**What do you like best about Webgility?**

We have recently migrated to the new and updated SERVER 2019 and where we were facing issues while installing the SQL server as it was giving us an error.
A person from the technical team called me and resolved the issue. Not only did he resolve the issue but helped in connecting to our store and our Quick Books as well.
Apart from that he also informed us about the issues we have with our new server computer and where to get it resolved.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

There is nothing to dislike in the service he provided.
I didn't find anything to dislike in his server throughout the call or session.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

Webgility is a solution that takes out the manual process of reconciliing our 3 sales platforms to Quick Books.  We do not have an Enterprise interface and Webgility is the best solution and the best price for streamlining us.  We check the autmated reporing each morning and feel confident that our sales platforms are transmitting to our Quick Books.  The implementation was quick, through a series of video calls with the onboarding team.  Prerit was very clear and worked quickly to help us map out and explain the processes.  I have had a few challenges early on and the customer support has been very quick  and clear to help.  The features Webgility offers is just what we need, nothing more, nothing less.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

We purchased a new server just before installing Webgility and we use QB Desktop.  The challenge is that QB runs in the background and tends to bog down the server.  We are still working though some mapping of taxes but it is clear on our error report to help aleviate those issues in the future.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webgility is a cost effective, automated solution for our multi channel E Commerce business.  We could not scale up our business without this solution.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

The Webgility interface is very straightforward and intuitive. Faizan did a wonderful job of assisting us on onboarding training. Faizan went over the following: Accounting Workflows, Workflows (manual + automated),Order downloads, Posting transactions to your accounting system, Expenses & Fees, Inventory, Syncing item quantities and prices (manual + automated), Handling multiple inventory locations, Features to minimize overselling. Coming from the "Connex for Quickbooks" application, WEBGILITY is much better overall - including PRICING.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Ease of use and very intuitive. It does exactly what we expect it to do.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to having an integrating software, we used to do everything on Shopify manually. Webgility now handles this task.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

The integration process was fairly simple. There are lots of training videos out there and it integrates with a lot of other apps. I find it pretty easy to use. The customer support was awesome and it has a ton of features.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

Haven't really found it yet. I did find the shipping option a little to expensive and had to go witho some other app. I would have preferred to use webgility for seemless ease.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order fullfillment is done on site, with a shipping integration and then downloaded into Quickbooks as an invoice with line items.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

Webgility has saved us hours and hours by not having to manualy enter web sales Shopify to our financial system Quickbooks.  When I first started using several years ago it was a godsend... and now with quickbooks pos hitting it's sunset I was faced with a very challenging situtation. Webgility and the folks at Webgility made it a seemless process, helped me set it up and I am extrememly thankful.  It's easy to use, powerful and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

For me because I have over 44000 products I am limited with the amount of times my quickbooks financial will track so I have to get my cost of goods from shopify. A little bump, but there are so many other advantages.  Thanks again.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

The webgility program was such a great addition to our company. It has helped stream line our order entry process which gives us more time for sales calls.
Also, the ease of implemation and the customer service I received was secont to none!!

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

The only compliant I have is they are in a different time zone for phone support but with the online chat most issues are usually taken care of.

Webgility has helped so i do not have to have en emplyee manually enter orders all day.

The call went very well and they had me up and running in a matter of minutes.  My issues with importing into quickbooks were resolved and I am a happy camper!

- Sometimes support answeres get delayed due to some reasons , but once we have it, Evrything seems good.

This ease of use and configuration process svaed a lof of time of team. And we have successfuly confogured one E-Commerce website with it and about to launch another website with this integration.

the support, the ease of being able to send an email and scheduale a consultation that solves my concerns.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

the price, seems a bit high for what my needs are, i feel i need basic needs. Webgility offers more than i need in my line of business, but still pay the price for all the additional perks it has. However for smaller companies such as mine the cost is a bit high. The service is what keeps us here.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

For inventory and blended costs reasons, my company is tied to Quickbooks Desktop for the time being. We could not download our thousands of sales each month without it. Saves me DAYS of work each month!

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

I'm not able to get returns/refunds to post correctly, so we still handle them manually for now- but the flip side is so good that this doesn't even matter.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to call out customer support here- we recently migrated QB from a machine in the office to an online host via Right Networks. We had hiccups transferring the file and setting up the Webgility Extension on the new virtual machine, but Nehal and the development team stepped in, reversed everything, and got me to a place where I could then correct the books. Whenever I have an issue, I can reach support almost immediately, and they keep me updated every step of the way. I work with a lot of outside services/platforms and Webgility (and also Right Networks!) is one of the only providers that I get this level of support from.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

Webgility really does provide some of the best customer service I've experienced. They are prompt, patient and, no matter how complicated the issue, will stick with it until it is completely resolved. Most recently, I was assisted by Vipin Gaikwad and he was great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

The application is pretty sophisticated, at least for our needs. It can be difficult to know if you have all the correct settings in place, and I have often found I have been struggling with something or doing something manually that the app could have done for me had I put the correct settings in place. All of this can be managed with one of their techs, but you need to know what questions to ask - it can take some time to get it all right.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webgility allows us to import a high volume of sales data easily and efficiently while keeping our inventory up to date and accurate.

It gets us the information quickly and accurately. Much better than others we have tried.  WE are very happy with it. Useful with QuickBooks because we had so much duplication and manual entry before.

This product allows me to connect my POS and on-line store item by item to QuickBooks on line.

So far I dont see any problems, it has a learning curve, but what software does not!

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

We haven't gone live yet but we like what we see so far. The ingreation with QuickBooks and all the features it has is really good. Our Implementation Specialist - Prerit Agrawal  did very well, in helping us setup our account and the settings. Thank you.

We still have to use it to determine, but one thing we would like to see customization on shipping settings.

Customer service has been excellent. We have an account rep we have regular meetings with who keeps track of what step we are on. In the meantime, customer service is always available as we implement the product. They are knowledgeable and work with us on each issue.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

A couple of settings have not been able to be customized down to exactly how we handle the transactions, but those are particular quirks that we have. Also, it would be nice if it were easier to sync using more than just the server location.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the right tool to bridge the gap between our online stores, Amazon and Shopify, and QuickBooks Desktop. The ability to automate those processes and postings is priceless!

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

The options to customize this application to work the way you want have gone above and beyond what I thought I would have access to. The onboarding process provided to me by Deep and Prerit was beneficial.  It made the process less stressful. I, with the assistance of Prerit, have set the application to work the way I need. Now I can spend my time on parts of the business that need more attention.

I have no issues as of yet. The program has worked as expected.

I can reduce the amount of time spent manually inputting orders into QuickBooks. It will also assist with inventory management. Our business can now spend more time where we need.

**What do you like best about Webgility?**

What is most helpful about Webgility is that initially, we worked closely with the tech team to set up our sync for multiple stores and a website. Once the system was set up, it ran with a click. If there is a problem because things do happen, we contact their tech support, and they resolve the issue promptly and with excellent customer service.  We have been working with Nehal, who is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and able to solve problems quickly.  I highly recommend Webgility and its products and customer service, especially Nehal.

We like everything about Webgility. We have had a few bumps in the road, and the tech support was quick to assist and keep things moving forward.

Their customer support is fantastic. Also, the sync process is straightforward to configure and learn. The program has a friendly interface to work with, and  all sync & posting process are smooth! Today I was in a remote session with Kanishk Sahu from Webgility, and the support was very proffessional and accurate!

I don't have anything wrong to highlight about Webgility. Maybe the option to map products using the Amazon SKU to "Match" the products on QB instead the QB Product/Service name would be fantastic

Webgilty helps us manage our inventory syncs between our Amazon, eBay and Walmart online stores, printing our labels and posting those orders to Quickbook quickly.

We use Webgility to sync our Shopify store with our Quickbooks Online account. When we run into trouble help is literally a phone call away! I have been pleasantly surprised by Webgility's excellent customer service with friendly, competent professionals who really know their stuff and have saved me more than once. I have had multiple tech support calls with Himanshu Patil who is a total pro. He knows what he is doing and how to communicate it in clear terms so I can really learn the ins and outs of the program. I'm so grateful! Everyone dreads having to call an 800 number for support, but Webgility seriously takes the pain out of making that call. They follow up and they follow through. I love these guys!--

Initial start up and occasional bug issues can take some time to resolve.  The tech experts are always willing to help solve the problems.  Most issues are solved with online chat quickly. One issue that I have to work around is when a customer changes an order in Shopify.

Small businesses look for ways to cut out steps and save time with administrative tasks.  Webgility is a great tool for this purpose.

Everything! I have used both Webgility and ShiStation, and there is no comparison. Webgility blows ShipStation out of the water. It can do so much more, like sync your QB inventory to your selling platforms.

Very little -- the features advertised sound amazing.  Good luck getting them to work properly.

Spent months trying to get the software to work as advertised.  Full of bugs and slow support.  Cancellation requires someone from their billing department to call you before they'll cancel your account.  Took multiple attempts and weeks of time before they would cancel.  Countless hours with support trying to get the software to work correctly.  Save yourself the trouble and go with another vendor.

Accounting automation done poorly, which is not what you want from something with full control over your business's books.

Webgility cuts down on the time I spend importing sales into Quickbooks. It's automated for shopify and works like a dream. I also have a custom store. and Webgility allows me to map and import into QB.  Plus the support team is phenomenal.

The application is persnickety, but I only turn it on once a month to transfer sales receipts. If you left it on it can also sync inventory and automation features.

Quickbooks doesn't play well with others.  But Webgility has figured out how and is customizable to help uncommon scenarios.

Their engineering team made several customizations to the core product for us and are very accessible for phone support whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Webgility?**

The customizations have introduced variables that have made the product seem fragile and unstable at times- there are conflicts between the customizations and new versions of the product that have caused issues when upgrades have been necessary. Sometimes their support team is not aware of our big picture when responding to a new issue and make changes that cause other functionalities to break, but they have been quick to diagnose and resolve these issues.

**What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to bridge between Shopify Plus and Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise with connections to Endicia/USPS and UPS. Their team helped us integrate handheld barcode scanners for lot # input and customized posting the lot #'s to the orders in Shopify, also have helped us with posting customized data to Quickbooks that is extracted from order tags. They have also helped us post partially fulfilled statuses back to Shopify for orders that are split into multiple shipments such as during backorders. Our warehouse team finds the processes and UI very efficient.

I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable, fantastic human being who helped me in resolving errors and made my weekend.

His English is excellent. I thought he was in the states, but he said he was not. I was so happy to talk to him.
I need the same support every time.
