our card charged automatically and the annual plan renews. We pay $4500 for the annual plan and after the plan was renewed they asked for $1309 a month. Once we said that we do not accept the monthly rate and canceled the whole subscription and renew the plan, they did not get back to us a month later. 

We opened a chargeback on the credit card, what they have done is since they have connected to our systems already they messed up our accounting data by posting made-up numbers and deleted our account completely and stopped responding to our emails. 

We are going to sue them for the damages caused by this company.

Posting transactions but you can manually import without it.

We were facing an issue with two computers connection.
They were not connecting and Manshu from the technical team resolved the issue.
This person has a lot of patience because our computer is super slow because of the disk space.
He investigated and troubleshoot the issue politely.
Now we can use both Webgility computer and quickbooks.

We are just starting using this software and till now. I will be using this software with Volusion store.

We almost gave up on this not because of "Webgility" but all the apps were working very slow.
Someone from technical support joined the session and explained about the Quick Books lagging, Webgility lagging and other apps lagging because of the hosting environment.
He informed us what to do next with Quick Books and summit even after resolving our issue which was related to the posting to QBs.

We are still working with this and we hope we will not face any issues or will not get any chance to dislike this app.

Whenever we face any issue the first name that comes to our mind is Himanshu. This is not only me but our whole staff is impressed by him and say instead of calling support just send an email and get his help.
Today we sent an email and got our issue fixed in sometime. We were facing an issue while downloading the correct inventory from QuickBooks and updating it to the online store.

I don't know if there is anything to dislike in Webgility. Everything is very smooth and we get help always whenever needed.

We were facing issues with item transfer, item download and order download issues.
We asked someone that we need to talk to someone from the senior level and we got an opportunity to speak to Himanshu I cannot explain how much we enjoyed the troubleshooting.
It took a long time as the issue we were facing was complicated but all the time he was there and was talking and explaining the steps to us.

Front level reps should be also like him only.
There is no dislikes, everything is good like "HIM".

We were facing issues with item transfer, item download and order download issues.

Affordable, easy to use, reliability, great support. We've used Webgility for several years and have been very pleased with it. It helped us consolidate & fulfill orders from our two Amazon stores and Shopify store. It has allowed to scale quickly and effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Implementation can be a bit complex because of the high level of functionality / options. Webgility implementation service is important.

We use Webgility to sync our Shopify products / inventory <> Quickbooks, self-fulfill, shipping, etc. Easy to use and a cost-savings over fulfillment services.

I like Webgility customer support and this program. Webgility makes my life way easier, and it's an excellent integration software. Webgility helped me post the orders to QuickBooks and my online store automatically and manually both ways. The automatic coordination between QuickBooks and my online store is the best feature of Webgility. Today I took assistance from Anuj Khare, and he was very friendly, polite on the call and resolved my issue promptly. Thanks to the Webgility support team.

The response time to fix issues has been wonderful.  The average response time when I call in is about 1 minute or less. Past experiences with most 3rd party applications service/technical support time are very slow.  The majority of the time we can resolve our issues within the 1st hour or less.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

I would like to see more resources to help to fix issues on our own, which I know Webgility is already working on to provide more resources.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing errors with tax applications.  We use Webgility to sync our Shopify and Amazon US platforms into Quickbooks Enterprise. This creates a direct connection which creates efficiencies.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

This application is great for helping me post my orders into QB POS. It seamlessly connects and creates sales receipts for me saving me the time of having to type everything in. Time = money, so it's a wonderful tool! Their support has been wonderful, I recently called and received tech support from Shekhar and he was a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Nothing so far, the couple of times that I've ran into an issue, I simply call support and a get a live human within 30 seconds that helps fix my issue!

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time by not having to enter my receipts manually. It will also help me create my purchase orders, which I hadn't planned on, but will be a great feature also.

This time Aniket helped me with the synchronization of the products inventory.
They are always efficient. I never had a ticket without resolution.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

I was very frustrated as I was not getting a proper response to my issues. It was almost a nightmare for me to create entries manually in QBs.
Initially, Webgility support was not able to understand the issue. They escalated the matter to a person who was not from the United States but spoke very, very fluent ENGLISH and was very patient & understandable.
He took his time but finally resolved the issue and was very patient with me.
I really appreciate his efforts in resolving the issue of syncing orders to Quick Books through the app.

Initially I faced issue understanding people but now I am finally happy that my issues has been taken care with all the explaination.

He took his time but finally resolved the issue and was very patient with me.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

The price is good for us. Flexibility by transaction count is helpful to keep costs low until our volume justifies a higher level of service. Daily status emails are good to stay on top of things without needing to remember to log in and check our stats. Support has been helpful to resolve problems we have encountered. It is also nice that it links to our 3rd party marketplaces so that all the sales transactions can be synced into a single accounting software (QuickBooks).

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

We have encountered a problem where errors are being reported, but we cannot see them when we log in to look at them. They have worked on the problem, and it was fixed for a bit, but then began again. This particular problem has dragged on, and while overall our connection is working, this one issue is particularly frustrating because it was not fully resolved after several months, though it was taken care of eventually.

**Recommendations to others considering Webgility:**

Look at where your data is coming from and where you need it to go. We shopped around for various tools that covered all of our needs, and selected Webgility. You may find that Webgility is the correct tool for you, or you may have other options that are better, but be sure that you don't settle for less than you need or pay for more than you need.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple points of order entry, including a Shopify web store, manual agent entry into Shopify, and 3rd party stores on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and eBay. We also have a cloud order fulfillment subscription through ShippingEasy. Webgility pulls data from all these sources and sends it to our accounting software, QuickBooks. The connector keeps us from having to export/import transaction data daily or weekly so that QuickBooks will reflect the activity of our many sales channels as well as the shipping expenses for those orders.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

I liked his ability to listen and truly understand my problem.  We moved quickly through the data and solved the complete problem.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Most Webgility techs presume that we use the Webgility app when we have utilized Webgility to automate data transfer from Shopify to Quickbooks so we are not efficient in Webgility tool.  Luckily Sunny has helped me several times to quickly resolve my needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Webgility:**

We have used two data integrators for our Shopify to Quickbooks.  Both had Pros and Cons.  We settled with Webgility though it is much more expensive and still has issues.  Training and explanations before deployment could have been better.

We use it to automate transactions between Quickbooks and Shopify.  Many items work well but there are a few operations I would like to see improved in future versions of Webgililty

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Mapping of the information has to be exact between your store and QuickBooks. Unfortunately, customers register on the store but don't always use the corporate name, often omitting a comma or Inc or Inc. I would like to see a little more flexibility in the mapping. We are a B2B site, so we have multiple employees registering for the same store or the same name but different locations. This interrupts workflow as we have to update and download the exact matching name.

We are resolving better prompts for error and mapping notifications. It is easy to repair the match if you know all the steps required.

Ease of access and simplicity within the program. Customer support is always quick to respond and there to help with any issue i may come across. The program has a very user friendly interface that allows even a novice to take control of their business on eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify and many more. There are not many option out there that can do what Webgility can do for your business. They are the best at product managment that i have found. Very reasonably priced with multiple tiers of plan options for small to large businesses.

Occasionally have syncing issues which lead to overselling, but support usually has a quick solution; Scheduler has also turned itself off on occasion, which can cause overselling as well. But for the most part, all issues are quickly resolved by the fantastic support team they have. The program also can be buggy sometimes and there is a lot of updates, but this is okay because they are at least fixing the problems in real time.
